Four Seasons Campground Introduce
For local users exploring "camping near me" options, Four Seasons Campground, located at 120 Farmer Rd, Kingston, TN 37763, USA, presents itself as a potential choice. With contact numbers (865) 376-4568 and +1 865-376-4568, it appears to be an accessible option for those in the Kingston area or surrounding regions. However, it is crucial for prospective campers to consider all available information, including recent customer reviews, to form an objective understanding of what this campground offers.
Based on the provided reviews, the environment and overall experience at Four Seasons Campground appear to be areas of significant concern for some former residents. One reviewer who stayed for a week expressed strong dissatisfaction, citing issues such as half of their electrical system not working, a lack of provided gas for the stove (limiting cooking to a microwave), and no hot water. This reviewer indicated that despite reporting these problems, the resolution was slow and inconsistent, leading to a very negative living experience and a strong recommendation against staying there. This suggests that the basic utilities and maintenance of the campground might be unreliable.
Another reviewer who stayed for six months, reportedly due to a lack of availability elsewhere, also painted a concerning picture of the campground environment. They described the RVs as being "crammed into every nook and cranny," including alongside the entrance drive. This lack of spacing resulted in a significant lack of privacy, with campers' vehicles and belongings frequently obstructing neighboring sites. The reviewer specifically mentioned having to physically duck under a neighbor's RV to access their own door. Furthermore, they noted issues with the ground conditions, describing mud and puddles forming after rain, and gravel that squished and sank underfoot. The proximity to the Interstate's truck stop exit was also highlighted as a negative environmental factor, with noise from truck jake brakes disturbing sleep at all hours.
In terms of services and features, the reviews suggest a very basic offering, with a notable absence of amenities. The six-month resident explicitly stated "absolutely NO amenities" in the first review provided. The second reviewer mentioned that the monthly price of $500 included electricity and water but explicitly noted "no internet and no cable." This indicates that beyond the very basic utilities, campers should not expect common campground amenities such as Wi-Fi, cable television, recreational facilities, or organized activities. The lack of privacy due to the close proximity of campsites could also be considered a significant drawback for those seeking a more secluded "camping near me" experience.
The second review also raised serious concerns regarding the management and administrative services of Four Seasons Campground. The reviewer recounted an incident where the owner reportedly lost their rent check and attempted to avoid paying the canceled check fee. They also mentioned that other residents at the time had similar issues with lost checks and money orders. This suggests potential issues with the campground's financial management and could be a significant concern for prospective long-term or even short-term stays.
Considering these detailed and critical reviews, local users searching for "camping near me" should exercise significant caution when considering Four Seasons Campground. The reported issues with basic utilities, the cramped and unprivate environment, the lack of amenities, and the concerning accounts of financial mismanagement paint a picture that stands in stark contrast to the typical expectations of a comfortable or enjoyable camping experience. While the campground might offer a basic site for those with no other options, the overwhelming sentiment from these reviews suggests that the value proposition might be questionable.
No promotional information is provided in the prompt, and based on the strongly negative reviews, it is unlikely that there are any compelling promotions that would outweigh the reported issues. Local users would be well-advised to thoroughly investigate alternative "camping near me" options in the Kingston, TN area before considering a stay at Four Seasons Campground. Exploring other campgrounds or RV parks might yield locations that offer better amenities, a more pleasant environment, and more reliable services.
In conclusion, while Four Seasons Campground in Kingston, TN, is listed as a "camping near me" option, the available customer reviews present a concerning picture. Potential campers should be aware of reported issues including unreliable utilities, a cramped and unprivate environment, a lack of amenities, and potential problems with management. Local users are strongly encouraged to seek out additional information and consider alternative campgrounds in the area to ensure a more positive and hassle-free camping experience. The information gleaned from these reviews suggests that Four Seasons Campground may not offer a satisfactory experience for many campers.

Four Seasons Campground Reviews
Me, my husband and my 3 year old daughter moved in 10/3. We paid $350 to move in and monthly is $1,400. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Our entire week there half of our electrical didn't work, they never provided us with gas so we couldn't use the stove only a microwave and we had no hot water. They came out to look at it and told us they'd have to "order" an element. Yesterday the owner asked if he could come get the rent payment knowing all of these issues and said they would buy a new element and swap it out the next day but a week ago said they'd have to order it. This is one of the worst places I have ever lived in and I was only there for a week. If you plan on staying here, don't waste your time. Also campers are right next to each other you don't have any privacy and there's absolutely NO amenities.
Oct 11, 2024 · Tay AllenI don't recommend. Stayed here for 6 months due to work. We only stayed that long because everywhere else was full. We were on every waiting list for a 45 mile radius. The rv's are crammed into every nook and cranny... even alongside the drive into the place. Where we were placed at, people had boats and vehicles constantly in our way. Our canopy nearly touched the rv beside us. I literally had to duck under the front of the neighbors rv when going around my vehicle to get to my door. When it rains, there's mud and puddles everywhere... the gravels squishes and sinks when you walk on it. You are also really close to the interstate's exit for a truck stop, so you hear jake brakes from the trucks at all hours of the night. Price was $500/month with electricity and water included. No internet and no cable. Our 4th month there, the owner lost our check. He kept trying to get us to write another one and he didn't want to pay the canceled check fee for the previous check. Other's who stayed there at the same time complained of him losing checks & money orders as well. Stay somewhere else if you can. If there is nothing else.. I'm sure you could do worse.. I just haven't seen it yet.
Sep 27, 2022 · Shea Balentine (lilahshea)This was literally the only camping spot for a 1 nighter that answers their phone after hours. I could tell we had woke him up and he was just as polite as can be. Plenty of room for our 36 foot class A and toad. Didn't have to unhook our dolly, which was nice. My only complaint would be the water hookups and cats. So many barn cats. Made walking my dog interesting. The water hookups looked like a recessed 5 gallon bucket in the ground and we couldn't attach our water filter. But, our fresh water tank was full, so not a problem for us.Other than that I do recommend stopping there for the night when passing through.
Apr 19, 2024 · Momma BearPrices go up every year, and no maintenance is done on your spot while you are there. If you get mail there, it gets stolen often, and there isn't anything you can do. You can be evicted for any reason, even just for not filling out information they already have on file. Expensive, no amenities except very small laundry and shower/ restrooms. Does include trash, water, power, and sewer. No internet, you have to have that installed. Also, rent is paid online or at walmart with a fee. Pets are allowed but be aware that some pet owners do not pick up after their pets even if you step out your door into it. The previous owner did a much better job at this than new owners. It is owned by a company now, and not a single owner only gets to talk to property manage for issues that may not get resolved.
Jan 27, 2025 · TrishDuring the recent snow storm, no care was taken to clear the property. We actually are helping others who are stuck in the snow / ice. Bath house is very cold as well.
