Delsea Woods Community LLC Introduce
If you're searching for "RV parks near me" in the Cape May Court House area of New Jersey, Delsea Woods Community LLC at 295 S Delsea Dr, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210, USA, presents itself as a motor home community. To provide local users with a detailed and objective introduction, it's essential to consider the information available, which in this case primarily comes from customer reviews. These reviews offer a candid perspective on the environment, layout, and overall experience of interacting with this property.
One of the most significant aspects highlighted in the customer feedback is the condition and design of the community's infrastructure. A delivery driver, who presumably visits numerous such communities, described Delsea Woods Community LLC as "by far the most potholed." This suggests that the roads within the park may be poorly maintained, potentially leading to a less than smooth experience for RVs and other vehicles navigating the grounds. For local users considering this RV park, the road conditions are a crucial factor to be aware of, as they could impact the comfort and safety of their stay and the upkeep of their vehicles.
Adding to the infrastructural concerns is the critique of the architectural design and the difficulty in locating specific units. The reviewer noted that finding addresses required "telepathy expert" skills, indicating a significant lack of clear and logical layout. The numbered homes are reportedly hard to find and not in chronological order, and crucially, the numbers are often not visible unless someone is walking the layouts. This presents a considerable challenge not only for delivery drivers but also for visitors and potentially even emergency services trying to locate a specific address within the community. For local users expecting ease of navigation within an RV park, this disorganized layout could be a major inconvenience.
The implications of this confusing layout extend to practical matters such as receiving deliveries. The reviewer explicitly warned that without detailed instructions or a phone number, deliveries are likely to get lost, and residents might have to rely on checking mailboxes or simply forgetting about their orders. This breakdown in basic logistical functionality could be a significant source of frustration for residents and visitors alike. For local users who frequently rely on deliveries, this is a critical point to consider.
The reviewer even suggested that the owner should add signage on each street providing ranges of unit numbers to aid navigation, especially since GPS systems reportedly do not recognize substreets. This recommendation underscores the severity of the layout issue and the need for clearer wayfinding within the community. The reviewer sarcastically noted that the only exception to this need for improved signage would be if the community housed individuals under protective custody who required anonymity, highlighting the extent of the navigational challenges.
Further concerns were raised regarding the narrowness of the streets within Delsea Woods Community LLC. This narrowness, coupled with unmarked parking spots, poses potential problems, particularly in the event of an emergency. The reviewer specifically mentioned the risk of fire and questioned whether fire department trucks would be able to navigate the narrow streets effectively. This is a serious safety consideration for any residential community, including an RV park, and local users should be aware of these potential access issues for emergency vehicles.
In addition to the road conditions and layout problems, the reviewer also noted the presence of loose animals throughout the community. While some might find this charming, it could also be a concern for pet owners who need to keep their animals secure or for individuals who are not comfortable around loose animals. It also raises questions about the enforcement of any community rules regarding pets.
The reviewer also pointed out that the speed bumps within the community lacked yellow paint, which they stated was a violation of local law traffic codes. This seemingly minor detail further contributes to the impression of a poorly managed infrastructure and a potential disregard for local regulations. For local users who value adherence to safety standards, this observation might be concerning.
The overall sentiment expressed by the reviewer is one of significant dissatisfaction with the grounds mismanagement, poorly maintained roads, and properties, leading them to characterize the community as more akin to a "backwoods mobile home park" than a well-organized community. This strong negative assessment suggests that the aesthetic and functional aspects of the park may not meet the expectations of those seeking a well-maintained RV park experience.
Despite the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding the infrastructure and management, the review did mention one positive natural feature: a "beautiful little pond out back." However, access to this pond is restricted by "no trespassing" signs, and the reviewer only became aware of its existence through a resident. This suggests that while there might be some natural beauty on the property, it is not readily accessible or promoted as an amenity for all residents or visitors. For local users who appreciate natural spaces within an RV park, the inaccessibility of this pond might be a disappointment.
Considering the information available, primarily the detailed and critical customer review, local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Cape May Court House should approach Delsea Woods Community LLC with caution. The review raises significant concerns about the condition of the roads, the confusing layout and lack of clear signage, potential emergency access issues, and overall grounds management. While the presence of a pond is noted, its inaccessibility limits its value as an amenity.
Given the lack of positive feedback or information about specific services, features, or promotional offers, it is difficult to recommend Delsea Woods Community LLC based solely on this review. Local users would be well-advised to seek additional information from other sources, if available, or perhaps consider visiting the property themselves to assess the conditions firsthand before making any decisions. Contacting the management at (609) 886-3522 or +1 609-886-3522 might provide some clarification or a different perspective, but the detailed concerns raised in the review should be carefully considered.
In conclusion, while Delsea Woods Community LLC is located in Cape May Court House, NJ, for local users searching for "RV parks near me," the available customer feedback paints a concerning picture of the community's infrastructure, layout, and management. The presence of a pond is a minor positive aspect, but its inaccessibility diminishes its appeal. Potential residents or visitors should weigh these significant drawbacks carefully against their needs and expectations for an RV park experience and seek further information before considering this location.

Delsea Woods Community LLC Reviews
I'm a delivery driver and have to say this motor home community is by far the most potholed, the difficulty was put on telepathy expert address finding, the epitome of bad architectural design, no need to find a unit on a specific street, the numbered homes are hard to find and they are not in any chronological order, on top of that the numbers are not visible to anyone unless you are walking the layouts. If you order delivery and do not provide any additional information on where your unit is or leave a phone number Well you can mark it lost or check your mail boxes otherwise you will have to simply forget about it.The owner should add the following on a sign on each street: (the GPS doesn't recognize substreets and makes everyone's job easier if you follow what I'm saying) unless of course you have people here who are under protective custody than this place gets 5 stars))(unit 1-53)(Unit 54-83)(Unit 84 - 105)Also the problem with the community is the streets are narrow and animals run lose throughout here and the speedbumps need yellow paint per local law traffic codes and talking about codes. If there ever is a fire here. Sorry but the fire department does have trucks skinny enough to fit down these street with parking spots not marked.I could go on and on about how much of a disaster this place is, but you can imagine that the people who live here MOST LIKELY FEEL THE SAME WAY ABOUT THE POOR GROUNDS MISMANAGED ROADS AND PROPERTIES THAT GIVE THIS PLACE MORE OF A BACKWOODS MOBILE HOME PARK THAN ANY KIND OF COMMUNITY. 💔
Nov 01, 2023 · Patrick WyzBeautiful little pond out back but there are no trespassing signs and can only see the water on foot. A resident was the one that showed me the pond if not for them I would have never known the water was there.
