3 Rivers Run RV Park Introduce
Welcome to 3 Rivers Run RV Park, located at 2703 US-27 in Branford, Florida. If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Branford area, 3 Rivers Run RV Park presents a mixed picture based on recent customer reviews. While praised for its friendly and accommodating staff and strong sense of community by some, other guests have raised concerns regarding pest issues, site conditions, and potential discrepancies between the park and its online representation.
One of the consistently positive aspects highlighted in the reviews is the exceptional friendliness of the staff. One guest began their review by stating, "Let me start by saying the staff are extremely friendly! Very easy going." This positive initial impression is a significant factor for travelers seeking a welcoming and hassle-free experience. The same reviewer also noted the staff's flexibility, mentioning that they were allowed to arrive early and depart late without any issues, indicating a customer-centric approach to service.
Another reviewer who has lived at 3 Rivers Run RV Park for several months speaks very highly of the community and management. They express a strong sense of belonging, stating, "Everyone has become like a true family to my husband and I," and "I would never want to leave." This suggests a warm and supportive social environment within the park, which can be a major draw for those seeking a sense of community during their travels or for long-term stays. The reviewer also commends the management for being "amazing" and "so fast to clean up after the storms," highlighting their responsiveness and dedication to maintaining the park's condition and ensuring the safety of residents.
However, alongside these positive remarks, there are significant concerns raised by another guest regarding the physical environment of the park. This reviewer experienced a severe ant infestation, stating, "they just cleaned out the area we stayed in. I'm assuming that stirred up the ants TREMENDOUSLY! There were ant mounds everywhere! Having two dogs and 3 kids made it hard to enjoy. We were all bit up." This indicates a potentially significant pest management issue in at least one area of the park, which could be a major deterrent for families and pet owners.
The same reviewer also noted issues with the trees on the property, mentioning that they were "dropping a lot of branches/seeds on cars and campers." This could lead to potential damage to vehicles and require frequent cleaning of RVs and campsites. The presence of falling debris from trees is a factor to consider regarding the overall maintenance and upkeep of the park's grounds.
A point of potential misrepresentation was also raised, with the reviewer stating, "There's no actual water that runs through the campsite. Looking at the website you'd think there was." This suggests that the online portrayal of the park might create a different expectation regarding the environment than what is actually present. It is crucial for potential guests to have accurate information about the park's features and surroundings when making their decision.
The reviewer also observed that the "older" side of the campsite has "a lot of 'long-term' campers." While a mix of short-term and long-term residents can contribute to a sense of community, it can also influence the overall atmosphere and the availability of sites for transient travelers. This is a point of information for those specifically seeking short-term "RV parks near me."
A general impression of the park's aesthetics was also provided, with the reviewer stating, "It didn't look extremely nice." This subjective comment suggests that the overall appearance of the park might not meet the expectations of all visitors.
Regarding recreational facilities, the reviewer noted, "There was one swing set. However, it was in complete dirt that once again was really bad with ants. There's a lot of dirt at the site." This paints a picture of limited recreational options, and even the existing one was affected by the ant problem, further impacting the experience for families with children.
Another environmental factor mentioned was the presence of "something right next door to the new site. They work all night. With campers running, we couldn't hear it. If you were sitting outside, you definitely could. Very quiet during the day." This indicates potential nighttime noise from a neighboring business, which could affect guests who prefer quiet evenings outdoors. The contrast between daytime and nighttime noise levels is important for potential visitors to be aware of.
Finally, the reviewer mentioned an additional pet fee, stating, "we were charged $20 a dog." This is a relevant piece of information for travelers with pets, as pet fees can vary significantly among RV parks and factor into the overall cost of the stay.
Considering these varied experiences, 3 Rivers Run RV Park in Branford, FL, appears to be a location with a strong sense of community and a friendly, accommodating staff. However, potential guests should be aware of the reported issues with ant infestations, potential tree debris, possible discrepancies with online representations regarding water features, the presence of long-term campers in certain areas, the park's overall aesthetic, limited and potentially problematic recreational facilities, and potential nighttime noise from a neighboring business. Additionally, travelers with pets should note the pet fee.

Jul 05, 2022 · Sherri BlainAs I was looking at the park my car began to overheat. I had stopped to ask neighbor where my proposed lot site was located.. in the process of it all he made arrangements with me to transport my coach from one RV park to River Run. We made a deal. When he arrived to transport my coach, his truck was much too large for the transport. Angrily he left. Soon thereafter the caustic, hateful property manager Craig called me and told me that I needed to much helped and that I could not have possession of the RV site. Actually I felt a sense of relief because he had been custic and rude from the very beginning of our business transaction. In conjunction with those two extremely rude men, the park itself is a trash heap full of piles of junk at most of the sites. Most of the units are old and decrepit, with very few of them being newer nice RVs. Many people I have talked with since being refused possession told me it was a blessing in disguise because of the filthy property piled high with junk on most every site. I feel great relief that I was spared the agony of such a nasty property as well as hateful, caustic people.
