I'm here to do some painting & drywall work for one of the couples living here. I live 1 block away in a townhouse and I must say these places are better looking then my home. This place must be high end. I heard some of these homes are going for $300,000. Oh my. Inside the place I'm working in it definitely looks every penny. I hope I am able to retire here with my wifey one day. The streets are clean and you never see any trash. It's a beautiful place for sure.

Also, they were kinda shady about implementing the change. The possibility was buried in the bylaws, true, but when they asked each resident their opinion on opening it up to all ages via flyer… the change had already been made. Meanwhile, they over communicate about everything else… guest parking, trash bin rules, special pool hours if you have kids visiting, etc. So it seems this MAJOR change about age was def trying to be covered up.

Can no longer use fitness center before 9 am just because. Pool is “solar” heated meaning if it stays hot long enough, the water will get warm. No longer senior park but almost everyone is senior and handicapped. Just told we must haul out our own heavy tables and chairs for social events when most residents can’t even walk unassisted. These events are critical to avoid elder isolation and now they are making them more difficult. “Let’s make sure the old people can’t have Bingo every two weeks. “ Just indefensibly uncaring and vindictive. However, the people who live here are overwhelmingly fantastic, caring and fun. You decide.

They have a pool and a clubhouse which is used a lot for senior activities such as bingo and celebrating holidays such as Fourth of July Christmas and Thanksgiving. Parking is a little rough but most mobile homes have enough parking for three people underneath are canopy. They do include extra guest parking close to each mobile home. One of the problems they have is that when they have a holiday party in the clubhouse there's not enough parking for the guests. So you end up having to park in the person's parking spot who invited you next to their mobile home
