Corona La Linda Mobile Home Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Corona, California area, and potentially considering alternative or longer-term housing solutions, exploring mobile home parks like Corona La Linda Mobile Home, located at 777 S Temescal St, Corona, CA 92879, USA, might be a part of their research. While the initial search category typically refers to recreational vehicle parks designed for temporary stays, mobile home parks offer a different model of community living, generally catering to residents who own manufactured homes and lease the land on which they are situated.
Corona La Linda Mobile Home is situated in Corona, a city in Riverside County known for its strategic location within the Inland Empire, its historical citrus industry roots, and its growing suburban environment. While your immediate need might be for short-term RV accommodation, understanding the landscape of local mobile home parks can provide insights into potential longer-term living options within the area. Mobile home parks often foster a sense of community and can be a more स्थायी housing solution compared to the transient nature of RV parks.
The online reviews for Corona La Linda Mobile Home present a mixed and somewhat complex picture, highlighting both positive and negative aspects of living in this community. One review expresses significant dissatisfaction, citing frequent changes in management and a consistent attitude problem among office staff. This reviewer also questions the park's rent control status and reports unexplained fluctuations in their electric bill, ranging dramatically from $150 to $800. A particularly poignant detail is the alleged refusal to fly the American flag at the office due to a lack of funds. Despite these serious concerns regarding management and costs, the reviewer notes that the residents are "some of the kindest people" and expresses sadness at having to leave due to budgetary constraints, predicting high turnover due to the management issues. This suggests a potential disconnect between the positive community of residents and the negative experiences with the park's administration.
In contrast, another review offers a more positive perspective, stating, "My mother is a long time resident of this location, and despite some of the issues written about in other reviews, she enjoys being there and values the community." This indicates that while problems might exist, some long-term residents find value and enjoyment in the community aspect of Corona La Linda Mobile Home. This highlights the importance of considering individual experiences and perspectives when evaluating a mobile home park.
A third review, from someone with deep family roots in Corona, focuses on potential future development in the area, mentioning plans they've heard about from residents. This reviewer expresses optimism about the prospect of progress, particularly regarding neglected parts of Corona, and offers community support for any development initiatives, including volunteer work, positive media coverage, and outreach to relevant authorities. While this review doesn't directly address the current living conditions or management of Corona La Linda Mobile Home, it suggests a community that is engaged and hopeful about the future of their neighborhood.
Given these varied perspectives, it is important to consider the potential environment, services, and features of Corona La Linda Mobile Home based on both the direct feedback and the general characteristics of mobile home parks.
Typical features and services of mobile home parks can include:
- Community Environment: The reviews suggest a strong sense of community among the residents, with one reviewer specifically praising their kindness and another highlighting their mother's enjoyment of the community. However, the negative experiences with management could potentially strain this positive environment.
- Management: A significant concern raised is the negative attitude of the office staff and frequent management turnover. This could impact the responsiveness to resident needs, the enforcement of park rules, and the overall upkeep of the community.
- Utilities: The unexplained fluctuations in the electric bill reported by one reviewer are a serious issue that prospective residents would need to investigate. Mobile home parks typically handle utilities in various ways, and transparency in billing is crucial.
- Amenities: The reviews do not specifically mention any amenities at Corona La Linda Mobile Home, such as laundry facilities, clubhouses, or recreational areas. The presence and quality of amenities can significantly impact the living experience.
- Lot Features: Information about the size and features of individual lots is not provided in the reviews. These can vary and might include space for parking and small yards.
- Park Rules and Regulations: While one reviewer mentions changes in management, there is no specific information about the park's rules and regulations themselves. These are important for understanding the expectations and standards of the community.
- Fees and Costs: The question raised about rent control suggests that affordability and potential rent increases are concerns for residents, particularly those on fixed incomes. The monthly lot rental fees and what they include are not specified in the reviews.
- Park Upkeep: The mention of a desire for development in the area could indirectly suggest that some residents feel the area, and potentially the mobile home park itself, could benefit from improvements. However, there are no direct comments on the physical condition of the park.
For individuals in Corona looking at "RV parks near me" who might be open to considering a more permanent housing solution, Corona La Linda Mobile Home presents a complex picture. The strong sense of community among residents is a significant positive aspect. However, the serious concerns raised about management attitudes, utility costs, and potential rent control issues are factors that require careful consideration and investigation.

In conclusion, Corona La Linda Mobile Home in Corona, CA, offers a mobile home living option with a seemingly strong sense of community among its residents. However, significant concerns have been raised regarding the attitude of the management, unexplained high utility costs, and questions about rent control. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might be considering a longer-term stay in a mobile home park, Corona La Linda presents a situation that requires careful evaluation and thorough investigation of the management practices and costs involved. The positive community aspect is a draw, but the reported negative experiences with management and finances must be seriously considered.

Corona La Linda Mobile Home Reviews
Supposedly it's transfered hand many times...every people in the office has attitude. Supposedly it's rent controled but I can't tell...also my electric bill is always going from $150 to $800 with no explanation. Now was told we don't have money to fly out America flag at the office. Don't get me wrong people that live there are someoneof the kindest people. But management and the owners are just gouging us. We are on fixed incomes so any rent increases hurt. Sorry I had to leave such a nice place but had to do what was in my budget. They (the owners) will constantly have turn overs which will not be to their benefits. I will miss this place.
May 05, 2025 · MeHello Corona La Linda, I hope anyone reading this is having an excellent day. My mother is a long time resident of this location, and despite some of the issues written about in other reviews, she enjoys being there and values the community. My family has lived in Corona since the earlier half of the last century. My great grandparents helped established the Corona heritage museum, and my whole family has been heavily involved in Southern California’s community but more specifically Inland Empire for many decades.Anyways, I’ve been hearing about plans to further develop this part of Corona from many of the residents there, and I think it’s a great idea!!! This part of Corona has been neglected for a long time, and the community needs people like Sierra Corporate Management that have the communities’ best interest at heart to push progress in areas like this.Long story short, I wanted to extend an olive branch to people involved in the development of this area, and ask if anything is needed from the community in order to get things like the empty lot facing Magnolia street done. Help could be anything from volunteer work, positive media coverage, community outreach, contact information for legislators, politicians, code enforcement, contractors, etc,… or anything else that comes to mind. Have a nice day 😁
