Daleville Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Daleville Mobile Home Park, situated at 125 Dogwood St, Daleville, AL 36322, USA. While our platform primarily focuses on "RV parks near me" for temporary accommodations, we also recognize that local users may be seeking more permanent or long-term housing solutions, such as those offered by mobile home parks. Daleville Mobile Home Park presents itself as a community offering such options, and it's crucial to provide an objective overview based on available customer feedback to help potential residents make informed decisions.
Based on the limited reviews available online, Daleville Mobile Home Park appears to present a mixed picture. One reviewer shared that their cousin had recently moved into the park and found it to be a "big step up for less money in terms of his living space." This suggests that the park may offer more spacious living arrangements compared to previous situations, potentially at a more affordable price point. The same reviewer noted that the location itself had a "dystopic" feel, attributing this to the general perception of "trailer park life" and the close proximity of the homes, describing "rows and rows of trailers packed in there together" with "not a lot of room." However, they also clarified that it is not a "wild and crazy location" and that their cousin was receiving a "pretty good deal" on their space, with potentially beneficial options available after some time.
In stark contrast to this somewhat neutral assessment, another review paints a significantly more concerning picture. This reviewer strongly advises potential residents to "PLEASE DO NOT believe anything they say or advertise" regarding rent-to-own agreements. They allege that the park takes a "down payment to rent to own" but in reality, it is "only a lease." This has reportedly led to a legal dispute, with the reviewer and their partner fighting to recover "almost 18k" spent while living there. The reviewer further claims that the property manager does not possess a Realtor license and that the "whole trailer park is almost empty," suggesting potential issues with occupancy and possibly management practices.
The most serious allegations in this review involve accusations of deceptive practices. The reviewer states that the park "take advantage of hard working people" by allegedly tricking them into believing they are purchasing the trailer and the lot, when in fact, "the LOTS...are leased and not sold with the trailer." They provide a specific financial example, claiming they were led to believe they would be paying a mortgage of $945 over 180 months, totaling $170,100 (the reviewer actually calculates $174k, a minor discrepancy), for a trailer with "no air conditioning," implying a significant overpayment for a rental agreement rather than property ownership.
Given these conflicting accounts, it is challenging to provide a definitive description of the environment, services, and features of Daleville Mobile Home Park. The first review suggests potentially affordable and relatively spacious living arrangements, albeit in a densely packed setting. The mention of "options they have after some time" hints at potential long-term benefits for residents, though these are not specified.
The second review, however, raises serious concerns about the integrity of the park's management and its business practices, particularly regarding lease and potential rent-to-own agreements. The allegations of misleading advertising, unlicensed property management, and the discrepancy between promised ownership and actual lease agreements are significant and should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating residing in Daleville Mobile Home Park.
Due to the severity of the allegations in the negative review, it is impossible to provide a positive or neutral description of the park's environment, services, and features without potentially misleading local users. The claim that the "whole trailer park is almost empty" could suggest a variety of underlying issues, such as resident dissatisfaction, management problems, or unfavorable living conditions. Without further objective information or clarification from the park's management, it is difficult to ascertain the true state of the community.
Information regarding standard mobile home park amenities, such as utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer), waste disposal, road maintenance, security measures, and any communal facilities (e.g., laundry rooms, recreational areas), is entirely absent from the provided reviews. Similarly, there is no mention of any specific rules or regulations governing the community, pet policies, or visitor guidelines.
Furthermore, there is no promotional information available in the provided text. The first review mentions a "good deal" for the cousin and "some options they have after some time," but these are not detailed enough to be considered promotional offers. The second review explicitly warns against believing any advertisements or statements made by the park.
In the context of local users searching for "RV parks near me," Daleville Mobile Home Park, as a long-term residential option, falls outside the typical scope of temporary RV accommodations. However, if individuals are considering a transition to more permanent, potentially lower-cost housing like a mobile home, the information available about Daleville Mobile Home Park presents significant red flags that warrant thorough investigation and caution.
Given the serious allegations of deceptive practices and the stark contrast between the two reviews, potential residents are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before entering into any agreements with Daleville Mobile Home Park. This should include seeking independent legal advice, verifying the licensing of the property manager, and speaking with multiple current residents to gain a balanced perspective on the living conditions and management practices.
To obtain further information or clarification, interested individuals can contact Daleville Mobile Home Park at (334) 389-0937 or +1 334-389-0937. However, given the nature of the negative review, it would be prudent to approach any information received from the management with a critical and discerning eye and to corroborate it with independent sources.
In conclusion, the available information on Daleville Mobile Home Park in Daleville, Alabama, presents a concerning picture, primarily due to the serious allegations of deceptive business practices related to rent-to-own agreements. While one review suggests potentially affordable living spaces, the other strongly advises against believing the park's claims and details ongoing legal action. Local users considering long-term housing options in Daleville should proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough independent research before making any commitments to Daleville Mobile Home Park.

Daleville Mobile Home Park Reviews
My cousin moved there recently and it's a big step up for less money in terms of his living space, but the location itself is a bit dystopic. But, that's trailer park life. There's just not a lot of room there is all, rows and rows of trailers packed in there together. It's not a wild and crazy location or anything like that! That's not what I'm saying. And they are also supplying my cousin with what is really a pretty good deal on their space, because there are some options they have after some time which are quite good in my opinion.
Mar 27, 2025 · J.M. SennPlease DO NOT believe anything they say or advertise they get your down payment to rent to own were in court now bc they lied it's only a lease and now we've got to fight to get almost 18k we've spent living here and the property manager doesn't have a Realtor liscence the whole trailer park is almost empty they take advantage of hard working people they're getting away with it bc the LOTS we just were told by an attorney are leased and not sold with the trailer they trick you 180 months to pay them our mortgage is 945 so they'd make 174k off a trailer with no air conditioning!!!!

Dec 13, 2024 · Ronald NationVery nice and professional helping us out with everything. Great to find our forever home.
Dec 06, 2024 · Eric BaldwinOffice workers are courteous and understanding. Houses are decent, definitely livable. The cheapest available price was $750, so they do cost a bit as they are not income based. Pets are allowed, with a pet fee. No utilities are included into the price. They run on Alabama Power and the water is Daleville City water. The bill paying places are down the road. Walkable distance from grocery stores and fast food restraunts. A park is within walking distance as well. School system is Daleville Schools. The high school is located within walking distance as well.
