East Park Mobile Home Village Reviews
This trailer park Is huge and clean. Trailers are in good shape.
Jan 17, 2025 · Jennifer MunroI have lived across from this park in a home for 2 years. I have never heard one peep from any of the tenants. The owners are very nice and in the winter they used their plow truck to clear my driveway. They clear their own streets in the park during the winter and the landscaping is always kept in perfect condition by the owners. This is a large park with over 100+ homes & it’s very impressive how quiet & clean the whole area looks. I don’t mind living across from this park one bit. So much so, I am making a review to praise the owners & management for doing an amazing job. They are great people. However, I am not on first name basis with them so I don’t know who to mention in this review. This may be the best park in WV! I would highly recommend anyone to look into living here as long as they plan to uphold the standards of the park & keep north side Pinchgut Hollow a great neighborhood!
Aug 05, 2019 · S GyIts a mobile home park. To me the homes are too close together. Also it is too far up away from town. The transit only goes there 2 times a day, so it is mandatory that you have a vehicle for all errands. Also it is extremely windo as there are very, very few trees to provide any protection from wind. The winters in West Virginia can be brutal, your heating bill will be extremely high.
Jun 16, 2019 · karen bixlerSome of my family lives here. Its an ok trailer park everyone pretty much minds their own business & stays to themselves.
Sep 17, 2023 · Casey WatkinsThis seems to be a well-maintained quiet neighborhood. While I was visiting a friend, I noticed immaculate lawns, well-kept facilities. I would live here if I wanted to.
