Eden Roc Introduce
Welcome to Eden Roc, a mobile home park located at 28362 Bradshire Rd, Hayward, CA 94545, USA. Situated in Alameda County, Eden Roc may offer opportunities for long-term stays for recreational vehicles (RVs), positioning it within the 'RV parks near me' category for those seeking a residential environment for their RV in the Hayward area. You can contact them at (510) 372-0011 or +1 510-372-0011 for inquiries regarding availability and suitability for RVs.
Based on the available customer reviews, Eden Roc presents a somewhat mixed picture. One long-term resident of nearly eight years described it as a "small community which is very nice, peaceful and quiet," highlighting the friendly nature of the people and the sense of safety within the park, even at night. This positive feedback suggests that Eden Roc, at least at one point, offered a desirable living environment characterized by tranquility, neighborliness, and security. For those searching 'RV parks near me' and prioritizing these aspects, this initial positive review might be appealing.
However, a more recent review paints a different picture, indicating significant changes under new management, identified as "Hometown of America." This review expresses concerns about several aspects of the park's operation and atmosphere. A major point of contention is the change in guest parking, which is now reportedly "for reserve only," with management allegedly expecting guests to park outside the community in an area deemed unsafe due to car break-ins. This policy could be a significant drawback for residents who frequently have visitors, including those in RVs expecting guests.
Furthermore, the more recent review claims that the park is "not the same as before," describing it as "dirty" and noting the absence of on-site management during weekends and after hours on weekdays. This suggests a potential decline in maintenance and accessibility of management, which could impact the overall living experience for both mobile home residents and those in long-term RV stays. The reviewer also alleges that the new management is primarily focused on financial gain ("all they are worried about is money") and less concerned about the residents' well-being, implying that the removal of guest parking and its reservation system might be financially motivated.
Hayward, the city where Eden Roc is located, offers a suburban environment with access to various amenities and services. Residents can find shopping centers, restaurants, and recreational facilities within a reasonable distance. The location also provides connectivity to the broader San Francisco Bay Area via transportation networks. However, the concerns raised in the recent review about off-site guest parking safety are pertinent to the specific location of Eden Roc within Hayward.
For individuals considering Eden Roc for a long-term RV stay after searching 'RV parks near me', it is crucial to weigh both the positive and negative feedback. The initial positive review suggests a community with inherent appeal in its size, peacefulness, friendliness, and safety. However, the more recent and critical review raises serious concerns about management practices, guest parking, maintenance, and overall resident care. These are significant factors that can greatly impact the quality of living in any residential community, including an RV park.
Given the conflicting perspectives in the reviews, it is highly recommended that potential residents, including those with RVs, conduct thorough due diligence. Contacting the current management at the provided phone numbers to inquire about their policies, particularly regarding guest parking, maintenance schedules, and on-site management availability, is essential. It would also be beneficial to try and speak with current residents to gain a broader understanding of the current living conditions and management approach.
The recent negative review does not mention any specific amenities for residents, such as laundry facilities, communal areas, or specific RV hookups (water, electricity, sewer). These are typical considerations for long-term RV parks, and prospective residents should inquire about their availability and any associated costs. Understanding these services will be crucial in determining if Eden Roc can adequately meet the needs of RV living.
In summary, Eden Roc in Hayward, CA, presents a complex picture for those considering it as a potential long-term RV location within the 'RV parks near me' category. While it was once described as a small, nice, peaceful, quiet, and friendly community with a sense of safety, recent changes in management have led to concerns about guest parking policies, maintenance, and the overall focus on residents' well-being. Potential residents should carefully consider these recent criticisms and conduct thorough investigations before making a decision.
No specific promotional information is available from the provided text. However, any potential promotions should be viewed in light of the recent negative feedback regarding management and park conditions. It would be prudent for prospective residents to prioritize verifying the current living conditions and management practices over any advertised incentives.
Ultimately, choosing a location for a long-term RV stay requires a comprehensive assessment of various factors, including the environment, community, management, and available services. While Eden Roc may have once offered a positive living experience, the recent review suggests a decline. Therefore, individuals searching 'RV parks near me' should approach Eden Roc with caution, conduct thorough inquiries, and consider the potential implications of the reported management changes on their quality of life.

Eden Roc Reviews
It's a small community which is very nice, peaceful and quiet, people are very friendly, you can walk at night safely. We've been living here for almost 8 years now and we loved this place. Highly recommended 👌
Oct 14, 2024 · ANNIE MAGADIAWe have new management here at Eden Roc and now all guest parking are for reserve only. And management expects our guest to park outside the community which they well know it’s not safe because they break into cars. This park is not the same as before it’s dirty we don’t have a manager on-site on weekends or even after hours on weekdays. Since Hometown of America came into this park all they are worried about is money, they don’t care about the residents. I’m sure all guest parking got removed and now are reserved only because they charge for every reserved parking. $$$$$$$.
May 31, 2023 · Sylvia MercadoThe number of onsite amenities this large mobile home community offers are just one of the several reasons so many residents call this park home. 🛝 Watch your kids play in the recreational area, shape up in the fitness center, challenge your neighbor to a game of billiards or relax in either the onsite spa, sauna, or swimming pool. 🏊 With close proximity to Highway 880 and the San Mateo bridge, Eden Roc gives you easy access to much of what the Bay Area has to offer.
Jun 06, 2023 · Alex Chow (Alex Chow Homes)Very clean friendly residents and management great place to live close to shopping dinning transportation. There is now new management not sure whats going on but water bill went from $36. To 360.00 for 1 month gas and electric has almost doubled new manager wont do anything its going on with alot of residents has to be illegal they read there own meters in house .
Apr 05, 2021 · Tony TEden Roc plans to remove ALL Guest Parking starting in June 2023. Visitors must park outside the community. Management has changed Guest Parking spaces to Reserved and will tow anyone who dares to park in what used to be Guest Parking. This is an unacceptable Reduction in Services/Amenities.
