Lake Onalaska Manufactured Home Community Reviews
First I’d like to note the property Manager Tonya. She is very caring of her residents and future residents. Not only did she communicate with me via email per request of point of contact but also went out of her way to get a variety of information to ensure a purchase we desired! Once we found the home that fit our family needs, she promptly got all the information we needed to proceed with approval of a loan.I’d also like to thank rhp properties for being a caring community for spring pets to home owners within their park. Not many do that and we’re grateful to keep our furry family!Once again, thank you Tonya for the support and care we needed in the process!
Apr 23, 2024 · Angela WhyteLandlord is unreasonable. This park needs work by landlord and expects renters to pay for it. Most driveways need to be replaced. They are very dangerous in the winter. That is not a renter’s responsibility. Then denies upgrade to increase home value. Love my home. Nothing good to say about management.
Mar 11, 2022 · Liz BeatyVery disappointed at the lack of management. We had plans to purchase a home from an individual at the park. We submitted our application and paid the $40 fee. There was a lady filling in for the manager, she was polite and helpful but didn’t have the authority to approve or deny applications. Apparently there is a “DM” who makes the decisions. They would not give me any contact info for him, was just told that he has my information. On top of that, the lady who is filling in tells me that she will be gone after this week and no one will be in the office “for a couple weeks.” So again I ask for a phone number for whoever is in charge. I was told “sorry no”. I can’t believe that’s how they run their business, thinking about reporting them to the BBB
Sep 10, 2022 · Hannah KDisappointed because we tried to buy a trailer and both the office and the guy selling it has not continued to answer or return my phone calls or even bother with my application. Would not recommend buying or renting or even applying at this mobile home park.
