Moonglo Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" with the intent of finding a long-term living situation in a mobile home park, Moonglo Mobile Home Park, located at 900 Howard Ave space 64, Escondido, CA 92029, USA, is one such option in the Escondido area. You can contact the park at (760) 746-6785 or +1 760-746-6785 for inquiries about availability and other details.
Escondido, situated in northern San Diego County, offers a diverse environment with a mix of residential areas, commercial centers, and natural landscapes. The city provides access to various amenities and services, making it a potentially attractive location for long-term residents. Mobile home parks in Escondido can offer a more affordable housing alternative compared to traditional single-family homes or apartments, often fostering a sense of community among residents.
However, the available customer reviews for Moonglo Mobile Home Park present a significantly negative perspective on the current living conditions within the community. Both reviewers express a stark contrast between the park's past and its present state. They recall a time, approximately 20 years ago, when Moonglo Mobile Home Park was "nice and quiet" with "cool" and respectful residents. Unfortunately, their recent experiences and observations paint a very different picture.
Current issues highlighted in the reviews include a lack of respect among some residents, particularly concerning pet owners who do not "pick up after their dogs." This lack of consideration for common areas can detract significantly from the overall cleanliness and enjoyment of the park for other residents. Furthermore, one reviewer notes a general decline in the quality of residents, stating, "It's as if everytime a new resident moves in property value decreases." This sentiment suggests a perceived negative shift in the community's social dynamics and the behavior of some individuals.
A major point of criticism in both reviews is the perceived inaction and lack of accountability from the management. Residents express the feeling that "Management only cares about rent being paid, nothing else" and that there is "no accountability to management" regarding issues such as barking dogs, vandalism by children, and the failure of residents to clean up after their pets. This lack of enforcement of community standards can lead to a deterioration of the living environment and a sense of frustration among residents who value a well-maintained and respectful community.
The second reviewer echoes these concerns, describing the current situation as "horrible" compared to the "quiet" and "peaceful" atmosphere with residents who had "respect for neighbors and the property" when they first moved in 20 years ago. The problems now include "barking dogs," "kids that vandalize everything," and "classless residents that dint even pick up dog excrement." This paints a picture of a community where basic standards of neighborly conduct and property maintenance are not being upheld, and where residents feel that management is unresponsive to these issues.
The strong negative sentiment expressed in these reviews, particularly the comparison between the park's past and present conditions, should be a significant consideration for anyone exploring Moonglo Mobile Home Park as a potential long-term residence through their search for "RV parks near me." While the park's location in Escondido might be geographically desirable, the social environment and the perceived lack of effective management appear to be major drawbacks according to these firsthand accounts.
For prospective residents, it would be crucial to undertake thorough due diligence before making any decisions about Moonglo Mobile Home Park. This should include:
- **Contacting the management directly:** While the reviews suggest potential issues with management responsiveness, it is still necessary to inquire about current policies, rules enforcement, and the steps being taken to address the concerns raised in these reviews.
- **Visiting the park in person:** A visit would allow for a direct observation of the community's current state, including the cleanliness of common areas, the noise levels, and the general upkeep of individual spaces.
- **If possible, speaking with current residents:** Seeking out current residents (beyond those who have posted online reviews) could provide a more balanced and nuanced understanding of the living conditions and management effectiveness.
- **Inquiring about park rules and their enforcement:** Understanding the community's rules regarding pets, noise, property maintenance, and resident behavior, as well as how these rules are enforced by management, is essential.
Given the consistent negative feedback regarding the decline of the community and the lack of effective management, prospective residents should weigh these concerns heavily against any potential benefits of the location or the affordability of living in a mobile home park in Escondido. The reviews suggest a significant deterioration in the quality of life within Moonglo Mobile Home Park over the past two decades, and it is essential to determine if the current reality aligns with one's expectations for a comfortable and respectful long-term living environment.
In conclusion, while Moonglo Mobile Home Park is located in Escondido, CA, and may appear as an option for those searching for "RV parks near me" for long-term mobile home living, the available customer reviews paint a concerning picture of a community experiencing significant issues with resident behavior and a perceived lack of effective management. Prospective residents are strongly advised to conduct a thorough on-site investigation and gather additional information before considering this park as their future home.

Jun 06, 2024 · Cee Dub619cameramanever since we got a new manger it has gone downhill. all they care about is the money they make rather than what the park NEEDS. not to mention, he is a nasty person, rude, and egotistical. he mistreats the people who live here.
Dec 10, 2022 · Emily AguilarEver since some big lawyers bought the place. The manager has been real ballsy and threatening my mom because "OUR" people are disgusting. What does "our" people mean to you? My mom does not like conflict and usually avoids it but I'm getting tired of her yelling at my mom and getting in her face. She even told her that she's been spending money on lawyers to have her evicted.
