One of the standout features of North Crest RV Park & Propane, according to multiple reviewers, is the welcoming and helpful nature of the people associated with the park. One guest described them as "Wonderful friendly people," setting a positive tone for the overall experience. Another reviewer specifically praised Emily, the manager, noting that she "met us at the entrance, led us to our site and made sure everything about our site met their standards and our expectations." This personalized and attentive service suggests a management team that is dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction.
The physical characteristics of the RV sites at North Crest RV Park & Propane are also highly regarded. Guests have consistently mentioned the size and quality of the spaces. One reviewer described them as "huge shady sites," which would be particularly appealing during the hot Texas summers, offering a welcome respite from the sun. Another guest specifically highlighted that the sites were "Spacious LEVEL sites with solid amperage at the pedestal." Level sites are crucial for comfortable RV living and the proper functioning of appliances, while reliable amperage ensures consistent power supply. These features contribute significantly to a positive and hassle-free stay.

However, one consistent drawback mentioned by multiple reviewers is the presence of road noise from a nearby freeway. One guest noted, "The only draw back was the road noise from the freeway near by but the park itself is wonderful." Another reviewer echoed this, stating, "If you are a light sleeper this may have too much traffic noise for you." While one of these reviewers found a solution by using a sound machine app to sleep through the traffic, it is important for potential guests, especially light sleepers, to be aware of this potential environmental factor when considering a stay at North Crest RV Park & Propane.

North Crest RV Park & Propane Reviews
Wonderful friendly people, huge shady sites and the park was quiet and clean. The price is reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The only draw back was the road noise from the freeway near by but the park itself is wonderful. We turned our sound machine app on the second night and were able to sleep through the traffic.
Apr 27, 2025 · Kathleen CarterWe needed only a one night stay but I wish we had stayed longer. Spacious LEVEL sites with solid amperage at the pedestal. It was so close and convenient to everything you would want to see and do in Waco. Emily, the manager met us at the entrance, led us to our site and made sure everything about our site met their standards and our expectations. She is an absolute delight. If you are a light sleeper this may have too much traffic noise for you. Didn't bother me at all.
Apr 04, 2025 · Andie MorganIt may be close to the freeway, but it is surprisingly peaceful. Wooded sites that are larger than most RV sites. We were welcomed by Emily and her side kick Ranger which was a great way to start our stay. The laundry facilities were too notch. You can tell the place is cared for with love.
Apr 20, 2025 · A.T. BurtI had looked for a nice and friendly place to park my Class C 36 ft RV, and that would not cost me an arm and maybe my leg. When I came across this RV site , I called to make a reservation for a few weeks. Wow, when i areived I could not have found a friendlier and a nicely shaded place than here. The helped me put my RV IN MY spot and I hooked up all the connections, Water, electric and WyFI. I needed propain and will the have a refill station right here. What more could you ask for. We'll there was one more thing and it was the friendly atmosphere of the owners. Will definitely come back again and stay a few weeks more. Great place Tim atkinson
Apr 23, 2025 · Timothy AtkinsonWe had a great stay at this campground!Passing through the area for a 1 night stay. The owners were very accommodating and so helpful to anything we needed. We have a 75 foot long rig and they had the perfect pull through site available. We also had the propane filled on site. It’s a nice quiet campground just off the interstate which was very convenient. I would highly recommend it. We will definitely be back if we are ever back in the area.
