Parks Place Estates Introduce
For local residents in Michigan and those searching within the "rv parks near me" category for potential long-term living arrangements, Parks Place Estates, situated at 14065 30th Ave, Remus, MI 49340, USA, presents a mobile home community with distinct characteristics, according to online reviews. While often listed under "rv parks near me," it's important to understand that mobile home parks primarily cater to individuals and families residing in manufactured homes on a long-term basis, although some may accommodate recreational vehicles for extended periods subject to park policies.
The available reviews for Parks Place Estates offer contrasting perspectives, providing potential residents with crucial insights into the community's environment and management style. One reviewer expressed a highly positive view, emphasizing the park's commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment. They stated, "The park is very different from other trailer parks. The owners are very good about not allowing people to turn it into a trashy trailer park that I've seen all too often. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants peace and quiet where they live." This feedback suggests that the management actively works to uphold a certain standard of cleanliness and tranquility within the community, which could be particularly appealing to those seeking a peaceful living environment.
However, a subsequent review presents a starkly different experience, cautioning potential residents by labeling Parks Place Estates as a "Terrible place to live.!!" This reviewer alleges a significant discrepancy between the initial impression given by the owners and their behavior after a lease is signed. They claim, "The owners come off as nice people but are monsters after signing the lease." This serious accusation warrants careful consideration by anyone contemplating residency in the park.
Furthermore, this negative review raises concerns about the park's purported family-friendly nature. The reviewer states, "This is supposed to be a family friendly place. The problem is they want no evidence of kids at all they will even complain about kids playing outside." This assertion, if accurate, could be a significant drawback for families with children who value outdoor play and a more relaxed attitude towards children's activities within their residential community. The reviewer concludes with a strong recommendation to "Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!"
Given these conflicting accounts, it is essential for prospective residents to approach Parks Place Estates with caution and conduct thorough due diligence. The emphasis on maintaining a clean and quiet environment, as highlighted in the positive review, might come with certain restrictions that could impact the lifestyle of some residents, particularly families with children, as suggested by the negative review.
While specific details regarding the services and features of Parks Place Estates are not extensively provided in the reviews, we can infer some common aspects of mobile home parks. Typically, residents lease individual lots within the park for their manufactured homes and are responsible for their upkeep. The park management usually provides essential infrastructure such as roadways and may offer communal amenities. Utility hookups for water, sewer, and electricity are generally standard, with residents often paying for these services either directly or as part of their lot rental fees. The reviews do not mention any specific amenities such as playgrounds, laundry facilities, or community centers at Parks Place Estates.
The environment of Parks Place Estates, based on the reviews, seems to be one where the owners prioritize orderliness and quiet. This could create a peaceful atmosphere for some residents but might also lead to strict enforcement of rules that could be perceived as overly restrictive, especially concerning children's activities. The discrepancy between the two reviews underscores the importance of understanding the community's culture and management style before committing to long-term residency.
From a promotional standpoint, highlighting the positive review's emphasis on a clean and quiet environment could attract individuals and retirees seeking a tranquil living space. The owners' apparent dedication to preventing the park from becoming "trashy" could also be a selling point for those who value a well-maintained community. However, it is ethically imperative to also consider the serious allegations raised in the negative review regarding the owners' post-lease behavior and the restrictions on children's outdoor play. Any promotional material should encourage potential residents to visit the park, speak with current residents (if possible), and thoroughly understand the park's rules and regulations before making a decision.
For local users in Remus and the surrounding areas who are searching within the "rv parks near me" category, Parks Place Estates might present itself as a long-term housing option. However, given the strong and contradictory opinions expressed in the reviews, it is crucial to look beyond the categorization and delve deeper into the actual living conditions and community culture. Individuals with RVs seeking a long-term stay should specifically inquire about the park's policies on RVs, as mobile home parks primarily cater to manufactured homes.
In conclusion, Parks Place Estates in Remus, MI, appears to be a mobile home park with a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean and quiet environment, which may appeal to certain individuals. However, potential residents must also be aware of the serious allegations of negative post-lease management behavior and strict restrictions on children's outdoor play. The significant divergence in the provided reviews necessitates a cautious approach. Local users considering Parks Place Estates for long-term living should contact the park management at (989) 644-3310 or +1 989-644-3310 to gather more information, clarify the park's rules and regulations, and ideally, visit the community to form their own informed opinion before making a commitment. The contrasting feedback underscores the importance of thorough investigation to ensure a suitable living environment.

Feb 18, 2025 · Erin ThomasmaTonya is one of the most hardworking, honest, and dedicated people I've ever met. She and her team have worked day and night to turn Parks Place Estates into one of Michigan's premiere estates. Tonya always tries to keep utilities updated, the drives and roadways in the park clear and sace. The safety and comfort of her tenants is her priority. You will not regret renting a unit at Parks Place!
Dec 18, 2018 · Melissa SetserThe place has really improved, no drug users! Clean, no animals running loose getting in the garbage, people taking responsibility for their own places too.Negative comments crack me up..lies! It's clean and well maintained! They must have have been kicked out --huh.
Dec 18, 2018 · Carla DutcherTruly I didn't wanna even give one star. My grandpa has lived in this trailer park for 14 years. He's owned both of his trailers & never had an issue with the previous owners. Actually helped them with alot. Tanya & Pat took over & my grandpa continued to help them as he did the previous owners with just about anything needed. But my grandpa owning his trailer causes her to lose money so we've spent the last year dealing with harassment over anything she can find to harass us for. My grandpa has always been on top of keeping his yard cleaned up & flowers planted, everything always nice! He's a clean freak so his house is never a mess. She has evicted people for offering to give us a statement for court on her harassment toward us. Shes given my grandpa 18+ eviction notices (non notarized) just to harass him. Has written out complaints & made copies of them to keep putting in his mailbox (herself. which is illegal. you cantc pitjusy put stuff in people's mailboxes.) She has harassed me for visiting my grandpa as often as I do even though I don't live here, I actually have my own lease in my name. For the last month she has even gone as to be so immature that she is shoveling everyone's sidewalk except my grandpa's even though he's 64 years old & has had a ton of surgeries just to be plain out mean. I don't recommend this place to anyone especially families. She will write you up for chrisChri decorations being outside bevbeca she doesn't believe in Holidays, & she doesn't keep up with anything here. She has personally almost ran ME over at 3 months orehnpre because she doesn't pay attention when she's driving through. We are finally out of here but unless you wanna pay $650 for a trailer park that you're not allowed to hardly breathe in & spend your time getting harassed about anything she can think of. She's very bi polar & will take it out on any of her tenants on any day of the week. I've seen her screaming in other tenants faces for speaking to my grandpa & being friends with him. Even her own husband has tried to tell her what she's doing is wrong but she doesn't seem to care when she's in her mood swings. She's tried paying my grandpa to move out to make more money on a lot. I have all of the haeassmehaeassmehasaved throuht texts & I've taken videos.
