Look no further than Sabine River RV Park, located at 17418 LA-5. Based on enthusiastic customer reviews, our park provides an excellent experience for both short-term and long-term stays, with a particular appeal to workers and travelers seeking value and quality.
The environment at Sabine River RV Park, while not described in extensive detail regarding scenic beauty, is clearly appreciated for its functionality and cleanliness. One reviewer, a worker, specifically noted it as a "great campground" for their needs. This suggests that the park provides a comfortable and convenient setting for individuals working in the area, offering the necessary amenities and a pleasant atmosphere for a longer-term stay. While the natural surroundings aren't heavily emphasized, the focus on practicality and comfort is evident.
One of the standout features of Sabine River RV Park is its exceptional affordability. The monthly price is highlighted as the "cheapest around," making it an attractive option for those needing extended accommodation, such as workers in the oil and gas industry. The incredibly low nightly rate of "$20/night" for a full hookup site is also remarkable, offering significant value for short-term visitors. This combination of budget-friendly pricing for both short and long stays makes Sabine River RV Park a highly economical choice for local users searching for "RV parks near me" that won't break the bank.
The owners of Sabine River RV Park are consistently praised for their friendly demeanor. One guest described them as "very friendly," and another referred to the "fantastic" owner. This personal touch and welcoming attitude from the management can greatly enhance the overall experience, creating a positive and hospitable environment for all guests. Knowing that the owners are approachable and helpful can make a significant difference, especially for those who are new to the area or require assistance during their stay.
Cleanliness is another area where Sabine River RV Park excels. Multiple reviews specifically commend the hygiene of the facilities. The "bathroom and laundry rooms" are described as "super clean," indicating a high standard of maintenance and care. Clean and well-maintained restrooms and laundry facilities are essential for the comfort and convenience of RV travelers, and this positive feedback suggests that Sabine River RV Park prioritizes these aspects.
The physical infrastructure of the RV sites at Sabine River RV Park is also noteworthy. Each space is equipped with a "concrete pad," which provides a stable and level surface for parking your RV and setting up your outdoor living area. Concrete pads are a desirable feature as they help to keep your RV clean and prevent issues with mud or uneven ground, contributing to a more comfortable and organized campsite.
The availability of "full hookup" at the affordable nightly rate is another significant advantage. Full hookups typically include connections for electricity, water, and sewer, providing all the necessary utilities for a comfortable and self-sufficient RV stay. Knowing that these essential services are included in the already low nightly rate further enhances the value proposition of Sabine River RV Park.
While specific promotional offers are not mentioned in the provided reviews, the consistently low prices for both nightly and monthly stays can be considered a form of ongoing promotion, attracting budget-conscious travelers and long-term residents alike. Sabine River RV Park Reviews
Great campgrounds for a worker like myself. The monthly price is cheapest around and the owners are very friendly. Will definitely recommend to other oil and gas workers.
Feb 25, 2025 · Mike BrownLast minute decision I'm so glad we made. Owner is fantastic! Bathroom and laundry rooms super clean. Each space has a concrete pad. Full hookup $20/night!
Feb 11, 2023 · Rebecca FI was just trying to evacuate and find a safe clean place to park. I will return here for that reason if ever needed again. The place is occupied mostly by workers, some with families, and incredibly quiet. It was clean with sites that were spacious and orderly looking. This is not an entertainment RV Park, but it was a great, quiet escape to ride out the storm. The owner is very kind and accommodating. The campers there were also friendly.
