Santa Fe MH Park Office Introduce
Santa Fe MH Park Office, located at 11546 SW 37th St, Lake Butler, FL 32054, USA, serves as a mobile home park within the Lake Butler area. When individuals search for "RV parks near me," it is important to clarify that Santa Fe MH Park Office is primarily a mobile home community, offering lots for manufactured homes rather than transient camping spots for recreational vehicles. While some mobile home parks may have limited capabilities for long-term RV placement, the core focus of such communities is typically on permanent or semi-permanent residence in manufactured homes. Prospective residents or long-term RV owners would need to contact the park directly to ascertain any potential for RV accommodation and to understand the specific terms and conditions.
The environment and overall living conditions at Santa Fe MH Park Office, as described by customer reviews, present a challenging picture. Residents have reported recurring issues that significantly impact their quality of life. A primary concern frequently mentioned is related to the plumbing infrastructure, with reports of pipes being broken and the water supply being turned off consistently. This suggests potential underlying maintenance issues with the park's utility systems. Furthermore, residents have noted issues with the water quality itself, describing it as "hard and incredibly sulfuric," which is reported to cause damage to household appliances such as washing machines. These factors contribute to a difficult daily living experience for those residing in the park.
In terms of the mobile homes themselves, the reviews indicate significant concerns regarding their condition. Descriptions such as "disgusting roach filled trailer," "junk and everything is broken and run down," and "found mold and mildew which made me sick" suggest that the manufactured homes available for rent or placement within the park may be in a state of disrepair. A resident also mentioned being without hot water for two weeks, further highlighting issues with basic living amenities. These conditions, if widespread, would significantly detract from the appeal and habitability of the units within the park.
Beyond the physical infrastructure, the reviews also touch upon the broader community environment. Reports of "starving beaten up cats and kittens all over the park" point to potential animal welfare issues or a lack of effective animal control within the community. The overall sentiment conveyed by residents is one of dissatisfaction and regret, with strong advisories against moving into the park unless absolutely necessary. This suggests that the management's efforts, or lack thereof, to maintain a safe, clean, and functioning environment are perceived negatively by some current and former occupants.
The services provided, as inferred from the complaints, appear to be insufficient in addressing fundamental resident needs. The blame reportedly placed on residents for plumbing issues, coupled with the ongoing problems, suggests a potentially strained relationship between management and residents regarding maintenance responsibilities and accountability. The charging of "over 1k for each disgusting roach filled trailer" also indicates a significant disparity between the perceived value of the living spaces and the cost. Effective management in a mobile home park typically involves prompt and thorough maintenance, clear communication, and a commitment to providing habitable living conditions, which, based on the provided feedback, appear to be areas of concern at Santa Fe MH Park Office.
Promotional information, or the lack thereof, in a positive light, is notably absent from the provided reviews. Instead, the customer feedback serves as a cautionary tale, essentially acting as negative promotional material from the residents' perspective. The phone numbers, (352) 812-3568 and +1 352-812-3568, are available for direct contact with the Santa Fe MH Park Office. However, potential inquiries should be made with a clear understanding of the severe issues highlighted in the reviews. The address, 11546 SW 37th St, Lake Butler, FL 32054, USA, places the park within the Lake Butler vicinity, and its accessibility would be a geographical feature. However, the internal conditions appear to overshadow any locational benefits.
In summary, Santa Fe MH Park Office in Lake Butler, FL, is a mobile home community that, according to resident reviews, faces significant challenges regarding its infrastructure, the condition of its mobile homes, and overall living environment. Issues with plumbing, water quality, pest infestations, mold, lack of hot water, and the general state of disrepair in the units are consistently reported. The atmosphere is described as "sad," with concerns about animal welfare and a strong recommendation against moving in. While the contact information is provided for inquiries, prospective residents are strongly advised to consider the documented challenges and conduct thorough due diligence before considering this location for their manufactured home or potential long-term RV parking. The objective information from customer feedback paints a picture of a park where fundamental living standards appear to be a serious concern for its residents.

The plumbing is always turned off due to pipes being broken. They blame their own residents for thisThey charge over 1k for each disgusting roach filled trailer hereThe water is hard and incredibly sulfuric, so it destroys your washing machine etc.Don't move here unless you have to. And if you have to I am so so sorry 😞Starving beaten up cats and kittens all over the park. It's a sad place to be
Sep 21, 2024 · Sky ShroomDon't move in here! Mobile homes are junk and everything is broken and run down! I went two weeks with no hot water! And then I found mold and mildew which made me sick. This is a typical trashy trailer park.
Oct 29, 2024 · JWe were looking into getting a rent to own from this place, I swear it is a scam.... We went to the same park a few years ago when they were selling the places cheap because they were almost beyond repair. As soon as we had the money & we were ready to go to fill out paperwork, suddenly the place was no longer available.... Watch Out, I'm pretty sure they are scamming everyone.....
Jun 10, 2024 · Jeannie D (JeannieD)To start off its not the residents its the owners.Maintenance is never informed of the issues in a timely manner and constantly it takes anywhere from 1 week to 5-7 weeks to fix the issues.Plumbing is absolutely horrible enough to where I refuse to drink water out of the tap unless it's boiled the smell is atrocious. No one is ever in the office more than 1 hour a day maybe 3 days out of the week if your lucky. The whole park is completely filled with stray cats and they refuse to do anything about it.Consistently rude and they've evicted someone for homing an evicted person before due to them not wanting them in their park.Huge issues they are using it as a money grab instead of actually caring about the residents. Most of their maintenance crew is not capable of even fixing a door knob.
