Sebring Grove RV Resort Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Sebring, Florida area? Sebring Grove RV Resort, located at 4105 U.S. Hwy 27 S, Sebring, FL 33870, USA, presents itself as a community with certain appealing features, although it's important to consider all available feedback when making your decision. You can contact them at (863) 402-0358 or +1 863-402-0358 for inquiries.
One positive aspect highlighted by a reviewer is the aesthetic appeal of the community. They mention it as a "beautiful community" and specifically praise the "beautiful pool." This suggests that the resort offers visually attractive common areas and amenities that residents and visitors can enjoy. The presence of a well-maintained pool can be a significant draw for those seeking relaxation and recreation during their stay.
Furthermore, this reviewer also noted the generous spacing between homes, stating there are "lots of room between homes, so privacy is great." This is a significant advantage for those who value their personal space and seek a sense of seclusion within the RV park setting. Ample space between lots can enhance the overall living experience, providing a more comfortable and less crowded environment compared to some other "RV parks near me."
However, it is crucial to also consider a contrasting review that presents a very negative experience. This reviewer describes their treatment as "awful" and recounts a distressing situation involving their high-functioning autistic son. According to this account, despite initially being welcomed, they faced accusations from other residents and perceived mishandling by the management, specifically mentioning "Andrea the owner" and "the guy in the office."
The core of this negative feedback revolves around an alleged incident where the reviewer and their family were accused of leaving their son unattended, which they vehemently deny. They express feeling that the management sided with other residents based on what they term "so called witnesses" rather than directly addressing their family or seeking proof. The reviewer suggests that the underlying issue may have been related to their son being permitted to live there while other residents' grandchildren were not.
This account raises serious concerns about the communication, fairness, and inclusivity within the community and its management practices. The reviewer uses strong language, describing the management as "two faced" and expressing a lack of trust. They also convey significant hurt and disappointment towards the residents they felt were involved in the negative experience.
Given these contrasting perspectives, it is challenging to form a definitive overall assessment of Sebring Grove RV Resort based solely on these two reviews. The positive review highlights the aesthetic beauty, the appealing pool area, and the benefit of spacious and private lots. These are undoubtedly attractive features for those seeking "RV parks near me" that offer a pleasant environment and a sense of personal space.
On the other hand, the negative review paints a picture of potential issues related to community relations, management conduct, and the handling of sensitive situations involving individuals with disabilities. Such allegations should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating a stay at Sebring Grove RV Resort. It underscores the importance of thorough research and potentially seeking additional perspectives or clarifications before making a decision.
When searching for "RV parks near me," it is always advisable to look for a range of reviews and try to identify common themes or patterns in the feedback. In the case of Sebring Grove RV Resort, the limited information available online presents a mixed picture. While the beautiful environment and spacious lots are appealing, the serious allegations raised in the negative review cannot be ignored.
Potential local users considering Sebring Grove RV Resort should weigh these contrasting opinions carefully. If the aesthetic aspects and privacy are high priorities, the positive feedback may be encouraging. However, the concerns raised about management practices and community dynamics should prompt further investigation. It might be beneficial to speak directly with the management to understand their perspective and inquire about their policies on community relations and the accommodation of individuals with disabilities.
Furthermore, if possible, seeking out additional reviews or testimonials from other residents or past visitors could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the overall environment and management style at Sebring Grove RV Resort. This could help potential residents or visitors determine if the positive aspects outweigh the potential concerns raised in the negative review.
In conclusion, Sebring Grove RV Resort in Sebring, FL, offers the allure of a "beautiful community" with an attractive pool and spacious, private lots, which are significant advantages for those seeking "RV parks near me" with these features. However, a serious negative review raises concerns about management conduct and community relations that potential residents or visitors should carefully consider and investigate further before making a decision. A balanced approach, considering both the positive and negative feedback, is essential when evaluating Sebring Grove RV Resort as a potential RV destination.

Sebring Grove RV Resort Reviews
I have friends from Michigan here, and it's a beautiful community. Beautiful pool and lots of room between homes, so privacy is great.
Jan 22, 2024 · Yvonne Troisi-MorganAwful. Was treated horribly. Have a high functioning autistic son. We were told that we were welcomed there and that we couldn't leave our son there by himself. And we didn't but instead of asking us about having proof that we never left him alone they went with people there their so called witnesses. They were upset cause our son could live there but their grandchildren couldn't. Our son can't live on his own I would love for him to live on his own. But that isn't the case. They are two faced there. And Andrea the owner I wouldn't trust either let alone the guy in the office who lived next to us and saw our son was never left alone. And to those people who live there and hurt my family the way they did. Shame on you. You will answer for that someday. When god asks you how you treated people on earth.
Sep 04, 2022 · beneztte23It's been a couple years since we've been here. The park has never been a real "resort" but has been a friendly place. When we came in today we immediately noticed boats and trailers parked all around the park. Looks pretty trashy and certainly didn't make it easier to park our rig. When we tried to hook up to water the faucet was broken and appears to have been that way for awhile. Hope things are going to get better over the winter.
Dec 07, 2018 · Scott SchnelleIt looks cute and very friendly quaint not a real big place looks like a true Campground,,and awesome price ,front desk guy was super nice and informative
Dec 12, 2023 · Jeffreysrazor PikeResidents are extremely friendly and welcoming. Small park with plenty of resident run activities. Electric rates are very expensive. 20 cents kw. Beware ... make sure you take a picture of your meter upon arrival and then again when park reads meter.
