Potential visitors can anticipate a location that offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life, with opportunities to explore the outdoors.
Based on available information, the services and features at Sugarberry RV Park appear to be in a state of transition and upgrade. One consistent positive aspect highlighted by a recent customer is the availability of free laundry facilities. This is a significant convenience for travelers, especially those on longer journeys, allowing them to maintain their comfort without incurring extra costs.
However, it's important to note feedback from another customer who reported the bathhouse being unavailable for use without explanation. This suggests that some of the park's amenities might be undergoing maintenance or renovation. Prospective guests are advised to inquire about the current status of all facilities when making their reservations to ensure they meet their needs.
Regarding the features of the park, one review mentions a lack of shade, a non-existent pool, and a playground deemed inadequate. These points are crucial for families and individuals seeking specific recreational amenities during their stay. It's recommended that potential visitors who prioritize these features clarify their availability and condition with the park management beforehand.
On a more positive note, a recent review indicates that the new owner is actively working on upgrading the park area and has introduced a nature trail, which is a promising addition for those who enjoy outdoor exploration and leisurely walks. The ongoing upgrades to the park area further support this intention, hinting at potential improvements to facilities and recreational spaces in the future.
It is worth considering the contrasting experiences shared in the reviews. One past tenant reported a short notice period to vacate following the change in ownership and expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of clear reasons for being asked to leave. This highlights the importance of clear communication and transparent policies between park management and guests.
In contrast, the positive review from a more recent guest indicates a shift towards better management practices, with clear communication of rules and a focus on improvements. This suggests that Sugarberry RV Park is potentially undergoing positive changes aimed at enhancing the guest experience.

Sugarberry RV Park Reviews
Only thing good about this campground is free laundry. They have a bathhouse but no one can use it and wasn’t told any reason why not. There is no shade anyway, no pool, the playground is a joke. Their rent is too high for what you get. Was also told we are not the right fit for their campground and we had to leave. When I ask why we are not the right fit they declined to answer. I was told we are not the right so we had to leave. We were not told about any rules. We did not bother anyone. We kept to ourselves. And when they bought the campground from the previous owner they only gave week or 2 notice for the previous tenants to move. Merry Christmas now you have to move after the first.
Jul 21, 2024 · Vanessa DurhamGreat place! We spoke to the new owner and she gave us a great breakdown of all rules and regulations prior to move in. They are very Family friendly. I can not wait to see what they do to the place they are really working hard to upgrade park area and love the nature trail !! Thank you!!! We are so excited
Jul 24, 2024 · Tationia McclintonWe were so lucky to find this Rv park, we were struggling to find a park where we could have our large dogs and that was family friendly where we felt SAFE. This rv park is located in a beautiful country setting with plenty of room to roam with an awesome creek, the kids and dogs love to explore. The park managers are super friendly, polite and HELPFUL, no matter what kind of problem you're having they're always there to help. They also make sure everyone feels safe in the small community here at Sugarberry which is so important at rv parks. This is a laid back place and we will definitely be sad to leave here when we do. It's a place we will come back to without a doubt. There's also free laundry and wifi which is always a plus.
Jul 24, 2024 · Becky GVery quiet place great atmosphere just a great place all around and the managers there are wonderful very nice people
Nov 08, 2024 · Billie BishopThis place is a joke. Took my class A there and there isn’t a level place on the property. It’s also a complete DEADZONE so I hope you don’t need your phone! There are dozens of better options within 20 minutes of this place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Or money they also charge $200 more than a lot of places.
