Cabin 1 Introduce
For local users searching for "camping near me" and specifically seeking cabin accommodations, Cabin 1, located in Eva, TN 38333, USA, offers a unique option with the added benefit of handicap accessibility. While the single available review focuses primarily on the cabin's bed configuration due to its accessibility features, it provides crucial information for potential renters, particularly those with specific accessibility needs or larger groups requiring a certain number of beds. Understanding the layout and sleeping arrangements of Cabin 1 is essential for ensuring a comfortable and suitable stay.
The most significant feature of Cabin 1, as highlighted by the reviewer, is its handicap accessibility. This is a valuable attribute for individuals with mobility challenges, as it suggests that the cabin is designed to accommodate wheelchairs or other mobility aids. While the review does not provide specific details about the accessible features (such as ramp access, wider doorways, or bathroom modifications), the mention of handicap accessibility indicates a thoughtful design to cater to a broader range of users. For local users searching for "camping near me" who require accessible lodging, Cabin 1 presents a potentially suitable option in the Eva, Tennessee area.
However, the reviewer also points out a key difference in the bed configuration of Cabin 1 compared to potentially other cabins at the same location. Due to its handicap accessibility, Cabin 1 features only one bed in one of the rooms, instead of the two beds per room that might be standard in other cabins. Consequently, Cabin 1 has a total of three beds and does not include a pull-out sofa. This is a critical piece of information for groups planning to stay in the cabin, as it directly impacts the sleeping arrangements and the cabin's capacity. The reviewer noted that their group had to have one person sleep on the sofa due to the limited number of beds.
This detailed feedback on the bed configuration serves as an important consideration for future renters of Cabin 1. While the handicap accessibility is a significant advantage for some, groups needing to accommodate more than three people in beds will need to be aware of this limitation. The absence of a pull-out sofa further restricts the sleeping capacity. Therefore, local users searching for "camping near me" and considering Cabin 1 should carefully assess their group size and sleeping needs against the described bed arrangement.
The review does not provide any information about the environment surrounding Cabin 1. Potential renters would likely be interested in knowing whether the cabin is situated in a wooded area, near a lake or other natural features, or within a more open campground setting. Understanding the environment can influence the choice of accommodation based on desired outdoor activities and scenery. For example, a cabin near a lake might be preferred by those who enjoy fishing or water activities.
Similarly, the review does not detail the services and amenities offered within Cabin 1 or at the broader location. Typical amenities in camping cabins can include beds (as discussed), a kitchenette or cooking area, a private bathroom, heating and air conditioning, and potentially other features like a television or a fireplace. Information about the availability of linens, towels, and kitchenware is also important for renters to know what they need to bring. Additionally, details about campground amenities such as parking, fire pits, picnic tables, or access to shared facilities (like restrooms or laundry if the cabin doesn't have them) would be helpful for prospective guests.
Beyond the handicap accessibility, the limited bed count, and the lack of a pull-out sofa, the review does not mention other specific features of Cabin 1. There could be other aspects that make it appealing, such as the size of the cabin, the layout of the rooms, the presence of a porch or outdoor seating area, or specific views from the cabin. Knowing these features would provide a more complete picture for local users considering this accommodation.
No promotional information, such as discounts for extended stays, seasonal rates, or any special offers for handicap accessible accommodations, is included in the review. Local users interested in renting Cabin 1 may want to inquire about pricing and any available discounts when contacting the provided phone numbers: (731) 584-6356 or +1 731-584-6356.
In conclusion, Cabin 1 in Eva, TN, offers a handicap accessible camping cabin option for local users searching for "camping near me." This is a significant benefit for those with mobility needs. However, potential renters must be aware that this cabin features a modified bed configuration with a total of three beds and no pull-out sofa, which might limit its suitability for larger groups requiring more sleeping spaces. To make an informed decision, local users should contact the provided phone numbers to inquire about the specific accessible features, the overall environment, the amenities included within the cabin and at the location, other features of the cabin, and any available promotional offers. Understanding these details will help ensure that Cabin 1 meets their individual needs and expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable camping cabin experience in the Eva, Tennessee area.

Cabin 1 Reviews
Great cabin.however it should be noted that cabin number 1 is handicap assessable and therefore only has 1 bed in one of the rooms, instead of 2 beds in each. Therefore the cabin has a total of 3 beds and does not have a pull-out sofa. We therefore had to have one person sleep on the sofa instead of a bed. I hope this helps for future renters.
