Coastline RV Campground Reviews
Although the last 2 days of 6 we had night storms. And the winds were rocking the camper, this place is awesome. Love the daily text updates and activities and issues. The place is inland but St. George Beach is just down the road. Good food in the area. The on-site BBQ joint FatDaddys has GREAT BBQ.
Jun 18, 2023 · Rj CoatsWhat can I say about this beautiful RV Resort. It’s the perfect location in the forgotten Coast of a Florida. Great winter weather, not hot, not cold, no humidity, no bugs. On the ocean with beautiful views. Nice gentle Gulf breeze. Sites are large and flat with nice paver patios. The best part is there is no sand, so very little sand in the RV. Great 50 amp service. No voltage drops. Cable TV. They have a private fishing pier that you can catch just about any Gulf fish. The office staff is the friendliest I ever met. The place is quiet and the camp workers become your friend. Also, they have a BBQ restaurant on site which has excellent food for the days you don’t want to cook. St. George Island is 10 minutes away with beautiful amazing public beaches that allows dogs. The State park on the island can be biked. The area is surrounded by National and State Forests so there is no traffic. Apalachicola is 10 minutes west and has one red light. Piggly Wiggly is there for groceries. I strongly recommend this RV Resort for snowbirds and anyone who likes traveling to a quiet less congested area of Florida. It’s a 10 in our book
Feb 11, 2023 · RV TravelerNice RV campground across from the bay overlooking St George Island. We had a decent view of the bay. We were in lot 30 (Bay View lot). It was a pull through site. Nice concrete pad with a picnic table. We were able to pull up close to the pad and stepped onto it without having to use our outdoor rug. Pad was big enough to also put our 2 large dog crates on with plenty of space left to walk around. Full hook up. Plenty of green to walk our dogs. The dog park is on the other campground where office is located. Nice bathroom/bathhouse with key coded door to keep trespassers out. Bathhouse had 2 washer and dryer but they were out of order on our visit. We were close to highway 98 and sound of traffic can be loud but traffic dies down at night. A new pool and pool house is being built. This campground has a restaurant beside it. We've already pick a spot for our next trip, the 40s by the new pool.
Apr 27, 2021 · SopheaAWESOME campground, husband used bathhouse every morning of our 11 day stay, it was VERY CLEAN (daily) and pool was great, views absolutely beautiful. Husband met owner & mgmnt, due to new lawn sprinklers, but that concern was immediately fixed. Daily trash pickup from several containers, & adjacent part of camp has restaurant we ate at twice via our bike ride, the boom-boom shrimp 🍤are the bomb. Wish we could have stayed longer, but finances and an incoming hurricane 🌀brought us home. Can't wait to return.
Jul 11, 2021 · Melissa PageBeautiful campground but we had to move 3 times during our 4 week stay which seemed that most others had to also. Was very clean and staff very friendly. Dog park was flooded the whole time we were there. The reason I gave it a 3 is because on our last move we were on site 35 right on the highway, the noise was horrible!!
