Online reviews can often provide valuable insights into the experiences of current and former residents. In the case of Alans Park, some customer feedback available online presents a concerning picture.
One review describes Alans Park as a "terrible park" and alleges the presence of "bacteria water." The reviewer also characterizes the local residents as "rude" and suggests that there are "way better park right down the road." This feedback raises significant concerns about the safety and quality of the water supply and the overall community environment within the park.
Another, more detailed review strongly advises against moving to Alans Park, labeling it a "repulsive place to rent" managed by "dishonest people." This reviewer recounts difficulties with the main office, stating that phone calls are rarely answered and messages are not returned. Furthermore, they express dissatisfaction with the park manager, alleging unreliability in fulfilling repair requests. The review also details a dispute over a security deposit, claiming it was withheld despite the trailer being left in a clean condition. The reviewer attributes the decision to withhold the deposit to a lack of 21-day notice, but counters this by citing instances of contaminated water due to alleged negligence on the park's part in adhering to health guidelines. This detailed account paints a picture of significant challenges related to park management, communication, and maintenance.
It's important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and perspectives. However, the consistency and severity of the issues raised, particularly concerning water quality and management practices, warrant careful consideration for anyone considering Alans Park as a potential residence or RV stop. Alans Park Reviews
Terrible park. Have bacteria water. Locals are rude. Way better park right down the road.
Jun 17, 2024 · Jordan RussellDon't move here if you can help it. It's a repulsive place to rent and it's run by some of the most dishonest people I've ever met. The main office is useless. They rarely ever pick up the phone when you call and don't return phone calls when messages are left for them. The park manager is just as bad. If you make plans with him to have something fixed, he probably won't show up. We left the park months ago and never received our security deposit back. It is true that we did not give a 21 days' notice before planning to leave, and therefore they expected us to pay them rent for the month. We declined due to the fact that the water in the park was contaminated more than once in previous months, which was due to negligence on the park's behalf to follow health guidelines. We left our trailer cleaner than it was when we moved into it, and I watched the park manager blatantly lie on his inspection form that we left everything dirty. Yet nothing was done about this. They stole over $500 from us. I would be suing them, but it's just not worth my time. These people are so despicable I have no desire to deal with them anymore, not even over $500. That should give you a hint about what trash it is.
