Clinton RV Park Introduce
Welcome to Clinton RV Park, located at 2521 Hwy 65 S, Clinton, AR 72031, USA. For individuals and families searching for "RV parks near me" in the Clinton, Arkansas area, Clinton RV Park presents a location with both positive and negative feedback from recent visitors, requiring careful consideration by prospective guests. You can reach them for inquiries at (501) 745-3778 or +1 501-745-3778.
Based on the available reviews, Clinton RV Park offers a mixed experience for its guests. One reviewer who decided to winter at the park due to family in the area described it as a "pretty quiet park" with "reasonable" pricing. This suggests that the park may appeal to those seeking a peaceful environment, particularly for longer stays. This reviewer also noted the availability of "full hookups at the sites" and "concrete" pads, which are significant advantages for RV travelers. Additionally, cable TV and Wi-Fi were mentioned as included in the monthly cost, although the Wi-Fi signal was reported as "weak" at their location within the park. Despite this issue, they indicated a likelihood of staying there again.
In contrast, another reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with their one-night stay. This guest reported that there is "only one bathroom with shower" and described it as "filthy dirty." Similarly, the laundry room was also described as "filthy dirty." Furthermore, this reviewer stated that their request for the Wi-Fi password was ignored twice. They paid $45 for a single night and strongly advised others to "Do Not stay here!" expressing their disappointment.
These contrasting reviews highlight the importance of considering both the positive aspects, such as the quiet environment, reasonable pricing for some, full hookups, and concrete pads, alongside the significant concerns raised about the cleanliness of the facilities and the reliability of the Wi-Fi. Prospective guests should weigh these factors carefully based on their individual priorities and needs when searching for "RV parks near me."
To provide a more comprehensive overview of Clinton RV Park, it is essential to consider the potential services and features based on common offerings at RV parks, as well as the specifics mentioned in the reviews:
- Full RV Hookups: The positive review explicitly mentions full hookups (water, electricity, and sewer) available at each site. This is a crucial amenity for most RV travelers, allowing for a comfortable and self-contained stay.
- Concrete Pads: The presence of concrete pads at the sites is another positive feature, providing a stable and level surface for parking RVs.
- Cable TV: Cable television is listed as an included amenity in the monthly cost, which can be a valuable entertainment option for longer-term guests.
- Wi-Fi: While Wi-Fi is also included in the monthly cost, one reviewer experienced a weak signal, and another was unable to obtain the password. This suggests that Wi-Fi reliability may be inconsistent depending on the location within the park or the duration of the stay. Prospective guests should inquire about the current state of the Wi-Fi service.
- Bathroom and Shower Facilities: The negative review indicates the presence of only one bathroom with a shower and describes it as "filthy dirty." This is a significant concern, as clean and adequate restroom facilities are essential for a comfortable stay, especially for those who rely on them.
- Laundry Room: A laundry room is mentioned, but it was also described as "filthy dirty" by one reviewer. Clean laundry facilities are important for extended stays, so prospective guests should inquire about the current cleanliness and functionality of this amenity.
- Quiet Environment: One reviewer found the park to be "pretty quiet," which can be a major draw for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
- Reasonable Pricing: For at least one long-term guest, the pricing was considered reasonable. However, another guest paid $45 for a single night and felt it was not justified given their negative experience. Pricing may vary based on the duration of stay and the type of site.
The environment of Clinton RV Park appears to be generally quiet, which can be appealing to those seeking a peaceful stay. However, the strong negative feedback regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom and laundry facilities raises significant concerns about the overall upkeep and hygiene of the park. Prospective guests should consider their tolerance for these issues when evaluating this "RV park near me."
The services offered include full hookups, concrete pads, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. However, the reliability and quality of the Wi-Fi appear to be questionable, and the cleanliness of the bathroom and laundry room is a major point of contention. It is crucial for the management to address these cleanliness issues to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Currently, no specific promotional information is available in the provided reviews. The pricing seems to vary, with one long-term guest finding it reasonable and a short-term guest feeling it was overpriced given the conditions. Individuals interested in staying at Clinton RV Park should contact them directly at the provided phone numbers to inquire about current rates based on the length of stay and the type of site, as well as to get an update on the cleanliness and Wi-Fi situation.
In conclusion, Clinton RV Park in Clinton, Arkansas, presents a mixed picture for those searching for "RV parks near me." While it offers the advantages of a quiet environment, full hookups, and concrete pads, there are serious concerns raised by a recent guest regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom and laundry facilities, as well as potential issues with Wi-Fi reliability. Prospective guests should carefully consider these contrasting experiences and are strongly advised to contact the park management directly to inquire about the current conditions and pricing before making a decision. Reading more recent reviews from other sources may also provide a more comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the park's current state.

Clinton RV Park Reviews
This is a pretty quiet park. The price is reasonable. We decided to winter here because we have family in the area. It has full hookups at the sites. The pads are concrete. Cable TV and wifi included in the monthly cost. Wifi was weak where we were located. We will probably stay here again.
Feb 04, 2024 · nancy andryscoThere is only one bathroom with shower. It is filthy dirty! There is a laundry room. Filthy dirty. I ask the guy for wifi password twice. Nothing. I paid 45 for one night. Do Not stay here! I’m very disappointed!
Apr 27, 2024 · Linda ShockleyFor being right off the highway it was not as noisy as I anticipated. The spots are cleaned and the grass is kept up with. The park manager (Todd) Was very helpful in getting me backed in, As I have never backed my camper up in my life. Thank you for a place to stay and the help getting me in my spot. Only negative I had was the internet is spotty and when the campers came in next to me I had very poor signal. Otherwise everything else was great.
Sep 04, 2022 · Danielle NelsonThere must not be anyone that actively “manages” this Park. There were very old campers there with clothes lines hanging off of one of them. It looked like some people lived there full time. One lady kept coming over and asking my wife all kinds of weird questions. Since we had booked this online, sight unseen, we had no idea it would be like this. Had we driven in without a reservation, we wouldn’t have booked a stay there. We weren’t set up for 5 minutes before we decided to leave. While we were breaking down, the lady came over again and started asking questions. Someone in management needs to know some of their residents are costing them business.
Aug 02, 2022 · Fort Bend Home Pros - Ross McEathronStayed here overnight in a motor home. Dropped in without a reservation just before the office closed. Hosts were very friendly. I rented a pull through site. It was reasonably level and a concrete pad. WiFi worked and was fast at dinner time. No issues with the water. Park is clean and well kept. I would stay here again.
