Estudillo Trailer Park2 Introduce
Estudillo Trailer Park2, located at 1468 Grand Ave # 6 in San Leandro, CA 94577, is listed within the platform category of "RV parks near me." However, it is crucial to address the severely negative feedback provided in a detailed customer review before considering this location for either short-term RV stays or long-term mobile home residency. The review paints a disturbing picture of the park's environment, management, safety, and overall living conditions.
The reviewer, who states they lived in space 36 for nine years, strongly advises potential residents to visit the park and drive through the cul-de-sac, suggesting that the reality of the location is far from appealing. They explicitly describe the park as "a dump," indicating a significant lack of upkeep and a degraded environment. This directly contradicts the expectation of a clean and well-maintained space that individuals typically seek when looking at "RV parks near me" or mobile home parks.
The review details numerous issues with the park's management and maintenance. The former resident recounts struggling to get repairs done, alleging that they were either never completed or not performed professionally. Specific examples include a flooded trailer due to a ruptured water hose, with carpets allegedly not being replaced. A malfunctioning refrigerator was reportedly replaced with a smaller, filthy unit from another cleaned-up apartment, rather than a comparable replacement for the resident's full-sized appliance. Structural issues with the resident's mobile home, such as a front door frame that settled and prevented the door from closing, and a crumbling, unsafe deck, were also allegedly left unaddressed.
Beyond the physical state of individual lots and homes, the former resident raises serious concerns about the overall environment and safety of Estudillo Trailer Park2. They describe the manager in apartment 6 as "really crazy and loud," suggesting potential issues with park management and the overall atmosphere. Shockingly, the review mentions several deaths occurring within the park, including a trailer fire that tragically killed two siblings, as well as multiple suicides. The former resident also recounts a neighbor who was found dead in his kitchen after causing damage to their vehicle, highlighting a potentially unstable and distressing living environment.
The review further alleges issues with parking, with unauthorized vehicles parking in reserved spaces, and problems with overflowing dumpsters due to misuse by individuals who did not reside in the park. These issues point to a lack of enforcement of park rules and a disregard for the convenience and well-being of residents.
Perhaps most alarmingly, the former resident claims that "Drugs, thefts and police were always happening" at Estudillo Trailer Park2, indicating a significant problem with crime and safety within the community. This level of alleged illegal activity and police presence is a major red flag for anyone considering living in the park, whether in an RV or a mobile home. The reviewer also mentions a significant rent increase that ultimately forced them to move, and notes that they have since heard that rents have become "really high," suggesting a potential mismatch between the cost of living and the quality of the environment and services provided.
The reviewer concludes by offering to provide truthful information to anyone interested, underscoring the severity of their negative experience and their desire to warn others. The absence of any positive reviews or information to counter these serious allegations leaves a stark and unfavorable impression of Estudillo Trailer Park2.
Given the extreme negativity and the nature of the allegations in the sole detailed review, it is impossible to objectively describe a positive environment, services, or features for Estudillo Trailer Park2 based on the available information. The review paints a picture of neglect, safety concerns, mismanagement, and a generally undesirable living situation. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering long-term residency in a mobile home park, the information presented strongly suggests that Estudillo Trailer Park2 should be approached with extreme caution, if considered at all.
Promotional Information: In light of the severely negative and disturbing content of the only detailed customer review available for Estudillo Trailer Park2, it would be highly inappropriate and misleading to offer any form of promotional information. The review serves as a strong warning against considering this park without conducting an extremely thorough and independent investigation. Potential residents should seek additional, verifiable information from multiple sources, including visiting the park in person (as recommended by the reviewer), speaking with current residents (if possible), and checking for any official reports or records related to the alleged issues of safety, maintenance, and management.
In conclusion, the limited information available for Estudillo Trailer Park2 in San Leandro, CA, is overwhelmingly negative and raises serious concerns about the park's environment, management, safety, and living conditions. The detailed account from a former long-term resident paints a picture of disrepair, alleged criminal activity, and significant mismanagement. For those seeking "RV parks near me" or long-term mobile home residency in the San Leandro area, the information provided suggests that Estudillo Trailer Park2 may not be a suitable option without extensive personal investigation and the verification of current conditions and management practices. The stark contrast between the park's listing and the lived experience described in the review serves as a critical caution for potential residents.

Mar 25, 2025 · NASAAXM068 WilliamsSmithI lived here in space 36 for 9 yrs. There is a reason no real pictures are shown of the place but the street view along that fence. Go there and drive thru the culdesac. It is a dump. Not only did I struggle to get repairs they were never done or not done professionally. My trailer was flooded out when a water hose ruptured. I couldn't get my carpets replaced. My refrig broke down. They have me a small studio size one from another apt they were cleaning up and I had a really nice full sized one. It was filthy too. My front door frame settled so much the door wouldn't close anymore. My deck was crumbling and unsafe. Did I mention the manager in apt 6 was really crazy and loud. There were several deaths there and a trailer caught fire killing both siblings inside it. A couple of suicides. The guy living next to me was found dead in his kitchen hanging from a belt. He struck my truck with his van causing great damages just 2 days before. Other vehicles were parking inside on reserved spaces. Dumpsters were being filled up high with junk and building materials from persons with trucks that didn't live there and then no space was left for your own trash. Drugs, thefts and police were always happening. Then they raised my rent significantly. I had to move. They sold the property. I read the rents to live there are really high now. Anyone wanting truthful information can contact me for more.

Aug 08, 2018 · Tony MaldonadoSeems fine clean neat park. No homes available. Long waiting list. Prices have increased a lot. But that is the case everywhere.
