Forest Hollow Mobile Home Community Introduce
If you are searching for housing options in the Beaumont, Texas area and come across Forest Hollow Mobile Home Community, located at 6650 Broadoak St lot 97, Beaumont, TX 77713, USA, it is crucial to consider recent feedback from residents before making any decisions. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," this introduction addresses a mobile home community, which offers a different type of long-term housing solution compared to typical RV parks catering to temporary stays. The following information is based on recent customer reviews and aims to provide an objective overview of the environment, services, and features as experienced by current residents.
Multiple recent reviews paint a concerning picture of the living conditions and management at Forest Hollow Mobile Home Community. One resident who moved in with their mother two months prior strongly advises against moving into the community, citing significant issues with both management and maintenance. According to this review, essential repairs are not being addressed, with the resident reporting that they still did not have a working stove after two months. Furthermore, the mobile homes are described as being "full of mold," and the walls are reportedly bowing out in every room, indicating potential structural and health concerns.
The functionality of basic utilities also appears to be severely compromised. The same reviewer reported having to physically reach into the back of the toilet tank to flush it due to a malfunctioning flushing mechanism. Additionally, they noted a lack of water pressure and that the water tasted like sewer, to the extent that their dog refused to drink it. This raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of the water supply within the community.
Further issues with the structural integrity of the homes are highlighted by the report of rainwater pouring down the inside of doors and windows, suggesting inadequate sealing and potential water damage. Safety and security are also questioned, with the reviewer stating that deadbolts on the doors do not lock. Alarmingly, they also recounted an incident where their contractors allegedly attempted to steal items from a friend's Jeep parked outside their home.
The overall environment of the mobile home park is described as being poorly maintained, with "trash strung all over the trailer park." The reviewer concludes by stating that the community "need to be completely closed down" and deems it a "health hazard to anyone that lives there." This strongly suggests a severely neglected and potentially unsafe living environment.
Another recent review echoes many of these concerns, labeling the owners as "slum lords." This reviewer reported that their trash was left uncollected for three weeks due to a change in trash companies, indicating significant issues with waste management. Groundskeeping also appears to be severely lacking, with the reviewer stating that the grass goes uncut for months at a time. The presence of "a bunch of unknown wildlife roaming the grounds" suggests a lack of pest control and potentially unsafe interactions with animals.
The management's handling of administrative issues is also criticized. The reviewer mentioned that residents were given car tags at the beginning of the year, but there was subsequently no one in the office to address tenant problems or update car tags, leading to threats of towing. This indicates a lack of accessible and responsive management.
Maintenance appears to be a significant and ongoing problem, with only one maintenance person reportedly servicing the entire park. This limited maintenance capacity likely contributes to the unaddressed repair issues highlighted in the other review. Furthermore, the water supply is described as being unreliable, with the management cutting it off "at any given time during the day with no notice," causing significant inconvenience to residents.
Finally, the second reviewer noted a high turnover in ownership, stating that the community had changed owners a total of four times since they had been living there. Frequent changes in ownership can often lead to instability and a lack of consistent management and maintenance practices, which appears to be reflected in the experiences shared by these residents.
Considering the information provided in these recent customer reviews, potential local users searching for housing options, even those who might be considering mobile home communities as an alternative found through searches for "RV parks near me," should be extremely cautious about Forest Hollow Mobile Home Community. The feedback strongly suggests significant issues with management responsiveness, maintenance, safety, basic utilities, sanitation, and overall living conditions. The presence of mold, unreliable water supply, uncollected trash, and potential security concerns paint a picture of a severely проблемный living environment that may pose health and safety risks to residents.
There is no indication of any promotional information in the provided data, which is understandable given the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding the community. Potential residents are strongly advised to seek alternative housing options in the Beaumont, TX area and to thoroughly research any mobile home or RV park before committing to проживание. The issues reported at Forest Hollow Mobile Home Community appear to be severe and systemic, indicating a potentially hazardous and unpleasant living experience.
Before considering Forest Hollow Mobile Home Community based on its potential listing within a broader search for housing or "RV parks near me," local users should carefully weigh the serious concerns raised by current residents. The lack of essential maintenance, potential health hazards like mold and contaminated water, safety issues, and unreliable utilities suggest that this community may not provide a safe or habitable living environment. It is highly recommended to explore other options and conduct thorough due diligence before considering проживание at this location. Contacting the management at (409) 239-5048 or +1 409-239-5048 might provide their perspective, but the consistent negative feedback from multiple residents should be taken very seriously.

May 07, 2025 · Mandy PotterSlum lords. Our trash sat for 3 weeks before they decided to "change trash companies" they go months before they cut the grass. A bunch of unknown wildlife roaming the grounds. They don't have pest control and they're trying to tow people's cars because they gave out car tags in the beginning of the year and currently there's no one in the office to attend to the tenants problems or update car tags. There's only one maintenance man servicing the whole park. They cut the water off at any given time during the day with no notice. And since we've been there they've changed owners a total of 4 times.
Oct 18, 2024 · DeAndrea BrownMe and my wife was looking for a better place to stay and came across Forest Hollow and the mobile home community in Lumberton so we have decided to come to Forest Hollow. Tj was very helpful on whatever that we needed and the application process. She was very informational, caring and answered all the questions that we asked her. We was concerned about the flooding and the water issues that other people has mentioned in other posts and Tj reassured us that the water problem issue has been resolved by the lawn people. As far as flooding, well no matter where your at its going to flood so we just dealt with it (we have lived in Texas for years). We have only been here a few weeks and we haven't seen any major flooding but we have seen standing water at the roadways within the park BUT after a few hours half the water is gone. We where told that they are short handed on maintenance people and they are doing there best to do what they can. We have a few small issues on where we are at but they are not BIG issues. We are very happy !!
May 09, 2024 · Adam HankamerDon't move here. It's a waste of money. They don't care about the tenants and will leave them with broken appliances and broken doors the whole time. For reference this is my front door and that is duct tape around the base so the whole bottom part doesn't just fall off.
Feb 22, 2024 · Katherine MorenoNew owners Nov 2017. 67% increase in lot rent. Current renters soon to be evicted to allow new owners to convert from lot rental to owner owned Mobile home rental. Houston area rental rates too pricey for Mobile home in Beaumont area.
