This is a very clean and well maintained park. However, if it wasn't for the residents taking care of their properties it wouldn't be. The lawn service killed our back yard and put ruts in it. They are very unprofessional and sloppy. We were told that the rent doesn't go up over $20 a month. It almost doubled since we moved in 7 yrs ago.
