Aug 08, 2022 · DAVE DOWNEYThe people that manage this place are rather bad and really do not communicate well with the people who live there. They seem to have several sets of rules, one for people. They like and one for everybody else. Lord knows I wish I could leave a zero for these people the amount of violations I see daily according to their rules are astronomical now because the management was unable to do their job in the first place I over a year ago now we have to refile all the paperwork to live here and will probably end up having to euthanize our 13 year old dog because she's a vicious breed that can't even get up the stairs however I know of at least 30 to 35 other vicious dogs in the community are they going to make all those people get rid of their animals we'll see. We had to pay them to store our boat in their life that way they get money however there's a couple of jet skis just down from the office that are there all the time on the trailer in the driveway and on Paul's place right on the corner there is a boat in the carport that's been there for years but I guess that's okay for some people just not everybody as I said there are two sets of rules one for people they like and one for everybody else.
Nov 09, 2023 · John SmithA beautiful room for gatherings. We were there for the school's ice cream social. The kids had a great time on the playground. I love how they keep their lawn plush and green.
