La Coste Village Manufactured Home Community Reviews
Just wanted to drop a quick line to say that Angela and Samantha are doing a great job!! We had an issue and they handled it very professionally and it’s most appreciated. We are very happy here at La Coste Village and it’s because of their great effort!I need to rave about Angela and her husband. Last night we had a break in one of our outside faucets. My wonderful neighbor came over to help. We needed parts to do the repair. He called Angela and she helped us out!! We are so thankful to be in a community where we know we have great folks helping each other out!! Thank You, Angela and Justin!!!
Nov 03, 2021 · Erin StevensGreat affordable community, I sell mobile homes and this place is great for communication, and is here to help customers looking to move into the community.
Aug 29, 2024 · Brandon RogersRented with LaCoste Village and worse mistake I have ever done!!Don’t waste your money find somewhere else that is in the same price range but 10 times nicer. The website says affordable housing but we were paying $1,000+ for a mobile home with mold and water leaks and a community that looks like a junk yard. Even if you are paying $1,000+ for rent your lot space will continue to go up every year so your rent will continue to go up. The community has gone down hill after Samantha and Angela taken over. They are very bad at management and don’t care about the residents needs nor does HR.Beware because Angela and her husband Justin are renting out houses in the neighborhood and you don’t want to deal with them!!!
Jan 21, 2021 · Victoria castilloCame in looking for a home to rent. The manager was so friendly and professional. She took my information down and called a couple of days later to follow up. The neighborhood was clean and nice, I can't wait to move in here!
