LIVE OAKS MOBILE FAMILY COMMUNITY PARK Introduce
For local users seeking "RV parks near me" in the Summerdale, Alabama area, LIVE OAKS MOBILE FAMILY COMMUNITY PARK, located at 15914 Red Star Dr, Summerdale, AL 36580, USA, is one potential option. It is important to conduct thorough research when considering an RV park for either short-term stays or as a potential living community. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of LIVE OAKS MOBILE FAMILY COMMUNITY PARK based on recent customer feedback found online.
The environment at LIVE OAKS MOBILE FAMILY COMMUNITY PARK, according to recent reviews, appears to be a subject of concern for some residents. One reviewer initially perceived it as a "quiet place" upon moving in. However, this perception seemingly changed over time. The review details issues with neighboring residents who allegedly cause disturbances, leading to repeated calls to the sheriff. Complaints include noise and a lack of respect for neighbors, even escalating to a "heated argument with the park manager." Such accounts suggest potential issues with community harmony and the management's ability to address resident concerns effectively.
Further environmental concerns are raised by the same reviewer, who mentions late-night noise from children playing basketball at "11:30 at night" and children "roam the streets." These descriptions indicate a potential lack of enforcement of park rules regarding noise and supervision of children, which could impact the peaceful enjoyment of the community for other residents and visitors. The reviewer also expresses a growing concern about the cleanliness of the park, stating that it's "getting trashy with junk in the yards." This suggests a potential decline in the overall maintenance and aesthetic appeal of the community.
Another significant concern raised in the reviews pertains to the services and infrastructure at LIVE OAKS MOBILE FAMILY COMMUNITY PARK. One reviewer explicitly advises others to "Don't move to this place," citing critical issues with the water supply and the septic system. The reviewer claims that the "well water has rust in it and no telling what else" and asserts that it "needs to be serviced." Problems with water quality can have serious implications for the health and well-being of residents and visitors, making this a significant factor to consider.
Adding to the infrastructure concerns, the same reviewer describes "a bad septic backup problem." They state that they were told at the time of signing that the owner would address this issue. However, despite repeated requests for the septic system to be cleaned out, the management allegedly instructed the reviewer to "call a Plummer." The reviewer further notes that the plumber they contacted does not handle septic work, highlighting a potential disconnect and lack of support from the park management in resolving essential maintenance issues. Such unresolved infrastructure problems can lead to significant inconvenience and potential health hazards for residents.
The condition of the living spaces within the park is also mentioned. The reviewer states that "the inside of the trailers are fixer up projects" and that they have been "slowly fixing up the inside." This suggests that the accommodations available at LIVE OAKS MOBILE FAMILY COMMUNITY PARK may require significant personal investment and effort to bring them to a satisfactory standard. This might be an important consideration for individuals seeking move-in-ready RV sites or mobile homes.
The review also touches upon the management's practices, alleging that "quiet people get evicted but these people somehow manage not to be evicted when they should." This statement raises concerns about fairness and consistency in the application of park rules and regulations. A perception of preferential treatment or inconsistent enforcement can erode trust within the community and contribute to dissatisfaction among residents.
Currently, no specific promotional information for LIVE OAKS MOBILE FAMILY COMMUNITY PARK is available in the provided text. Furthermore, it would be prudent to seek out more recent reviews from multiple online sources to gain a broader and more up-to-date understanding of the experiences of current and past residents and visitors. Visiting the park in person to assess the environment, the condition of the facilities, and the overall atmosphere would also be a crucial step in making an informed decision. In conclusion, based on the recent customer reviews, LIVE OAKS MOBILE FAMILY COMMUNITY PARK in Summerdale, Alabama, appears to have significant issues related to community disturbances, water quality, septic system maintenance, park cleanliness, and potentially inconsistent management practices. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" should carefully weigh these concerns and prioritize thorough investigation and direct communication with the park management before making any decisions. The feedback suggests that the current living environment and the provision of essential services may not meet the expectations of all potential residents or visitors.

LIVE OAKS MOBILE FAMILY COMMUNITY PARK Reviews
Seemed to be a quiet place when I first moved here but the neighbors across from me continuously have sheriff called out for some unknown reason , they're loud and have no respect for neighbors , they've even got into a heated argument with the park manager, the kids play basketball ball at 11:30 at night and roam the streets , it's not a peaceful place to live and I've seen quiet people get evicted but these people somehow manage not to be evicted when they should, me and several other people in my area are sick of it and are ready to move , and it's getting trashy with junk in the yards, man what is give to go back and not have ever moved here when I did 😭😭
Aug 04, 2023 · David J Brazell J BrazellDon't move to this place. The well water has rust in it and no telling what else. It needs to be serviced. And the inside of the trailers are fixer up projects. I have been slowly fixing up the inside. But there is a bad septic backup problem and at the signing I was told the owner would take care of that. I have asked a few times for it to be cleaned out and so far they just tell me to call a Plummer. I did call a Plummer and they don't do septic work. This place is a joke. Drive right by this place, don't stop!! Correction..... Meant Magnolia Oaks Trailer park
