Logan's Way RV Park Introduce
For local individuals seeking "RV parks near me" in the Winona, Texas area, Logan's Way RV Park, located at 18151 FM 1252 W, presents a rural option with varying feedback from recent residents. This park appears to offer both traditional RV sites and tiny home rentals, catering to different accommodation preferences for those looking for short or potentially longer-term stays in the countryside.
The environment of Logan's Way RV Park is described by one reviewer as being "out in the country," suggesting a setting that is likely removed from the immediate hustle and bustle of urban areas. This rural location could appeal to those seeking peace, quiet, and a connection with nature during their stay. The extent of natural features, such as trees, landscaping, or open spaces, is not detailed, but the mention of being "out in the country" generally implies a less developed and more natural surrounding.
One positive aspect of the property highlighted by a former resident is that it is "wonderful." This subjective description suggests that the grounds themselves might be well-maintained or possess an appealing aesthetic. Additionally, this reviewer was "surprised how well the WiFi worked being out in the country," indicating that reliable internet access is available, which can be a significant amenity for many travelers and long-term residents alike.
However, it is crucial to consider a contrasting and highly negative review from another former resident. This individual cited the reason for their departure as the management's alleged refusal to fix a "constantly flooded" roof and the lack of hot water or heat. These are serious maintenance issues that would significantly impact the comfort and habitability of the accommodations, whether RV sites or tiny homes. If these claims are accurate and unresolved, they would be a major concern for potential guests.
Furthermore, the negative review includes very serious allegations of financial misconduct, claiming that the management charged the reviewer's credit card without authorization after they had moved out. The reviewer accused the management of "identity theft" and "theft of services" and referred to them as "slumlords." These are severe accusations that potential guests should be aware of, although it is important to remember that these are allegations from one individual's experience.
The contrasting positive review mentions that "The manager Tiffanie is so sweet and understanding," offering a completely different perspective on the management. This discrepancy in experiences highlights the importance of seeking further information and potentially speaking with current residents to gain a more balanced view of the management and the overall living conditions at Logan's Way RV Park.
Details regarding the specific services offered at Logan's Way RV Park are limited. The mention of WiFi suggests that internet access is available. However, information about essential services such as water, electricity, and sewer hookups for RV sites is not explicitly provided. Similarly, the availability of amenities like restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, or recreational areas is not mentioned in the reviews.
The fact that tiny homes are offered as a living option suggests that the park caters to longer-term stays in addition to traditional RV stays. This might imply that the infrastructure is more geared towards a residential community than just a transient RV park. However, without more specific information, it is difficult to ascertain the full range of services and amenities available to both RVers and tiny home residents.
Features of Logan's Way RV Park are also not detailed in the provided reviews. The rural setting itself could be considered a feature for those seeking a quieter, more natural environment. The availability of tiny home rentals is another unique feature. However, information on other potential features, such as the size and layout of RV sites, the presence of picnic areas, fire pits, or community spaces, is lacking.
Regarding promotional information, neither of the provided reviews mentions any special offers or incentives. The implicit promotion in the positive review is the "wonderful" property and the reliable WiFi in a rural location. However, the serious allegations in the negative review would likely outweigh any such implicit promotion and necessitate thorough investigation by potential guests.
Given the starkly contrasting experiences reported by the two reviewers, local users searching for "RV parks near me" and considering Logan's Way RV Park should exercise caution and due diligence. It is strongly recommended to contact the park management directly to inquire about the following:
- Availability and types of RV sites and tiny homes
- Rates for daily, weekly, and monthly stays
- Details about utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer) at RV sites
- Availability and functionality of essential services like hot water and heating (especially given the negative review)
- WiFi access and any associated costs or limitations
- Availability of other amenities such as restrooms, showers, laundry, and recreational areas
- Maintenance procedures and responsiveness to resident issues
- Policies regarding billing and credit card charges
- The current management practices and any recent changes
Additionally, it would be highly advisable to visit Logan's Way RV Park in person to assess the condition of the property and potentially speak with current residents (if possible) to get a broader range of perspectives on the living experience there. The significant discrepancies between the two reviews suggest that the reality of staying at Logan's Way RV Park might be complex and requires careful evaluation.
In conclusion, Logan's Way RV Park offers a rural setting near Winona, TX, with the potential benefit of good WiFi and the unique option of tiny home rentals. However, serious allegations of neglected maintenance and unauthorized financial charges in one review stand in stark contrast to a positive experience reported by another resident who praised the property and management. Local users considering this park should proceed with caution, conduct thorough inquiries, and ideally visit the property to form their own informed opinion before making a decision.

Logan's Way RV Park Reviews
I haven’t been there in over a month. The reason why I moved is because they refuse to fix the roof which is constantly flooded and still don’t have hot water or heat and. Then they charge my credit card knowing I haven’t been out there for a month without my permission so they stole our credit card information. They keep keep using it and keep paying the bills out there even though we’re not there no more they slumlords they will not fix it Tiffany and AJ are going to jail for identity, theft theft of services.
Dec 14, 2024 · Chrystal JohnsonI lived here about half a year. I lived in one of the tiny homes and loved it. The manager Tiffanie is so sweet and understanding. The property itself is wonderful. I was surprised how well the WiFi worked being out in the country. I highly recommend this place and would stay again if the situation ever arises.
