No covered parking, no landscaping, no pest control, no club house, no swimming pool, no tennis courts. You buy the home and rent the land. If you leave you must sell. You can't rent your place out. I don't think you are allowed to move your home once you park it there. If they evict you and you don't sell your place they will take it from you. There are a couple of units that seem to give the management a hard time, but they are dealing with them. Other than a laundry room with 2 washers and dryers, there are no amenities and no additional storage space for boats, rv's, etc. Overall, I like living here.
