One of the best extended stay experiences we’ve had! Very easy access to Hwy 59 and a short 10 minute drive into Livingston. The park features large spots that are big rig friendly and many are nicely shaded. Mrs. Leslie, the park manager, is an absolute gem and makes you feel right at home! We will definitely stay at the Magnolia again the next time my husband works in the area.
Sep 05, 2021 · Reagen NathoWe stayed in one of the small cabin like trailers they had for the weekend. It was extremely clean, quiet, and peaceful! I would definitely stay again if I am in this town.
Feb 17, 2025 · Tiffany BakerThe lady at this RV park was so kind, I came through the property with my man to site see, he’s unaware of how retired Americans truly enjoy their peace from many years of hard-work. However, she showed compassion and gave our children a wonderful experience. Showed them duck eggs and let them enjoy the time they did spend there. I will forever be grateful for people like her, who show compassion for those that come from a different culture and just approach with a kind heart instead of immediately involving law enforcement. This place impacted our family, culture, and perspectives more than anyone could ever imagine.
Apr 15, 2023 · INSIDE THE MINDSOne of the best parks we have stayed at for an extended time. It's close to Hwy 59 and about 10min from Livingston. It's quiet and the spots are a decent size. The owner Mrs. Lesley is one of the sweetest park managers we have ever encountered. She makes you feel like family. Parker the park dog is one of the sweetest dogs. He listens pretty well and is well behaved with kids and loves to play with other dogs. Definitely will miss this park.
Mar 29, 2021 · Erica FI think that a pool would make it better. They only allow Laundry rooms and showers to be used until 8pm. However, this is due to safety precautions and makes it more acceptable in my eyes. Mrs. Leslie is absolutely wonderful by the way!
