Sep 09, 2024 · James CardThis place is amazing. A hidden gem in the middle of Tennessee. It's right off the highway. Perfect place for over night or long term. The owners know everybody by name. They are always out doing improvements and maintaining the park. They have major holiday events and very clean bathrooms. It's still a new park but the upgrades that I have seen in my stay really set it apart. I can't wait to come back and see how the park has matured and evolved.
Jul 08, 2023 · A HJust stayed here for one night and it was great. First, Jen answers the phone - we called early to reserve and called late to let them know we were close by. Second, their camp host Dave, met us at the gate after 8pm, made sure we were squared away with our hookup and then LET US USE HIS TRUCK TO DRIVE TO ARBY'S FOR FOOD. That's right, he offered his truck so we wouldn't have to unhook our jeep. Wow 👍🏻That's what I call full service. We have stayed in alot of campgrounds and never has someone offered their vehicle to us.The campground is very new but the sites are level - really level. It's laid out so that there is alot of room between sites. They are working on the sewer hookups - some don't have sewer yet - but we just dumped on our way out - easy. It's quiet - no interstate. Don't overlook it cause it's not a KOA because it really was a beautiful place. BTW they have amazing WiFi and are bringing in fiber optic cables as I post this review. My photos were taken on a rainy day in April but the morning mist with view of the cows, hills and random ducks was amazing. Thanks DaveBTW: this RV park was only $50 - great deal 👍🏻
May 11, 2024 · Maria P.This park is amazing! The owners are great and will treat you like extended family! The park is a work in progress, but it is very well done. The bathhouse is clean and really neatly designed. There is a hiking trail (not novice) and lake with a beach for swimming, paddle boarding, pedal boats and fishing. Margarette Falls is close and a beautiful hike! The owners organized a camp ground wide corn hole tournament and my older sons won hats from the camp store! There is intentionally not exterior lighting so night time camp fires and star gazing with a good drink is wonderful! We had a great time there and will definitely return sometime.
Jul 04, 2023 · Gregory DeValkenaereA very nice family oriented RV campground. We had a beautiful site next to the lake with full hookups including WiFi. You can see that the owners do a great job maintaining the campground and making improvements.
