Modesto Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local individuals and families exploring housing options in Modesto, California, including those who might be considering long-term stays in RVs within a community setting accessible through the platform category "RV parks near me," Modesto Mobile Home Park, located at 4024 McHenry Ave OFFICE, Modesto, CA 95356, USA, presents itself as a notably quiet residential community. While primarily a mobile home park, its peaceful atmosphere and the presence of remarkable residents might be of interest to certain RV users seeking a serene long-term living environment. Let's examine what the limited available information suggests about Modesto Mobile Home Park.
One of the most consistently highlighted features of Modesto Mobile Home Park is its tranquil environment. A resident described it as "a very quiet place," emphasizing the peaceful atmosphere within the community. This can be a significant draw for individuals seeking a calm and serene living situation, whether in a mobile home or potentially in a long-term RV setting. The reviewer also noted "quiet neighbors," further reinforcing the sense of a peaceful residential environment where people tend to respect each other's privacy by "mind to themselves."
The same resident also commented on the park's rules and management, stating, "Decent management personnel a stickler for following the rules. But without rules there's anarchy, so I'll take the rules." This suggests that the management at Modesto Mobile Home Park is attentive to maintaining order and ensuring that residents adhere to the community's regulations. While some might find strict rule enforcement less appealing, the reviewer acknowledges its importance in preserving the quiet and orderly nature of the park.
Interestingly, despite the quiet atmosphere, the reviewer also noted that the park is "Not very kid-friendly even though there are many kids in this mobile home park." This suggests a potential disconnect between the park's overall ambiance and the needs of families with children, which might be a consideration for RV users traveling with families and seeking a more child-oriented environment.
Beyond the general environment and management, the reviews spotlight the extraordinary contributions of some of the park's residents. One review recounts a story about a couple, Brian and Angie, who reside at Modesto Mobile Home Park and have been "commended, praised and nominated for an award for their generosity, kindness and humanitarian efforts." These efforts are described as having "a positive impact on society and all walks of life." The reviewer goes on to detail the extensive ways in which Brian and Angie selflessly help "less fortunate" individuals, including the homeless, by providing food, clothes, transportation, home and auto repair, legal advice, life coaching, and in-home care, all at their own expense and without external assistance. This paints a picture of a community that is home to individuals making significant positive contributions to the wider society.
Brian's quote, "People are just trying to live. Everybody deserves a chance to live. Some forgot or don't know how to live. A nudge in the right direction, a small act of kindness or talking and listening to a person can be all a person needs. Just saying 'hello' to a person can keep a person living for another day," further emphasizes the compassionate and community-oriented spirit that exists within Modesto Mobile Home Park, at least among some of its residents.
Considering Modesto Mobile Home Park in the context of "RV parks near me," its quiet atmosphere and the presence of residents deeply engaged in humanitarian work could be appealing to certain RV users, particularly those seeking a peaceful and perhaps inspiring long-term living environment. The emphasis on rules and a generally private atmosphere might also suit individuals who prefer a more solitary or less communal RV park experience. However, the noted lack of kid-friendliness might deter families traveling in RVs.
As Modesto Mobile Home Park is primarily a residential community for manufactured homes, crucial information regarding RV accommodations is absent from the provided reviews. Potential long-term RV guests would need to inquire about the availability of RV spaces, the types of utility hookups offered (e.g., electrical amperage, water, sewer), rental rates for RV spaces, any size restrictions for RVs, and any specific rules or regulations pertaining to RV stays within this community. It is also important to determine if long-term RV stays are permitted at all, given the park's focus on mobile homes.
To obtain this essential information and to fully assess the suitability of Modesto Mobile Home Park for long-term RV living, interested individuals should contact the park management directly at (209) 529-2450 or +1 209-529-2450. Inquiries should focus on:
- Availability of spaces for RVs and any restrictions on the size or type of RV allowed.
- Types of utility hookups available at RV sites, including electrical service (e.g., 30/50 amp), water, and sewer connections.
- Rental rates for RV spaces, including any long-term stay policies.
- Amenities accessible to RV guests, such as laundry facilities, restrooms, or showers (though these are not explicitly mentioned and may be limited in a mobile home park setting).
- Specific rules and regulations for RV residents within this community, particularly regarding noise levels and child-friendliness.
- The process for application and approval for a long-term RV stay.
- Lot rental rates and the process for purchasing and placing a mobile home for those interested in that option as well.
- Any community facilities or services that might be available to long-term RV guests.
In conclusion, Modesto Mobile Home Park in Modesto, CA, offers a notably quiet living environment with a management that emphasizes adherence to rules. It is also home to extraordinary residents making significant humanitarian contributions. While primarily a mobile home park, its peaceful atmosphere might appeal to certain RV users seeking a serene long-term stay accessible through the "RV parks near me" platform category. However, the noted lack of kid-friendliness and the absence of specific information about RV accommodations necessitate direct communication with the park management to determine its suitability for individual needs and preferences.

Not a bad place to live. The mobile home park is a very quiet place. Not very kid-friendly even though there are many kids in this mobile home park. But all in all, it's a decent place, quiet neighbors, people mind to themselves. Decent management personnel a stickler for following the rules. Mar 28, 2021 · elizabeth cummingsDid a story on a couple here once. They were being commended, praised and nominated for a award for their generosity, kindness and humanitarian efforts in which the results have had a positive impact on society and all walks of life.Brian and Angie live here. They make it 5 Stars. They are two of the most generous, kind, respectful, courteous, polite, humanitarians and positive influences this millennium has to offer. They spend most of their time helping people that are "less fortunate", homeless, etc. Some things they have been known to help or provide are, food, clothes, transportation, home repair and maintenance , auto repair, legal advice and research, life coaching and advice and in home care and assistance. These along with many other selfless acts of kindness are accomplished at their own expenses with no outside help. This is pretty amazing being that paying their own bills month to month can be a struggle. Brian once said, "People are just trying to live. Everybody deserves a chance to live. Some forgot or don't know how to live. A nudge in the right direction, a small act of kindness or talking and listening to a person can be all a person needs. Just saying "hello" to a person can keep a person living for another day".These people are amazing, truly amazing.

Aug 30, 2022 · Larry StricklinIf I could put a big fat "Zero" for the rating I would, but unfortunately it only gives the option for one star. If you want to feel like your living in a Concentration Camp, Come on down!!! They have zero to none consideration towards the tenants and your treated like cattle. I have many of examples, but just take my word for it. P.S. you've been 4 Warned!!! Enter at your own discretion!!!
