Mossy Acres Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Cleveland, Georgia area that might offer long-term residential options beyond typical RV stays, Mossy Acres Mobile Home Park, located at 43 Mossy Acres Dr, Cleveland, GA 30528, USA, presents a community with notable aspects regarding its management and accessibility. While primarily a mobile home park, it's important to understand its features and environment based on the available, albeit limited, customer feedback.
One prospective resident shared a very positive initial experience with the landlord at Mossy Acres. They highlighted the landlord's helpfulness, noting, "Landlord is very nice! I was able to put in an application and be approved on the same day!" This suggests an efficient and potentially streamlined application process, which can be a significant advantage for those needing to secure housing quickly. Furthermore, the prospective resident mentioned the landlord's willingness to work with them on payment arrangements, stating, "He is also working with me on paying half now and half in two weeks so the entire amount is paid." Such flexibility can be particularly beneficial for individuals managing their finances during a move. The ease of the application process was also emphasized: "The application was easy and he replies very fast." This indicates a responsive and accessible landlord, which can contribute to a positive tenant-landlord relationship.
While this initial experience is promising, it's crucial to consider the perspective of a current resident who has lived at Mossy Acres since April 2022. This resident provided a more nuanced view of the park. One significant concern raised was regarding the infrastructure, specifically mentioning that "the roads coming in are horrible." Poor road conditions can impact the quality of life for residents, potentially causing damage to vehicles and making access to the park less convenient. This is a factor that prospective residents should consider and perhaps inquire about the current state and any plans for improvement.
On a more positive note, the current resident described the park as "quiet for the most part." A peaceful environment is often a desirable quality in a residential community, and this suggests that Mossy Acres may offer a respite from noise and a generally tranquil living atmosphere. This could be a significant draw for those seeking a quiet place to reside.
However, the same long-term resident also noted that "The trailers should be in better repair." This comment suggests that the condition of some of the mobile homes within the park may be less than ideal. For those considering renting a mobile home within Mossy Acres (if that is an option), it would be essential to assess the condition of the specific unit before committing. For those planning to move their own mobile home into the park (if lot rentals are available), this might be less of a direct concern but could still reflect on the overall maintenance and aesthetic of the community.
The current resident also mentioned that it is "Easy to get into a rental if there is any available." This implies that Mossy Acres may have rental units available from time to time and that the process of securing a rental might be relatively straightforward, aligning with the prospective resident's experience with the application process for a lot (presumably for their own mobile home). This ease of access could be beneficial for those looking for immediate housing solutions in the area.
Considering the limited information, Mossy Acres appears to be a mobile home park in Cleveland, GA, characterized by an accessible and helpful landlord who facilitates a quick and easy application process. The park is generally quiet, and securing a rental (if available) seems to be relatively easy. However, potential drawbacks include the reported poor condition of the incoming roads and the suggestion that some of the trailers within the park are in need of repair.
As Mossy Acres is a mobile home park, it primarily caters to long-term residents who either rent a mobile home on-site or rent a lot for their own manufactured home. It is less likely to offer the short-term amenities and services typically associated with "RV parks near me" that cater to recreational vehicles. Therefore, individuals looking for temporary RV camping facilities should likely explore other options.
For those interested in long-term mobile home living in Cleveland, GA, Mossy Acres presents a community with a seemingly positive management approach and a quiet environment. However, it is crucial to inquire about the condition of the roads and the availability and condition of any rental units. If you plan to bring your own mobile home, the road conditions leading to your lot and the overall upkeep of the park's infrastructure would be important considerations.
To obtain more detailed information about lot rental rates, the availability and condition of rental units (if any), the current state of the roads within and leading to the park, and any specific rules or regulations, prospective residents should contact Mossy Acres directly at (706) 257-3038 or +1 706-257-3038. Speaking with the landlord directly will provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to help determine if Mossy Acres meets your specific housing needs and preferences.
In conclusion, Mossy Acres Mobile Home Park in Cleveland, GA, offers a potentially accessible entry into mobile home living with a helpful and responsive landlord. The park is generally quiet, and rentals may be readily available. However, the reported poor road conditions and the need for trailer repairs are factors that warrant further investigation by prospective residents. For those seeking long-term mobile home living in a quieter setting with an approachable landlord, Mossy Acres could be an option worth exploring further.

Landlord is very nice! I was able to put in an application and be approved on the same day! He is also working with me on paying half now and half in two weeks so the entire amount is paid. The application was easy and he replies very fast. I haven't moved in yet, but I'm excited!
Jun 02, 2023 · Tessa GreenI've lived here since April of 22 the roads coming in are horrible. It's quiet for the most part. The trailers should be in better repair. Easy to get into a rental if there is any available.
Apr 19, 2023 · Tamara BrazeltonPlace is a dump ! Roads and driveways are horrible plan on a new front in on ya car or drive a 4x4. Absolutely insane the way these roads are
Jun 14, 2024 · A WI love living here. I've only been here one month but there were problems with the air conditioning when I moved in. It was fixed immediately. I was told that a new person took ownership the month I moved in. Obviously he plans to make his tenants happy. Moving to Mossy Acres was a wise decision I made for my family. It's very quiet here and all of the people that I've spoken with so far have been very kind. The only complaint I have is the roads. I wish they were repaired because there are an outrageous amount of potholes and eventually they will cause damage to my vehicles. If they were paved/repaired, I'd have to say that this is the perfect place to live.
Sep 07, 2021 · Tracy GarrettLived there twice both times was ripped off. First time, ( have no proof), but trailer was ransacked and a lot of valuables stolen by 'maintenance' while I was out of town. Second trailer left spic and span, bleached the whole trailer to make sure was clean for next tenant. Refused to give back security deposit. Nice neighborhood, bad roads, horrible owners.
