Oceanic Rv Park Introduce
Looking for "rv parks near me" in the Long Beach, Washington area? Consider Oceanic RV Park, located at 105 5th St SE, Long Beach, WA 98631, USA. With a phone number of (360) 642-3836 or mobile at +1 360-642-3836, Oceanic RV Park offers a strategically advantageous location for those wishing to be close to the heart of Long Beach's attractions.
Based on recent customer feedback, Oceanic RV Park boasts a particularly convenient location, placing visitors right on the main strip where the town's shops and eateries are situated. This prime positioning allows for easy walking access to various local amenities, making it an appealing choice for those who enjoy exploring the area on foot. One reviewer specifically highlighted the convenience of being within walking distance to both shops and places to eat, suggesting that guests can easily immerse themselves in the local scene without the need for extensive travel.
The reviews also shed light on the service provided at Oceanic RV Park. One guest specifically mentioned that the camp host was "really nice," indicating a positive initial interaction and a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. Furthermore, another reviewer echoed this sentiment by stating that the host was "very friendly," reinforcing the idea that guests can expect a pleasant and helpful reception from the park's staff. The friendliness of the host can significantly enhance the overall camping experience, contributing to a more enjoyable and comfortable stay.
In terms of accessibility, one review noted that "some spots are easy to get in and out." This suggests that while certain campsites may offer straightforward access for RVs, others might present more of a challenge, particularly if the adjacent public parking lot is full. Potential guests with larger rigs or those who prioritize ease of maneuverability may want to inquire about site availability and layout when making a reservation to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
However, not all aspects of the Oceanic RV Park experience were entirely positive, as indicated by one detailed review. This guest reported encountering issues with the shower facilities, specifically mentioning the presence of snails on the ceiling and walls, other bugs, and a backed-up drain that resulted in standing water. These concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance in the communal facilities are important for prospective visitors to consider when evaluating their accommodation options.
The same reviewer also shared a negative experience regarding the park's cancellation policy. They stated that their request to cancel the last day of their stay due to work-related reasons was denied outright by the owner, without any willingness to discuss the situation. The reviewer further noted that the park's policy, which states that refunds are at the owner's discretion, seemed to consistently result in a "no" for any refund requests. This inflexibility regarding cancellations is a crucial point for potential guests to be aware of, especially if there's a possibility of needing to alter their travel plans.
Considering the platform category "rv parks near me," Oceanic RV Park offers a centrally located option in Long Beach, providing immediate access to the town's commercial area. This convenience is a significant advantage for those who value proximity to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The positive feedback regarding the friendliness of the host also suggests a welcoming and hospitable environment.
However, prospective guests should also take into account the reported issues with the shower facilities and the seemingly strict cancellation policy. These aspects could potentially impact the overall comfort and satisfaction of their stay. It might be prudent for individuals considering Oceanic RV Park to inquire further about the current condition of the facilities and to fully understand the park's policies regarding cancellations and refunds before making a reservation.
While the reviews provide valuable insights into the location and service at Oceanic RV Park, they lack specific details about other potential amenities such as hookups (water, electricity, sewer), Wi-Fi availability, laundry facilities, or recreational areas. Individuals for whom these features are essential may need to contact the park directly to obtain this information. Similarly, details about the size and type of RVs accommodated, the layout of the park, and any specific rules or regulations are not mentioned in the provided reviews.
In conclusion, Oceanic RV Park in Long Beach, WA, offers a prime location for those wanting to be in the heart of the town's activity. The friendly host contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. However, potential guests should be aware of the reported issues with the shower facilities and the seemingly rigid cancellation policy. For local users searching for "rv parks near me" in Long Beach, Oceanic RV Park presents a conveniently situated option, but it is recommended to weigh the positive aspects of its location and host against the reported drawbacks regarding facilities and policies before making a decision. Further inquiry directly with the park may be beneficial to address any specific concerns or needs.

Oceanic Rv Park Reviews
Close to the action, right on the strip where the shops are. Camp host was really nice. Showering I noticed snails on the ceiling and walls, bugs and the drain backed up so I was standing in whatever came back up from the drain. I told them that I wanted to cancel my last day stay due to work related reasons and the owner flat out said no. Didn’t even want to discuss it. You will never get a refund because it says at owner’s discretion so the answer for her will always be NO I will go find my snails in the wilderness, dispersed camping from now on.
Jul 05, 2024 · Scott MaskalHost was very friendly as were locals. Convenient location within walking distance to shops and places to eat. Some spots are easy to get in and out. Others can be problematic if the adjacent public parking lot is full.
Aug 01, 2023 · Don SherwoodWe stayed at this RV park for a few months. The owner has been incredible! She accommodated us staying last minute as our other RV park didn’t work out. She has been more than fair with price and has been available whenever we needed anything. It’s right in town, so the fewer amenities didn’t bother us much, as we can walk to anything near by.Definitely recommend!
May 06, 2023 · Victoria KingThis is not an RV Park, it is a parking lot that is super crowded. The website doesn’t tell you that their bathrooms are closed but when we got there they told us that the bathrooms are closed. To their credit they did let us use the bathroom because we had trailer problems but from other reviews that I’ve read there is a lot of Mistruth going on. The ladies toilet bowl was gross dirty and the toilet is super low to the ground and is positioned right in front of the water heater so difficult to use the toilet.Getting in and out of the RV park or a RV spot was not easy And very crowded. The ocean is not super close by even though it is near and there is no grass and no trees. NothingWe were paid up till Thursday and I found a nice RV park in Tokeland that is on the ocean and does have a beautiful view and we can have a wood fire and a picnic table. So I Threw away the $200 that I spent for oceanic and we headed out
May 23, 2021 · Theresa Conway-HayesUpon arrival, the host was no where to be found. We parked our Westfalia, hoping to get the keys to the bathroom before bed. She did not show up until after 11pm. In the morning, she was again not around. So we had to walk to the bakery to find a restroom. We knocked on her door before we left and it appeared we had woken her up. She said we owed her $30 for parking there overnight. When we told her we never had access to their bathroom, (we only parked in this campground for the bathroom use ), she still said $30... and CASH only. What? So we paid her (I’m sure she pocketed the money) and left . Hope the owner sees this review.
