They can be contacted by phone at (818) 361-4344 or their mobile number +1 818-361-4344 for inquiries about residency and to gather more information.
Based on the limited recent customer reviews available online, Orange Grove Mobile Home Park appears to have both positive and negative aspects. One reviewer described it as an "awesome friendly place" where the "management is on top of it" and noted its affordability. This positive feedback suggests a welcoming community with responsive management that may offer cost-effective living options for residents, whether in RVs or mobile homes.
However, another reviewer expressed a concern regarding cleanliness, simply stating, "Need to be more clean." This feedback indicates a potential issue with the upkeep or hygiene of the park's facilities or grounds, which could be a significant factor for prospective residents to consider. Cleanliness is often a high priority for individuals seeking a comfortable and healthy living environment in an RV or mobile home park.
When considering Orange Grove Mobile Home Park as one of the options for "RV parks near me" or for long-term mobile home living, it is essential to weigh these contrasting pieces of feedback. The positive review highlights the potential for a friendly community with attentive management and affordability, which are undoubtedly attractive qualities for many. The negative review, however, points to a potential area of concern that could impact the overall living experience.
To gain a more comprehensive understanding of Orange Grove Mobile Home Park, prospective residents should contact the management directly to inquire about various aspects of the community, including:
- Availability of RV spaces and/or mobile home lots.
- Space rental rates or homeownership details, including any associated fees and utility costs.
- The specific amenities offered within the park (e.g., laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, recreational areas, pet policies, security measures).
- Maintenance procedures for the park's grounds and facilities.
- Any specific rules and regulations regarding cleanliness and upkeep for residents and common areas.
- The management's approach to addressing cleanliness concerns and maintaining a hygienic environment.
- The sense of community and any social activities or events that foster a friendly atmosphere.
It might also be beneficial for potential residents to visit the park in person, if possible, to assess the overall environment and cleanliness firsthand. Observing the condition of the common areas, such as restrooms, laundry facilities, and recreational spaces, could provide valuable insight into the park's maintenance standards. If possible, speaking with current residents (outside of management personnel) could offer additional perspectives on the living experience, including their views on the friendliness of the community, the responsiveness of the management, and the cleanliness of the park.
Given the limited and somewhat contradictory information available in the online reviews, it is crucial for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence. The positive aspects of a friendly community, attentive management, and affordability are significant advantages. However, the concern raised about cleanliness needs to be addressed through direct inquiry and personal observation. Understanding the management's commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment will be essential in making an informed decision about whether Orange Grove Mobile Home Park is the right fit.
In conclusion, Orange Grove Mobile Home Park in San Fernando, CA, presents itself as a potentially friendly and affordable option for those seeking "RV parks near me" or a mobile home community. The positive feedback regarding management attentiveness suggests a well-run park. However, the concern about cleanliness is a crucial factor that prospective residents must investigate further. By contacting the management, visiting the park, and potentially speaking with current residents, individuals can gain a more complete picture of the environment, services, and features of Orange Grove Mobile Home Park and determine if it meets their needs and expectations for a comfortable and hygienic living experience.

She thinks she's very important. The woman says bad words to you. My mother treats her badly. She's very rude. She doesn't like to rate everyone, only those she wants. I think it's not fair. They should remove that rude, selfish and envious lady.
Dec 30, 2022 · Ingrid CastilloIt is Sunday, June 9, with unbearable heat; In the park they trust the work of trimming the trees; Mrs. Cecilia is the park manager. That person is not interested in the conditions of the residents, he only thinks about his own interest. I make a suggestion to those who read this message, if you know of any institution where we residents; We can assert our rights within the park. We cannot use air conditioning equipment. We have a community electric service meter and consumption is done according to the criteria, conditions and relationship with Mrs. Cecilia
