Paris Court Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Paris Court Mobile Home Park, located at 10374 and 10220 N County Rd 25A in Piqua, Ohio. Situated in Miami County, this mobile home park offers a residential setting with manufactured homes. For local users searching for 'RV parks near me' or considering alternative long-term accommodation options, understanding the characteristics of Paris Court Mobile Home Park is essential.
Based on available information, Paris Court Mobile Home Park is currently undergoing a period of revitalization. This suggests potential improvements and changes within the community. However, it's important for prospective residents to be aware of the current conditions and any ongoing construction or renovation work that may be taking place.
One aspect highlighted in a recent review mentions the density of the community, noting that it appeared to be quite overcrowded with limited space between homes, particularly in the double-wide section. The review also raised concerns about accessibility for vehicles, even standard-sized ones like an SUV, due to the narrow pathways. These observations regarding the layout and spacing of homes are crucial for individuals considering moving into the park, especially those with larger vehicles or who value more personal space.
Another significant point raised in the customer feedback pertains to management and their handling of payments during adverse weather conditions, specifically flooding. The review details an instance where management reportedly refused a scheduled payment due to recent flooding and subsequently issued a three-day eviction notice. This experience suggests potential challenges in communication and flexibility regarding payment arrangements during unforeseen circumstances. Prospective residents should carefully consider management policies and communication practices.
Considering the category 'RV parks near me,' it's important to differentiate between the typical offerings of an RV park and a mobile home park. RV parks generally cater to temporary stays, offering amenities and hookups for recreational vehicles on a nightly, weekly, or monthly basis. Mobile home parks, on the other hand, are residential communities where individuals or families own or rent manufactured homes on a longer-term basis. While both provide housing solutions, their structures, regulations, and typical resident profiles differ.
For individuals searching for 'RV parks near me' who might be considering a longer-term stay in the Piqua area, Paris Court Mobile Home Park presents an alternative in the form of manufactured home living. However, the reviews suggest that prospective residents should conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the park in person, if possible, to assess the current environment, the spacing between homes, and the overall condition of the infrastructure. It would also be prudent to inquire about management policies and procedures directly.
Given the feedback regarding overcrowding and narrow pathways, potential residents should evaluate whether the available space meets their needs and comfort levels. The ongoing revitalization efforts could lead to improvements in these areas over time, but it's crucial to base decisions on the current reality of the park.
The review concerning payment issues and the eviction notice underscores the importance of clear and consistent communication with park management regarding financial obligations and any potential disruptions due to external factors like weather. Understanding the terms of any lease agreement and the park's policies on rent collection and eviction procedures is vital for a positive living experience.
As a platform featuring 'RV parks near me,' it's important to provide a balanced perspective on all available housing options in the vicinity. While Paris Court Mobile Home Park is not an RV park, it exists as a residential community offering manufactured homes. Individuals seeking longer-term housing solutions might consider it as an option, but they should do so with a clear understanding of the current conditions and the experiences shared by previous residents.
Currently, there is no specific promotional information available for Paris Court Mobile Home Park online. However, individuals interested in learning more about potential home sales or rental opportunities within the park may need to contact the management directly. Information about lot fees, community amenities (if any), and specific rules and regulations would also be essential for prospective residents.
In conclusion, Paris Court Mobile Home Park in Piqua, Ohio, offers a residential setting with manufactured homes and is currently undergoing revitalization. Reviews suggest potential concerns regarding overcrowding, narrow pathways, and management practices. For local users searching for 'RV parks near me' or considering long-term housing options, Paris Court Mobile Home Park represents an alternative that warrants careful consideration and thorough investigation of the current conditions and management policies before making any decisions.

Paris Court Mobile Home Park Reviews
I drove through the place looking to possibly purchase one of the homes that were listed on Facebook… What I saw when I arrived was probably the most overcrowded MHP I have ever seen. There is at most 10ft between trailer on the side where the double wides are. Plus I can see that the place is being revamped, but there was barely any room to drive my pathfinder through. This place would seriously have me worried if I lived here and one trailer caught fire, the whole park would likely be gone.
Feb 07, 2025 · Richard FinzelI’d moved here this past November doing perfectly fine with the management had set up a payment plan with them for every two week out of my paycheck and this past paycheck they wouldn’t take it because of the flooding that we had this past week and got a three day eviction notice from them because them refusing the payments because of the weather… so save yourself from this park and management
Apr 09, 2025 · prettyinpink lovesOwner Misty has very unethical business practices! Told us to begin repairs and move to a trailer we were supposed to purchase but she never produced the title. Stopped communicating with us now is attempting to evict us and about half the trailer park since she recently sold it but remains the property manager. She's very unprofessional not to mention her extreme lack of maintenance on the park. The roads have huge pot holes, water constantly stands in the North West corner of Park, water is disgusting, drains do not work properly, mailboxes don't lock some don't even shut, constantly trash everywhere, and the white building is the office. Not sure what steps can be taken so she's held accountable for her negligence.
Nov 06, 2022 · April MicheleRoad needs some work, but that's in the works. Misty, Missy, and Kayla are all amazing. Even set us up with help with our credit during our process.
Jul 23, 2024 · Cerra FoleyStayed here with a friend for a few days till I got my apartment in Troy, the place is overrunning with drug addicts (not all but mostly) and looks absolutely unlivable just from the road driving past it looks horrendous! The city needs to get involved Asap it's been like this for many years don't know why it still is after having numerous owners, allegedly scammers using the park for a quick buck and taking advantage of people living there.
