Quail Run MHC Introduce
Welcome to Quail Run MHC, a mobile home park located at 3700 S Tomahawk Rd in Apache Junction, Arizona. If you are searching for "mobile home parks near me" and value a smaller, well-maintained community with a friendly atmosphere, Quail Run MHC may be a good fit for you. Situated in a rural area, this park offers a quieter lifestyle while still providing access to the various attractions and activities available in the surrounding region.
According to resident feedback, Quail Run MHC is described as a "small, well kept park." This suggests a community that is manageable in size, potentially fostering a closer-knit environment among residents. The emphasis on being "well kept" indicates that the grounds and overall appearance of the park are maintained to a good standard, contributing to a pleasant living experience for its residents.
One long-term resident of nine years notes that Quail Run MHC is a "very nice small park." They highlight several positive aspects of the community, including "wide streets," which can enhance the feeling of space and ease of movement within the park. The same reviewer also mentions that "all the houses are well taken care of," reinforcing the impression of a community where residents take pride in their homes and the overall appearance of the park.
The friendly nature of the residents is another key feature mentioned, with the reviewer stating, "the people are friendly." This social aspect can significantly contribute to a positive living environment, fostering a sense of belonging and community spirit among the residents of Quail Run MHC.
For those who enjoy swimming and relaxation, Quail Run MHC offers a "beautiful" pool that is "kept heated year round." This is a significant amenity, allowing residents to enjoy swimming and socializing by the pool regardless of the season. A year-round heated pool can be a major draw for those looking to stay active and enjoy the Arizona climate.
The initial experience of one resident who moved from Montana and became a full-time resident highlights that the park was "in process of adding features and activities." This suggests that there may have been ongoing efforts to enhance the amenities and social engagement within the community. However, the same resident, after living in the park for four years, provided a more nuanced perspective. They noted that "activities are limited" and that there are annual rent increases, including a $33 increase in one year, without corresponding improvements in the facilities. This evolving feedback suggests that while the park may have had intentions to expand its offerings, the actual implementation and perceived value by residents have varied over time.
Further updates from the same long-term resident indicate continued rent increases, with an additional $84.11 increase in one year and another $50 increase subsequently, with the caveat that "amenities not included" in these increases, according to the "Park Manager." This raises concerns about the affordability and the perceived value proposition of living in Quail Run MHC, as significant rent increases without commensurate improvements or inclusive amenities may impact resident satisfaction.
Despite the concerns raised about limited activities and increasing rent, the long-term resident who has lived in Quail Run MHC for nine years remains positive, stating, "We are very happy to call this home." This suggests that for some residents, the positive aspects of the park, such as its small size, well-kept appearance, friendly residents, and the heated pool, outweigh the potential drawbacks. It's important to recognize that individual experiences and priorities can vary.
For those considering Quail Run MHC, it would be beneficial to weigh the positive feedback regarding the park's size, maintenance, friendly atmosphere, and the heated pool against the concerns about limited activities and increasing rent without apparent improvements. The "rural area with lots to do in surrounding area" suggests that while activities within the park itself may be limited for some, the location provides access to a broader range of recreational and entertainment options outside the park.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the current environment, services, and any potential promotional information at Quail Run MHC, it is recommended to contact the park directly at (480) 983-9807 or +1 480-983-9807. Inquiring about current amenities, planned activities, rental rates, and any special offers would provide prospective residents with the most up-to-date information to make an informed decision. Visiting the park to assess the environment and speak with current residents, if possible, could also offer valuable insights into the community and its overall appeal.

Quail Run MHC Reviews
First year full-time resident, from Montana, small, well kept park, in process of adding features and activities. Rural area with lots to do in surrounding area. After living here for 4 years have found activities are limited, rent increases every year, this year 33 bucks, no improvement in the facilities! Oops, another 84.11 increase this year, amenities not included. This according to our "Park Manager". Not sure where increase is going! Oops, another 50.
Mar 17, 2024 · Michael AdamsWe have lived here 9 years and find this to be a very nice small park. The streets are wide, all the houses are well taken care of and the people are friendly. The pool is beautiful and kept heated year round. We are very happy to call this home>
Mar 18, 2017 · Wayne LongWe purchased our home in .2010 and spent the next 6 years being "snow birds", 6 months in Vancouver. Wa and 6 months here. Decided it was time to call Quail Run our permanent home so we sold our home in Vancouver to be come full time residents. The park is well maintained and Eve, the manager tries to stay ahead of any foreseeable problems. The streets are wide, the homes well maintained which makes it very inviting. We feel we had plenty of time to decide and we are very happy with the move here.
Feb 19, 2017 · Richard RenihanWe moved to Quail Run three years ago. We looked at numerous parks before making our purchase at Quail Run. We found this facility to be above our expectations in every area. What sealed the deal was meeting the park manager, Eve. She helped us new comers feel like we had found our new home. I would highly recommended this facility.
Feb 15, 2017 · Robert AasenWe have lived here going on five years , its a verry nice park and we love eve , there are a few people who need jobs to keep them from causeing problems. But maby if Eve ever desides she has had enought , we will have a new manager in the park to occupy busy minds .we have a verry nice park . We have a bit of a problem with bushes around the pool and they are taking over the sidewalks. I guess other things are more important that we can do nothing about
