Ranger Land RV Park Introduce
For local users and travelers seeking "RV parks near me" in the Weatherford, Texas area, Ranger Land RV Park, located at 3017 Ranger Hwy, warrants careful consideration based on recent and concerning customer reviews. With contact numbers (682) 220-9991 and +1 682-220-9991, the park is reachable for inquiries. However, it is crucial to be aware of the significant negative feedback that has been shared by previous guests regarding the environment, management, and overall experience at Ranger Land RV Park.
One particularly critical review states that in terms of value for money, Ranger Land RV Park is not satisfactory. The reviewer describes a significant issue with cleanliness, noting "trash galore spread across the property." Such a lack of upkeep can detract significantly from the aesthetic appeal and overall hygiene of an RV park, potentially creating an unpleasant environment for guests. This individual also raises serious safety concerns, alleging the presence of "addicts on every corner." Such claims, if accurate, would undoubtedly be a major deterrent for anyone seeking a safe and peaceful RV stay.
Furthermore, this reviewer points out infrastructural problems, mentioning that there is "no paved road entering the rv park." Unpaved roads can lead to dust issues in dry conditions and muddy conditions after rain, potentially making access and navigation within the park difficult. Another significant issue highlighted is a "huge bump upon entrance" that the management allegedly refuses to fix, yet they are reportedly strict about guests parking on the grass. This inconsistency in enforcement and maintenance priorities raises questions about the overall management approach.
This reviewer's negative experience led them to find a "MUCH better rv park with very nice people," emphasizing a stark contrast in quality and atmosphere. The reviewer also sarcastically anticipates a defensive response from the management, based on their alleged reaction to previous negative feedback, and concludes with a dismissive remark about what Ranger Land RV Park has to offer.
A second, even more scathing review paints an extremely unfavorable picture of the park's management and environment. This reviewer claims that "the owners honestly do not care about this place at all ! All they care about is the income!" This serious accusation suggests a lack of investment in the park's upkeep and the well-being of its tenants.
The review further alleges that the park harbors "certain tenants in their park that are drug heads and drunks that constantly start trouble with other tenants," and that the owners "choose to do nothing about it! Even when the cops are called numerous times!" These are extremely concerning allegations that directly impact the safety and peace of mind of other residents and visitors. The apparent inaction by the management in addressing such serious issues suggests a potentially unsafe and disruptive environment.
Adding to the distress, the reviewer claims that the owners create problems for "there good tenants" by issuing ultimatums about moving lots to avoid the troublemakers, expecting tenants to comply on demand. When tenants did not comply, the owner allegedly served a "handwritten eviction notice." This account portrays a highly unprofessional and potentially retaliatory management style.
The reviewer concludes with a strong condemnation of the owners, named as Sam and Twila, advising others to "never rent from there!" They characterize the owners as "horrible, horrible" and suggest that potential renters face a significant risk regarding the owners' behavior and management style.
Given these two highly negative and detailed reviews, it is impossible to present Ranger Land RV Park as a desirable option for local users seeking "RV parks near me" without thoroughly acknowledging these serious concerns. While the park may offer basic RV hookups and a location in Weatherford, TX, the overwhelming negative feedback regarding cleanliness, safety, infrastructure, and management practices cannot be ignored.
Potential guests should be aware that the described environment includes alleged trash accumulation, reported presence of individuals engaged in substance abuse, and a lack of proper road maintenance. The management is accused of being uncaring, prioritizing income over tenant well-being, and failing to address serious issues such as disruptive and potentially dangerous tenants. The alleged retaliatory eviction practices further underscore significant concerns about the management's professionalism and treatment of residents.
For local users seeking "RV parks near me" in Weatherford, TX, it would be prudent to thoroughly investigate alternative options based on the serious allegations leveled against Ranger Land RV Park. While the park is located at 3017 Ranger Hwy and can be contacted at the provided phone numbers, the experiences shared by previous guests strongly suggest that potential renters should exercise extreme caution and seek further information or consider other RV parks in the area that have received more positive feedback regarding safety, cleanliness, management, and overall quality of life.
In conclusion, while Ranger Land RV Park is geographically located in Weatherford, TX, the available reviews paint a deeply concerning picture of the park's environment and management. Potential guests should be fully aware of the allegations of trash accumulation, safety issues related to alleged drug activity, poor infrastructure, and unprofessional management practices before considering a stay at this location. It is strongly recommended to seek out alternative "RV parks near me" in the Weatherford area that offer a safer, cleaner, and more positive living environment based on their customer reviews.

Ranger Land RV Park Reviews
On terms of getting what you pay for this rv park is not it. Trash galore spread across the property. Addicts on every corner, no paved road entering the rv park. There's a huge bump upon entrance they refuse to fix but care when people park on the grass. We already found a MUCH better rv park with very nice people. Complete opposite. And please respond the way you have been when you get a bad review 🤣 can say all you want there's nothing to offer at rangerland. Have a blessed day.
Sep 30, 2024 · Instinct CowboyThe owners honestly do not care about this place at all ! All they care about is the income! They have certain tenants in their park that are drug heads and drunks that constantly start trouble with other tenants, and yet the owners choose to do nothing about it! Even when the cops are called numerous times! They want to raise total hell with there good tenants and give them ultimatums about moving to other lots to get away from the trouble makers but expect you to do it at there demand and we all know that's not how it works! Since the tenants didn't do as they were demanded, the owner serves him a handwritten eviction notice ! These owners are horrible, horrible, and nobody should ever rent from there! The owners' names are Sam and Twila ! If you choose to rent there, you're taking a huge risk on if you're gonna catch Jeckyl or Hyde!
Mar 06, 2024 · RAYMOND MOTLEYWas told we could move in . Then with no reason they changed there mind and said they didn't think we would be a good fit. Place honestly don't look that great. They do not allow children, said it's due to being so close to main road. So all said I'm glad we didn't get the spot here after all. Also no large breads.
Apr 01, 2024 · Amber MorrisLived here for three years, the neighbors are nice and quiet and the rates are reasonable.
Oct 14, 2024 · Dustin FlowerPlace was ok to begin with. Electrical is not up to par, but worked. Had to put down $100 deposit and was told when moved out to send mailing address for the refund. I did that and now the owner is ignoring my calls/messages. He had no problems with me while I was there and now apparently wants to scam my deposit.
