Situated at 910 34th Ave W, Alexandria, MN 56308, USA, this RV park offers a strategic location that combines the tranquility of a campground with the accessibility of an in-town setting. Catering to travelers searching for "RV Parks Near Me," RV There Yet provides a practical and enjoyable base for exploring Alexandria and its surrounding natural and urban attractions.
RV There Yet is recognized for its quiet and peaceful atmosphere, a quality highly valued by many RVers. Despite its in-town location, the park manages to offer a serene environment where guests can relax and unwind. While some sites may be more open, there are also areas that provide some shade, offering a mix of sunny and more secluded spots. The park features large, grassy sites, which contribute to a pleasant and spacious feel. The overall impression is one of a well-maintained and clean facility, providing a comfortable backdrop for your stay. It's noted that the park prioritizes a peaceful experience, making it suitable for those who appreciate a calmer camping atmosphere. While it is an RV park, it has been noted that it is "not a hotel anymore," emphasizing its dedicated focus on RV camping rather than motel-style lodging.
RV There Yet is well-equipped to meet the essential needs of RV travelers. A key offering, and a primary reason for choosing an RV park, is the provision of full hookups. Guests can expect sites with 20, 30, and 50-amp electrical service, along with water and sewer connections, ensuring a seamless and convenient stay. This is particularly beneficial for those seeking "RV Parks Near Me" with comprehensive utility services. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the park, allowing guests to stay connected, whether for work, entertainment, or sharing their travel adventures. The park also provides a laundromat, making it easy for long-term guests or those on extended trips to manage their laundry needs. For those who enjoy fishing in Minnesota's abundant lakes, a dedicated fish-cleaning house is a practical amenity. Additionally, guests can find vending machines on-site for quick refreshments. The park offers 24-hour assistance, providing peace of mind for travelers. Pets are welcome at RV There Yet, provided they are kept on a leash, catering to the many RVers who travel with their furry companions. Other recreational amenities include a basketball court and horseshoes, offering options for outdoor activity. A recently added communal game room provides an indoor space for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a small library, board games, foosball, and bumper pool.
RV There Yet boasts 40 spacious RV lots, each measuring approximately 30'x70', providing ample room for most rigs and slide-outs. The sites are generally gravel, though some reviews mention variations in road conditions, with some areas potentially being primitive. While the park primarily offers back-in sites, it's advisable for guests with longer rigs to confirm suitability. The park also provides campfire rings at sites, allowing for traditional camping experiences, and picnic tables for outdoor dining. It is important to note that the park is for self-contained RVs only, meaning vehicles must be equipped with their own shower facilities, as there are no public showers or bathrooms on-site. Tenting and pop-ups are generally not allowed, with no exceptions, reinforcing its focus as an RV-specific park. The park is open seasonally, typically from April 15 to October 15, aligning with the prime camping months in Minnesota.
One of RV There Yet's most significant advantages is its strategic location in Alexandria. As noted by previous guests, being "right in town was a plus," offering easy access to a variety of services and attractions. For daily necessities, Target and Walmart are conveniently close. Many recreational sites are just a short drive away, including the beautiful lakes that define the region. The park is situated just one block from a new bike trail, connecting guests to scenic routes for cycling enthusiasts. Popular attractions in the vicinity include the Runestone Museum, Lake Carlos State Park, Panther Distillery, Casey's Amusement Park, Midway Mall Cinema, and Carlos Creek Winery, all offering diverse activities for visitors. RV There Yet Reviews
Had a great time staying here at the campground. Me and my family were here for about 3 months. RV park was very quiet and met some friendly people throughout our stay. Being right in town was a plus, lots of food options nearby, Target and Walmart were conveniently close as well as clinics and the Hospital. Lots of Recreational sites we’re just a drive a way as well.

Apr 20, 2025 · Robert PachanIt's clean with nice landscaping. Roads through the park are tight, although I was able to navigate it with our 45' rig. Airport is across the street, which the kids enjoyed, but may cause issues if you sleep lightly. Trash dumpster was hard to find, probably a good idea to move that to a more central location. Great spot for an overnight stop.
Jul 07, 2023 · Joshua MThe sites had nice grass and several shade trees. Fellow campers were quiet. EZ access from i94 However this is not the best RV best park I’ve stayed. The Office was hard to find and unattended, the fire pit was full of trash and cigarette butts, our fire pit was under the slide out of our neighbor’s slide out. If there were restrooms and showers we didn’t find them, same for the trash dumpster. Airport noise was also an issue. Price was higher than other parks. Finally, if the terms of the cancellation policy are published, I sure couldn’t find them.
Jul 16, 2023 · JR JRDon't expect much and you will not be dissapointed. No instructions for self check in, no staff, no return calls from staff. Site boggy and wet. WiFi acceptable. Find somewhere better.
