Santa Fe RV Community Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Santa Fe, Texas, it is imperative to carefully consider recent customer reviews regarding Santa Fe RV Community, located at 7106 Avenue V, Santa Fe, TX 77510, USA. The feedback available online paints a concerning picture regarding the safety of pets and residents, property maintenance, management practices, and the overall condition of the park. Potential residents are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly investigate these issues before considering a stay at this location.
One particularly alarming review details a severely negative experience, urging others to "stay away from this place and the owner" if they value their loved ones, pets, and property. The central issue raised is the owner's alleged deliberate allowance of her "vicious dogs to roam freely." The consequences of this, according to the reviewer, have been tragic, including the killing of their cat and attempts to attack a family member. Furthermore, the reviewer claims that these dogs jumped on and damaged their vehicle while the owner reportedly stood by laughing. Attempts to address this issue through communication with the owner and even intervention by law enforcement have apparently been unsuccessful, with the owner allegedly believing she is "above the law." This review raises serious concerns about the safety and well-being of pets and potentially even residents within the community.
The same reviewer goes on to speculate about the general upkeep of the RV park, suggesting that if the owner's personal home is indicative of her management style, then the park is "probably a mess." While this is speculative, it aligns with the themes of neglect and disregard for the well-being of others that permeate the rest of the review.
Another former resident, who rented a lot for two years, also shared a negative experience with the owner and the park's conditions. This review highlights a lack of follow-through on promised improvements. The owner allegedly told the reviewer and a neighbor that "privacy fences would between each lot," but after two years, this promise was unfulfilled. The fence that was eventually erected is described as a "cattle fence, NOT a dog fence," indicating a potential disregard for the needs and safety of pet owners within the community. This contradicts the implication that the park would be suitable for pet owners, especially given the issues raised in the other review about roaming aggressive dogs.
This former resident also alleges a pattern of deceptive behavior by the owner, who is described as being "very sweet to you until she gets you in here, then...watch out." Following this initial pleasant demeanor, the reviewer claims that the owner "raises the lot rent every 3 mo.," suggesting potentially unstable and increasing living costs for residents. This lack of transparency and frequent rent hikes could create financial strain and instability for those residing in the park.
Further criticisms from this former resident focus on the poor infrastructure of the park. They state that there is "No concrete, it's just rock," which allegedly necessitates frequent re-leveling of RVs due to the road sinking. This lack of proper ground stabilization can lead to significant inconvenience and expense for RV owners. Additionally, they warn about hazardous conditions when entering the park, describing "craters, the size of grand canyon," that can damage vehicles. This paints a picture of a poorly maintained and potentially dangerous environment for both RVs and other vehicles.
Considering these two independent and overwhelmingly negative reviews, local users searching for "RV parks near me" should be extremely wary of Santa Fe RV Community. The serious allegations of uncontrolled vicious dogs posing a threat to pets and people, the lack of promised improvements, frequent rent increases, and the severely deteriorated infrastructure all point to a potentially unsafe and unpleasant living environment. The fact that law enforcement intervention regarding the dog issue was reportedly unsuccessful further underscores the potential lack of recourse for residents facing problems within the park.
Given the severity of the issues raised, it is difficult to speculate on any positive aspects of the environment, services, or features of Santa Fe RV Community. The reviews focus almost exclusively on negative experiences related to safety, management, and maintenance. Any potential amenities that might typically be expected at an RV park, such as clean restrooms, laundry facilities, or recreational areas, are not mentioned in a positive light. The reference to the owner's potentially messy home in one review even casts doubt on the general cleanliness and upkeep of the park's shared facilities, if any exist.
There is no promotional information whatsoever provided in the given data. In light of the serious concerns raised in the reviews, any potential promotions would likely be overshadowed by the risks associated with the park as described by former residents. Prospective users should prioritize their safety and the well-being of their pets and property over any potential cost savings that might be offered.
In conclusion, for local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Santa Fe, Texas, the available reviews for Santa Fe RV Community present a deeply troubling picture. Allegations of freely roaming vicious dogs, a lack of promised improvements, frequent rent increases, and severely neglected infrastructure should serve as significant warnings. Potential residents are strongly advised to avoid this RV park unless they can obtain verifiable and recent information that directly contradicts these serious concerns and demonstrates a significant improvement in management and overall conditions. Prioritizing safety and a well-maintained environment is crucial when choosing an RV park, and based on the current online feedback, Santa Fe RV Community appears to fall far short of these essential standards. Thoroughly investigate alternative "RV parks near me" before considering this location.

Santa Fe RV Community Reviews
If you value your loved ones, pets and property stay away from this place and the owner. She deliberately allows her vicious dogs to roam freely. They have killed our cat, tried to attack a family member and jumped on and damaged my vehicle while she stood there laughing. We have tried talking with her and so has law enforcement but she feels she is above the law. If she tends to her RV Park like she does her own home then it’s probably a mess.
Apr 28, 2024 · wes1978 booolesI rented a lot for 2yrs from this woman. She won't make improvements like she she says. She told me and my neighbor that privacy fences would between each lot! Well 2 yrs latter, still no fence. The fence she DID put up is a cattle fence, NOT a dog fence. She will be very sweet to you until she gets you in here, then...watch out. She raises the lot rent every 3 mo. I would NOT recommend this park for anyone. No concrete, it's just rock, and you have to re-level every time the road sinksAnd be careful coming in the park, because there are craters , the size of grand canyon, tears up your car.
