Southside Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local individuals and families exploring housing options and considering alternatives within the broader category of "RV parks near me," Southside Mobile Home Park, located at 1450 S Broad St, Monroe, GA 30655, USA, offers mobile home rentals. They can be contacted at (770) 267-0417 or via mobile at +1 770-267-0417 for inquiries about availability and community details. However, it is crucial to approach this community with careful consideration due to significant negative feedback from multiple former and current residents regarding property management and overall living conditions.
The limited information available paints a concerning picture of the environment and management at Southside Mobile Home Park. One resident recounts a "very unsettling experience" involving a group of unidentified individuals attempting to enter their home without notice or identification. This incident raises serious concerns about the lack of communication, professionalism, and security within the property. The resident, who was home alone with a minor child, described the behavior as "aggressive" and "extremely frightening," highlighting a breakdown in basic tenant rights and respect for privacy. This type of environment can create a climate of fear and distrust among residents.
Further negative feedback underscores systemic issues within the park's management and service provision. One review, while acknowledging the basic need for shelter ("It is blessing to have a roof over my head"), immediately criticizes the inability of the management to retain staff and address maintenance issues ("But they can not keep help here. And can not get anything fixed."). This suggests a chronic problem with the upkeep of the property and a lack of responsiveness to residents' needs. The call for a "new owner that actually cares about what goes on in his properties" speaks volumes about the perceived negligence and lack of concern from the current ownership or management.
Another former resident details a deeply unsatisfactory experience that led to their departure after nearly a year. Their primary reasons for leaving were issues with neighbors and the persistent failure of management to address necessary repairs in a timely manner ("There was no since of urgency. It was one year later that the porch got fixed."). This extreme delay in essential maintenance indicates a severe lack of prioritization and care for the living conditions of residents. The review also mentions a "Rose whobis over all the trailer parks" who is described as "not a very nice person" and unresponsive to complaints about disruptive neighbors, including alleged bullying and harassment of the resident's autistic son. The management's dismissive response ("we are not going to play tit for tat. Meaning we have no rights to complain bit they can.") suggests a biased and unfair approach to resolving community conflicts, potentially creating a hostile living environment for certain residents.
In terms of services, the consistent theme across the negative reviews is a severe lack of responsiveness and follow-through from the property management. The inability to retain maintenance staff and the prolonged delays in repairs indicate a fundamental breakdown in service provision. The alleged failure to address neighbor disputes and the unsettling incident involving unauthorized entry further highlight a lack of effective management and concern for resident well-being and safety. The absence of any positive feedback regarding services suggests that these issues are pervasive and significantly impact the living experience at Southside Mobile Home Park.
Features of Southside Mobile Home Park are difficult to ascertain from the overwhelmingly negative reviews. There is no mention of amenities, community spaces, or positive aspects of the park. The focus of the feedback is solely on the negative experiences with management, maintenance, and neighbor issues. Therefore, based on the available information, it is challenging to identify any positive features that would make this park an attractive option for prospective residents.
Given the strong and consistent negative feedback, it is impossible to formulate any positive promotional information for Southside Mobile Home Park based on the provided reviews. Any objective introduction must heavily emphasize the serious concerns raised by former and current residents regarding property management, maintenance, safety, and neighbor relations. The experiences recounted suggest a potentially unstable and unpleasant living environment.
For local users considering "mobile home parks near me" as a housing option and encountering Southside Mobile Home Park, the available information strongly suggests exercising extreme caution. The alleged lack of professionalism, disregard for tenant rights, failure to address maintenance issues, and mishandling of neighbor disputes paint a concerning picture. Prospective residents should conduct thorough due diligence, seek out additional reviews or information from other sources, and potentially attempt to speak with current residents directly to gain a more comprehensive and unbiased understanding of the community before making any decisions. The negative experiences shared are significant red flags that warrant careful consideration.
In conclusion, the introduction to Southside Mobile Home Park, based on the limited and overwhelmingly negative information available, must serve as a cautionary tale for local users exploring housing options within the category of "RV parks near me" or mobile home parks. The recounted experiences of unsettling intrusions, neglected maintenance, and mishandled neighbor disputes raise serious concerns about the property management and overall living environment. While the basic need for shelter is acknowledged by one reviewer, the prevailing sentiment is one of dissatisfaction and a strong recommendation against residing at Southside Mobile Home Park under the current management. Prospective residents are strongly advised to seek further information and exercise extreme caution before considering this community as a potential home.

Southside Mobile Home Park Reviews
I had a very unsettling experience with this property management company. A group of people showed up at my doorstep unannounced, claiming they were there to do an inspection. They did not identify themselves, provide any paperwork, or show any badges, leaving me confused and scared. I was home alone with my minor child, and their aggressive behavior—trying to enter my home without proper notice—was extremely frightening. When I asked who they were and what they wanted, they refused to provide clear answers. They demanded my house key, even though I was previously assured during the lease signing that the management company already had a copy of the key and that I wouldn’t need to provide another. This entire situation was poorly handled, with no communication or professionalism. Imagine being alone with your child and having strangers trying to enter your home without explanation—it’s unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property management company based on this experience.
Jan 13, 2025 · Cindy ZIt is blessing to have a roof over my head. But they can not keep help here. And can not get anything fixed. This place needs a new owner that actually cares about what goes on in his properties. We have finally moved out. We needed to because of our neighbors and how things did not get fixed. There was no since of urgency. It was one year later that the porch got fixed. Rose whobis over all the trailer parks is not a very nice person. I can not let my family live there that has no respect for people that stays out of trouble and pays on time. I have an autistic son who the neighbors behind us would bully him and takes pictures of him. They are rude and was causing trouble for us. And when my husband Went to complain Rose's answer was we are not going to play tit for tat. Meaning we have no rights to complain bit they can. We lived there almost a year with no problems until they moved in. So I hope this new manager they have will do a great job, and do better for the people that still live there.

Apr 30, 2024 · Alex JerebieI would give a 10 * review but it only gives you up to 5*. I was working with Tiffany who was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. The park is nice and quiet. The maintenance guys does great work. Went there today with a buddy and he purchased a nice mobile home from her. The transaction went extremely smooth. Anyone looking for a home in that area, I'll refer them all to her. Thank you sooooo much, Tiffany. 🙃
