They care more about weeds then they do their own "community". The park is trashy but they spend money on getting the roads re-done every year, could have a new park but nope. They target people in different sections as well, not going to "inspect" half the community. When we first moved here "no trash cans on the curb" okay what about the people across the street? Do better! lol Wish we never gave this place a time of day! - Calle McGuirl

Sunshine Valley Introduce

If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Chandler, Arizona area, Sunshine Valley, located at 1650 S Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ 85286, USA, is a mobile home park that warrants careful consideration based on recent customer feedback available online. You can contact them at (480) 963-4455 or +1 480-963-4455 for further inquiries.

Based on the limited recent reviews, there appear to be significant concerns regarding the overall upkeep and management of Sunshine Valley. One reviewer expresses dissatisfaction with the park's priorities, stating that management seems to "care more about weeds then they do their own 'community'." This suggests a potential lack of focus on the broader needs and maintenance of the living environment for residents.

This sentiment is further reinforced by the same reviewer's description of the park as "trashy." They also point out what they perceive as a misallocation of resources, noting that while the roads are reportedly "re-done every year," the park does not seem to be receiving investment in other potentially more beneficial improvements, such as a "new park." This perspective indicates a potential disconnect between management's priorities and the residents' desires for community enhancements.

The reviewer also alleges inconsistencies in the enforcement of community rules, specifically mentioning trash can placement. They note a discrepancy where some residents are instructed not to have trash cans on the curb, while others in different sections of the park appear to have no such restrictions. This perceived uneven application of rules can lead to frustration and a sense of unfair treatment among residents.

Another recent review is even more critical, stating, "If I could give no stars I would. This 'community' looks like trash." This strong negative statement echoes the previous reviewer's concern about the park's appearance and overall condition. The use of quotation marks around "community" suggests a significant disconnect between the park's designation and the reviewer's experience of it.

This second reviewer raises a serious concern regarding essential services, stating that "the water gets shut off for hours at times days with no contact from the office." Such disruptions to water supply, especially without prior notification or explanation, can significantly impact the daily lives and comfort of residents, whether they are in mobile homes or using the park as an "RV park near me" for long-term stays.

Furthermore, this reviewer mentions the common practice of annual rent increases, which they note occurs "no problem though," implying a lack of corresponding improvements or justifications for these increases. This can lead to a perception of diminishing value for the cost of living within the park.

Concerns are also raised about the security presence within Sunshine Valley. The reviewer describes the "security" as only passing "once a day during the calmest time of the day," suggesting a limited and potentially ineffective security presence that may not adequately address the safety concerns of the residents at all times.

Finally, the second reviewer expresses strong dissatisfaction with the management, stating that they are "no help" and explicitly advising potential residents: "Don't spend your money here." This direct and negative recommendation should be taken seriously by anyone considering Sunshine Valley as a place to live or park their RV.

Based on these recent reviews, prospective residents looking for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home in Sunshine Valley should be aware of the reported issues concerning the park's overall appearance and maintenance, inconsistencies in rule enforcement, disruptions to essential services like water supply without communication, and a perceived lack of effective management and security. These are significant factors that could impact the quality of living within the community.

There is no promotional information provided in the given text. Therefore, individuals interested in Sunshine Valley should contact the management directly using the provided phone numbers to inquire about current rates for RV sites or mobile home lots, the availability of any amenities, and to seek clarification on the issues raised in the recent reviews. It would be prudent to ask specifically about the park's maintenance schedule, water service reliability, security measures, and the management's response to the concerns expressed by current residents.

In conclusion, while Sunshine Valley is located in Chandler, Arizona, and may appear as an option when searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities, recent online feedback raises substantial concerns regarding its upkeep, management, and essential services. Potential residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with the park management and possibly even speaking with current residents if feasible, to gain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the living conditions before making any decisions.
