Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Chandler, Arizona area, Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village, situated at 555 W Warner Rd, Chandler, AZ 85225, USA, is a property that might appear in your search results. You can contact them by phone at (480) 963-3655 or mobile phone at +1 480-963-3655. It is important to clarify that Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village operates as a mobile home park, providing a residential setting for individuals and families living in manufactured homes on a long-term basis, rather than offering short-term stays typically associated with recreational vehicle parks.
When considering a mobile home park for potential residency, key factors include the environment of the community, the services and amenities provided to residents, and the overall features that contribute to the living experience. Located in Chandler, Arizona, Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village is situated in a dynamic city within the Phoenix metropolitan area, known for its technology industry, vibrant downtown, and numerous parks and recreational opportunities. The location on West Warner Road suggests potential access to local amenities, transportation routes, and commercial areas within Chandler.
The online reviews available for Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village present a concerning picture of the community and its management. One reviewer expresses significant dissatisfaction, stating that the "manager’s are rude, extremely disorderly, the whole place is a mess." This paints a negative image of the management's professionalism and the overall organization of the park. The reviewer further alleges that "the pool is never cleaned" and that there are unusual restrictions regarding bringing items to the pool, suggesting an attempt to discourage residents from using it. The office being "always closed" is also mentioned, indicating potential difficulties in contacting management for assistance or inquiries. This reviewer concludes by stating that Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village is "not a community at all" and advises against choosing it for those seeking "leisure, clean, and safety," suggesting a lack of these qualities. The sentiment of "no one seems to be any help around here either, more just hounding" further contributes to a negative portrayal of the living environment.
Another reviewer echoes concerns about the pool, stating, "Don’t be fooled by the pool. It’s closed all winter. And closed often during the summer months." This directly contradicts the expectation of a readily available amenity, especially during the hot Arizona summers. While this reviewer notes that "Jennifer is a sweetheart in the office," this positive comment is overshadowed by the broader issues, as they add, "But something isn’t right downstream." This vague but negative remark suggests underlying problems within the park's operations or infrastructure. The reviewer also clarifies that "the clubhouse is not a clubhouse" and emphasizes that "the lot rent is for your lot, not for the amenities," which implies that the advertised amenities may not be as accessible or as represented. The inclusion of a photo showing families turning away from a locked pool gate on a Saturday afternoon visually reinforces the issue of amenity unavailability.
Based on these reviews, Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village appears to have significant challenges related to management, cleanliness, amenity availability, and overall community environment. The strong negative feedback regarding rude and disorderly management, an unclean and inaccessible pool, and a misrepresented clubhouse should be taken very seriously by prospective residents.
Typically, mobile home parks offer a range of services and features to support long-term residency. These generally include:
- On-site management to oversee park operations, address resident concerns, and enforce community rules. However, the reviews suggest significant issues with the management at Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village.
- Maintenance of common areas, such as roadways, landscaping, and any shared facilities. The comment about the "whole place is a mess" and an unclean pool raises concerns about the effectiveness of maintenance.
- Utility connections at each mobile home site, including water, sewer, and electricity. Residents are typically responsible for their individual utility usage.
- Trash and recycling services provided for residents.
- Community amenities intended to enhance the quality of life for residents. The reviews mention a pool and a clubhouse, but with significant negative feedback regarding their availability and condition. Other potential amenities, if any, are not mentioned.
- Street lighting and security measures within the park. The reviews do not provide specific information about these aspects.
Features of residing in a mobile home park like Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village typically include the opportunity to live in a detached home with a yard. However, the negative reviews suggest that the overall living experience might be compromised by the issues raised.
The provided information does not include any specific promotional details for Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village. Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding the management and amenities, it is unlikely that prospective residents would be drawn by typical promotional offers without addressing the fundamental issues raised in the reviews. Individuals considering this park should proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence, including a visit to the property (if possible) and attempting to speak with current residents to gain a broader perspective beyond the online reviews.
In conclusion, while Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village might appear in searches for "RV parks near me," it functions as a mobile home park with significant negative feedback regarding its management, cleanliness, and the availability of its amenities, particularly the pool and clubhouse. The reviews suggest a disorderly environment and unprofessional management. For local users seeking long-term residency in a mobile home park in Chandler, Arizona, the information available online strongly advises caution and thorough investigation before considering Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village. Prospective residents should prioritize visiting the property and seeking firsthand accounts from current residents to ascertain the accuracy of the concerns raised in the reviews.

Kon Tiki Mobile Home Village Reviews
manager’s are rude, extremely disorderly, the whole place is a mess. the pool is never cleaned, nor are you allowed to bring anything to the pool (seems like they want to keep you away from the pool at all costs, very weird), office is always closed, very unprofessional establishment. it’s not a community at all, if you want leisure, clean, and safety, this is not the place for you. no one seems to be any help around here either, more just hounding.
Aug 25, 2022 · Kylie WilkeningDon’t be fooled by the pool. It’s closed all winter. And closed often during the summer months. Jennifer is a sweetheart in the office. But something isn’t right downstream. Also, the clubhouse is not a clubhouse. The lot rent is for your lot, not for the amenities. Here is a photo Saturday afternoon. Saw several families walk up to the gate to return back to there cars and go home.

Oct 22, 2023 · Mr. CrunchManagement was very pleasant n very helpful abt all the questions we had asked. Explained to us what they had done to the park. And told us abt the rules. Very reasonable. Would love to love there soon. Former tenants looking into the financial part as I text this post. Have a great day everyone.
