Fiesta Village Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Mesa, Arizona region? Fiesta Village Mobile Home Park, located at 235 W Southern Ave, Mesa, AZ 85210, USA, is a mobile home community that may be of interest. They can be contacted at (480) 969-5700 or +1 480-969-5700 for inquiries about residency options and other relevant information.
Based on recent customer feedback, Fiesta Village Mobile Home Park presents a somewhat complex picture. On one hand, a specific mention is made of a staff member in the office, Jamie, who is described as "super helpful and polite." This positive feedback also highlights Jamie's proactive approach in looking out for the interests of both tenants and lot owners within the community. Such positive interactions with office staff can be a significant factor for residents seeking a supportive and responsive management presence.
However, another recent review presents a contrasting perspective, indicating potential challenges within the park under new management. This review mentions concerns regarding "illegally towing people," which can be a significant source of stress and financial burden for residents. Additionally, issues are raised about the condition of the trash area, described as "disturbing," suggesting potential problems with waste management within the community. Furthermore, the review notes concerns about pets being let loose at all hours, which could impact the comfort and safety of other residents and their pets.
The same critical review also conveys a sense of frustration with the management's responsiveness, quoting a perceived attitude of "I'm just the messenger don't ask me." This suggests a potential disconnect between the management and the residents' concerns, which could lead to dissatisfaction among the community members. The reviewer urges the management to "please do better," indicating a desire for improvements in these specific areas.
When considering "RV parks near me" for long-term residency, it is essential to weigh both the positive and negative feedback available. In the case of Fiesta Village Mobile Home Park, the positive mention of a helpful and tenant-focused office staff member like Jamie is a notable asset. This suggests that there are individuals within the management structure who are dedicated to supporting the residents.
Conversely, the concerns raised about towing practices, the condition of the trash area, pet policies, and management responsiveness are important factors that prospective residents should consider and investigate further. Issues such as unclear towing regulations, inadequate waste management, and inconsistent enforcement of pet rules can significantly impact the quality of life within a mobile home community.
For individuals seeking a mobile home park in Mesa, Arizona, Fiesta Village Mobile Home Park's location offers access to local amenities and services in the area. However, based on the available reviews, it would be prudent for potential residents to seek clarification and assurances from the management regarding the concerns that have been raised. This could involve inquiring about towing policies, waste management procedures, pet regulations, and the management's approach to addressing resident concerns.
It is also advisable to visit the park in person, if possible, to assess the current environment and the condition of the facilities. Speaking with current residents (if the opportunity arises) can also provide valuable insights into the day-to-day living experience within Fiesta Village Mobile Home Park.
In conclusion, Fiesta Village Mobile Home Park in Mesa, Arizona, presents a mixed picture based on recent feedback. While the helpfulness of at least one office staff member is acknowledged, significant concerns have been raised regarding towing practices, waste management, pet policies, and overall management responsiveness. For those searching for "RV parks near me" and considering Fiesta Village, it is recommended to conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with the management and a potential site visit, to determine if this community aligns with their individual needs and expectations for long-term living.

Jamie in the office was super helpful and polite. She also looks out for her tenants and lot owners.
Mar 12, 2025 · Austin ColstonI had this place at 1 star but after new management this place gets 1 star. Illegally towing people the trash area is disturbing pets let lose at all hours of the day. Management is always I'm just the messenger don't ask me. Please do better.
Jul 06, 2023 · Cameron MorenoAfter applying for a rental online, received a letter stating I was denied due to having a chihuahua!??? Pet friendly community that doesn't allow chihuahuas? WowAlso every single home I inquired about I was told its unavailable only to see it posted on websites for rent. Discrimination if you ask me.
May 12, 2019 · Marni1980Too be honest this park should be condemned how dam discussing. Omg I'm surprised the City of Mesa is keeping this park open. Sorry but it's terrible.
Jun 29, 2023 · Santina WrightThe filthiest “corporate” apartment I have ever seen. Pregnant wife complained about a stench in the narrow, dingy hallway to management for 2 weeks. Finally, the police had to do a full investigation to determine cause of death when a neighbors body was discovered. Basically, the Mesa Police used the testimony of the stench to help determine date of death. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Oh, they may use a quasi pretty face at the office to entice you into this sh#•hole!
