Garden Spot Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you currently searching for "RV parks near me" in the Mesa, Arizona area? Garden Spot Mobile Home Park, located at 32 S Barkley Lot #26, Mesa, AZ 85204, USA, is a mobile home community that has garnered some concerning feedback from individuals who have interacted with the property or its management. It's important for prospective residents to carefully consider these experiences when evaluating potential long-term living options.
Recent reviews paint a troubling picture of the management and overall environment at Garden Spot Mobile Home Park. One particularly distressing account details an interaction with an individual identified as the manager, Jesse. According to this review, while undertaking tree removal, Jesse allegedly caused damage to a resident's trailer. The reviewer, a visitor at the time, reported being told they were not allowed on the property and threatened with police action. This interaction culminated in the visitor leaving the premises with their kitten, who tragically was later hit by a car after being startled by a passing fire truck. This narrative raises significant concerns about the professionalism and conduct of the individual identified as the manager, as well as the overall safety and environment within the park.
Another review from someone who was reportedly raised in the park since 1998 indicates a perceived decline in the park's quality since the original owner sold it. This long-term perspective suggests that there may have been a noticeable shift in management style or maintenance standards over time. The reviewer specifically mentions difficulties in contacting the current manager, Danielle, to inquire about trailer rentals or sales, citing repeated unavailability and excuses. This lack of consistent communication and accessibility from the management is a significant concern for potential residents seeking information or assistance.
When considering "RV parks near me" for long-term living, the responsiveness and professionalism of the management are crucial factors. The feedback regarding Garden Spot Mobile Home Park raises serious questions about both of these aspects. The alleged confrontational behavior described in one review and the reported difficulty in contacting the current manager in another suggest potential challenges for residents in terms of communication, issue resolution, and overall management support.
Furthermore, the incident involving property damage during tree removal and the subsequent interaction with the visitor highlight potential issues with property maintenance practices and the handling of visitor situations. These accounts do not provide a positive impression of the care and oversight of the property.
For individuals seeking a mobile home park in Mesa, Arizona, the location of Garden Spot Mobile Home Park might be a consideration. However, the severely negative experiences shared in the recent reviews should prompt potential residents to exercise extreme caution and seek comprehensive information before making any decisions. It would be highly advisable to attempt direct contact with the management to address the concerns raised in the reviews and to gain a clearer understanding of the current management practices and community environment.
Prospective residents might also consider visiting the property to assess its overall condition and observe the interactions between management and residents, if possible. If there are opportunities to speak with current residents, their firsthand experiences could provide valuable insights that are not reflected in the limited online reviews available.
Given the serious nature of the issues raised in the reviews, including allegations of unprofessional conduct, property damage, and poor communication, it is imperative for potential residents to conduct thorough due diligence. Relying solely on the limited information available online is insufficient in this case. A direct and detailed inquiry with the management is strongly recommended to address the specific concerns highlighted in the reviews and to ascertain the current living conditions and management practices at Garden Spot Mobile Home Park.
In conclusion, the available information regarding Garden Spot Mobile Home Park in Mesa, Arizona, presents significant cause for concern. The reviews highlight alleged unprofessional behavior from someone identified as the manager, difficulties in contacting current management, and a perceived decline in the park's quality over time. For those searching for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to approach Garden Spot Mobile Home Park with extreme caution and to conduct thorough and direct inquiries to address the serious issues raised in the recent feedback before considering it as a potential long-term residence.

Garden Spot Mobile Home Park Reviews
The guy who claims to be the manager his name is Jesse. He was out side my friends trailer. Who at the time was at work. So I was visiting, and Jesse was outside cutting a tree that had fallen. While he is cutting this tree down, he keeps hitting the trailer, and he is hitting it so hard that it woke me up. So I went out side and asked what he was doing, he said the tree had fallen so he was cutting it. I said ok , cuz we'll your hitting the trailer. He ask who I was and I said my name and that I was Rays friend. And he said I was not allowed to be there, and to leave or he would call the cops. I didn't want no trouble, so I just said ok, just let me get my stuff together and I would leave. So I did. Mind you I had a kitten. He kept cutting the tree. So I asked him to stop for a min cuz he was scaring my kitten. So he did. I had a wagon, and I put my kitten Lucas in the wagon. And left. Now while we were walking, a fire truck passed by with sirens blarring, soni walk to the thrift store a block away. As I pull in, I notice Lucas is not there. I back tracked looking for him, and I see he had been hit by a car😭🤯😰!!That man did not know who I was or why I was there,. I should have questioned him more, but I didn't want no problems. But now I wish I would have, cuz I might still have , my Lucas! 😭💔🐱I miss him so much💔😭
Sep 10, 2023 · Sonia LopezWas raised in this park since 98, park has definitely gone down hill since the original owner Ron Robinson sold it! I am leaving this review because I've tried to inquire about a trailer for rent or sale the past 6 times and the manager Danielle is never available, always an excuse about why she cant come to the door. Definitely needs management that's more consistent and cares about it's people period!
Oct 17, 2019 · Stephen NicewanderMy cousin lives here. The landlord is completely unlawful. I cannot believe the things that I have seen. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. You would regret living here.
Feb 24, 2020 · Jennifer ObregonIts OK. Not the best of parks and Management/Owners are not reliable. But Tenets are very friendly and take care of each other and watch each others backs.
Jan 11, 2018 · Byron BarthelUrban blight. City needs to step up the code enforcement since property owner and management are clearly negligent
