Mesa Village Introduce
Located at 2701 E Allred Ave, Mesa, AZ 85204, USA, Mesa Village is a mobile home park situated in Mesa, Arizona. For local users exploring various housing options, including those who might be considering "RV parks near me" for either temporary or long-term stays, understanding the characteristics of a mobile home park like Mesa Village offers valuable insight into the residential landscape of the area. While not directly an RV park, Mesa Village could appeal to individuals seeking a community setting with potentially longer-term residency options, and its location might offer proximity to services and amenities that also cater to the RV lifestyle.
The available customer reviews of Mesa Village present a somewhat polarized perspective on the living experience. One reviewer highlights the "beautiful facilities" and notes that while the park may have fewer residents during the summer months, it boasts a "great group of snowbirds in the winter." This suggests that Mesa Village has a significant seasonal population, attracting individuals who reside in the park primarily during the winter. This seasonal dynamic could influence the community atmosphere and the availability of social activities throughout the year.
The same positive review also mentions "fair lot rates" and "well maintained properties," indicating that, at least for some residents, the cost of living (in terms of lot rental) is reasonable, and the physical upkeep of the park is satisfactory. These are important factors for prospective residents to consider when evaluating the overall value and appeal of a mobile home park.
In stark contrast, another reviewer describes Mesa Village as "the absolute most horrible place I've ever lived." This strongly negative feedback raises significant concerns about the living conditions and overall environment within the park. The reviewer points to a set of rules that they claim "nobody follows," suggesting a potential lack of consistent enforcement by the management. This can lead to a breakdown of community standards and potentially impact the quality of life for residents who do adhere to the rules.
The issue of security is also raised, with the reviewer stating that the lack of a gate contributes to "transients wandering around everywhere." This is a serious concern as it can directly impact the safety and security of residents and their property. The presence of non-residents within the community can lead to feelings of unease and potential safety risks.
Furthermore, the negative review mentions ongoing "construction next door" that has been occurring for five months and is described as "almost unbearable." External factors like nearby construction can significantly impact the peace and quiet of a residential area, causing noise, dust, and disruption to daily life. The prolonged nature of this construction suggests it is a persistent issue for current residents.
The reviewer also expresses a complete lack of privacy and states that they hold themselves to a "higher standard than this place," indicating a significant mismatch between their expectations and the reality of living in Mesa Village. The reviewer's statement that they are "sooo glad I'm just renting back here" and are "looking forward to getting out of this place" underscores a strong desire to leave the community, highlighting a deeply negative personal experience.
Finally, the negative review explicitly mentions "lots of safety issues" and expresses dismay at the behavior of some residents, using strong and derogatory language. While the specific nature of these safety issues and the alleged behavior is not detailed, these are serious allegations that prospective residents should be aware of and potentially investigate further.
For local users exploring the "RV parks near me" category, Mesa Village, as a mobile home park, offers a different type of residential setting. While RV parks typically cater to temporary stays and may have a transient population, mobile home parks are generally intended for longer-term residency. However, the issues raised in the negative review, such as lack of rule enforcement, transient presence, and safety concerns, might be factors that some individuals seeking the relative stability of a mobile home park would want to carefully consider.
Given the conflicting reviews, it is crucial for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence before considering Mesa Village as a place to live. Contacting the management directly at (480) 969-6062 or mobile phone +1 480-969-6062 to inquire about current conditions, security measures, rule enforcement policies, and the status of any nearby construction would be advisable. Visiting the park at 2701 E Allred Ave, Mesa, AZ 85204, USA, to observe the environment firsthand and potentially speak with current residents (if possible) could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the community.
In conclusion, Mesa Village in Mesa, Arizona, appears to be a mobile home park with both positive and negative aspects reported by its residents. While some appreciate its "beautiful facilities," "fair lot rates," and the winter snowbird community, others have expressed serious concerns regarding rule enforcement, the presence of transients, nearby construction, a lack of privacy, and safety issues. For local users exploring housing options, including those considering the broader category of "RV parks near me," Mesa Village offers a longer-term residential alternative. However, prospective residents should carefully weigh the contrasting feedback and conduct thorough research to determine if this community meets their individual needs and expectations.

Beautiful facilities, not too many here in the summer but great group of snowbirds in the winter. Fair lot rates, well maintained properties.
Aug 29, 2024 · Chuck SalvatoThe absolute most horrible place I've ever lived. They have this set of rules that nobody follows. If it was gated it wouldn't be so bad but transients are wandering around everywhere. Construction next door has taken 5 months now & its almost unbearable! Absolutely NO privacy. I hold myself to a higher standard than this place & I'm sooo glad I'm just renting back here. Looking forward to getting out of this place! Lots of safety issues. I guess most people back here don't have to live by the white trash that I have to deal with. Not sure how they are allowed to live here???
Feb 16, 2024 · Brian BentleyWe love living here. But there is one concern that we have. (The Rent.). If the rent keeps going up how can people pay it. I told Larry if it keeps going up I guess we could go live with the bears in the woods. But all kidding aside its hard enough to make rent now for some people including us. Everything else is great here.like I said we love living here. It quite. Peaceful and just a great place to be other than the( RENT.)
Oct 22, 2022 · joyce casler from ArizonaLifetime New York resident. Moved here to finish out my life. Many medical issues had brought me to the point of wanting to give up. After 6 months here my health is better than it's been in 7 years. Wonderful weather, great medical facilities and and friendly, endearing people have made this a place to not only get healthy but to live with a new outlook on life. Can't wait to see what's next. Sincerely Tom M.
Apr 13, 2022 · Thomas McKinleyAntonio the Property Manager was so warm and accommodating that I convinced my mom she should live at Mesa Village. Granted the park is clean & has nice amenities, and residents have all been welcoming, but Antonio's personality is what made Mesa Village stand out from the myriad of 55+ parks in Mesa. He was easy to get a hold of, responded quickly even on weekends and as late as 10pm at night. When I flaked out about meeting him, he was kind and respectful... but what really surprised me was that he continued to be professional and accommodating when I reached out at the last minute a few days later (because our deal at a different park fell through). Although it would have been understandable, Antonio never once made me feel guilty or embarrassed about anything having made an offer at a different park. As property manager, he sets the tone for the park... and it was clear he really wants residents to be happy. Looking forward to seeing Mom make lots of new friends in a clean and welcoming new neighborhood. ;)
