You can reach them by phone at (480) 354-3700 or mobile at +1 480-354-3700 for inquiries and reservations.
Based on feedback from fellow RV travelers, Tiffany RV Park and Apartment offers a specific type of experience. It's described as a smaller, private park primarily catering to RVs rather than mobile homes. The emphasis here is on providing a secure and welcoming environment for those traveling with their recreational vehicles.
In terms of amenities, the park offers the essentials to make your stay comfortable. You'll find on-site washer and dryer facilities, which are crucial for longer stays and ensuring you have access to laundry services. However, it's important to note that Tiffany RV Park is not a resort-style destination. If you're seeking extensive recreational facilities such as a pool, shuffleboard courts, or organized activities, this might not be the park for you. Instead, the focus is on providing a functional and reliable base for exploring the East Valley.
For those prioritizing safety and a friendly atmosphere, Tiffany RV Park seems to deliver. One reviewer specifically mentioned it as a "safe, friendly place to park your rig while in the East Valley." This sentiment suggests a community-oriented environment where you can feel secure during your stay. This can be a significant factor for many RVers, especially those who are new to the area or traveling alone.
It's crucial to be aware of the park's occupancy trends and policies, particularly if you're planning a visit during the fall and winter seasons. According to a customer review, Tiffany RV Park tends to fill up quickly during these months, which are popular for snowbirds and those seeking warmer climates. Additionally, they often have minimum stay requirements during the winter season. Therefore, it is highly recommended to call ahead and inquire about availability and any minimum stay policies to avoid disappointment.
While the majority of the feedback highlights the park's basic yet reliable nature, it's also important to acknowledge all feedback received. One review expressed a negative experience during a phone interaction, citing rudeness and a mention of serving a 55+ community. This feedback is presented here to provide a complete picture based on the available information. However, it's worth noting that this is a single negative experience amidst other comments focusing on the park's safety and functionality for RVers.
Considering the information available, Tiffany RV Park and Apartment appears to be a no-frills, privately owned RV park that prioritizes safety and a friendly atmosphere for its guests. It offers essential amenities like laundry facilities and is conveniently located in Mesa, within the East Valley region of Arizona. It serves as a practical base for those looking to explore the local area without the need for resort-style amenities. However, prospective guests should be mindful of the park's tendency to fill up during peak seasons and potential minimum stay requirements in the winter. Contacting the park directly at (480) 354-3700 or +1 480-354-3700 is recommended to check availability, understand their policies, and determine if it meets your specific RV parking needs in the "RV parks near me" category.
In summary, if you are looking for a straightforward, secure, and friendly RV park in Mesa, Arizona, particularly for longer stays in the East Valley, Tiffany RV Park and Apartment could be a viable option. Remember to book in advance, especially during the fall and winter months, and inquire about any specific policies that might apply to your stay. Tiffany RV Park and Apartment Reviews
A small, private, RV (not mobile home) park. Basic amenities such as washer/dryers, but nothing like a pool, shuffleboard, etc. If you're looking for a resort, this isn't the place. If you're looking for a safe, friendly place to park your rig while in the East Valley, check them out. They do tend to fill up quickly in the fall and winter and do have minimum stays during the winter.
Jul 10, 2019 · Don NakanoYes I never got the chance to stay there because you were very rude and disrespectful on the phone! It’s okay to just serve 55+ community but you don’t have to say that I’ll never find a place for me and my family. Take your negative and shut it up! So to all young families looking for RV parks don’t waist your time on calling because this place takes out their frustration on your call and questions. Oh and by the way we found a beautiful park on a very nice , clean and new RV resort in Arizona that are super friendly as welcoming. So not all Arizonions are rude!!!
Jul 31, 2021 · Vanessa chavezI am not share why people are not giving Bobby and Kim better ratings. Yes, this is a small, locally owned and operated park. Bobby and Kim live on site so any issues are handled very quickly.I am still a bit green when it comes to the RV world, but I did find out very quickly that adding "Resort" to the park name means you can charge at least 50% more. Last summer I stayed in two such "resort parks" and what I paid for one week is close to what I paid for a month at The Tiffany. No, there are no pools, hot tubs, organized outings, etc, but I don't use these things so why pay for that. What The Tiffany offers is a small community of people that get to know your name. Yes, the spaces are a bit smaller, but I don't need a large area as I am not here to host a party. To start with, Bobby will speak with every person before they submit a reservation request. I like the idea especially since I am a widowed senior woman traveling with my furry kids. This park is for longer stays as there is a bit more paperwork involved. Bobby was great in helping me to get my rig backed into my slot. After one month being there, I was very pleased with the envirnoment and asked to stay longer. Thankfully, Bobby and Kim were able to make a few adjustments and I was able to stay in the same spot. I ended up staying in my one spot for close to six months before heading out.During my six months stay, Bobby and Kim helped me out when I had accidently locked myself out when I took my pups out for the last evening duty time. When my propane was getting low, I learned about extended stay propane setups from Bobby so I didn't have to move my RV. These two people are wonderful and I enjoyed getting to know them. Are there things that can be improved upon, of course, there is always room for improvement. In my six months there, I found only a few things that could be handled. The biggest one is that the lot needs to be resurfaced. Asphalt lots in AZ take a beating and one is no different. The only thing that I saw was the fencing between The Tiffany and the neighbors to the west needs to be taken care of with TLC. This might not even be The Tiffany's fence!Do I recommend this great little park to others coming into town for a while, you bet I do! In a heart beat!
May 20, 2021 · Dee BGreat small park. It is quiet and relaxed. It is on a moderately busy street but this is in the city and you will find it difficult to find one that is not. Everyone we have met has been very friendly. You can get acquainted or not as you wish. No one is bugging you to get involved but most are willing to visit and get acquainted. Bobbie and Kim the owners are very nice. They live in the park and are very helpful. They know the area well and can give you information on restaurants , shopping, and things to see and do. They keep a close watch on people coming into the park and are quick to check out those they don't recognize. This park doesn't have pools or courts or any other recreational activities but those things are all available close by and much less expensive than spending the money to stay at one of the rv resorts. They have very clean bathrooms and showers, and laundry facilities for those who need these. This place fulfils my needs perfectly. I have enjoyed my stay here and plan to return.
Feb 09, 2015 · Dean RogersIt's safe, clean, quiet and affordable. All the things I look for in an RV park. The owners are friendly and helpful. There are a lot of rules, but I like that. I feel like that is a protection and a convenience. I would definitely recommend them and return again.
