Sunrise Vista Mobile Home Park Introduce
Located at 300 S Val Vista Dr in Mesa, Arizona, Sunrise Vista Mobile Home Park is a community where residents have shared varied experiences. While primarily a mobile home park, it's possible that long-term RV accommodations might be available, making it relevant for those searching for "RV parks near me" with a preference for a more established and potentially senior-oriented environment. Understanding the nuances of the community, as reflected in resident reviews, is crucial for anyone considering a long-term stay, whether in a mobile home or an RV.
The environment at Sunrise Vista Mobile Home Park appears to have both positive and negative aspects according to its residents. One long-term resident of nearly three years expressed disappointment with the lack of participation in a self-organized book club, leading to a sense of isolation and self-reliance. This suggests that while there may be a desire for community interaction, it might not always materialize organically for all residents.
In contrast, another resident who has also lived in the park for almost three years reported being "very happy" there. This individual highlighted the friendliness of the residents and praised the Social Board for organizing a wide range of fun activities catering to diverse interests. The park is also described as clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Furthermore, this reviewer noted the reasonable rent, which includes the valuable services of water and trash pick-up, potentially making it an economically attractive option for long-term residents.
However, a significant concern raised by another resident pertains to the Park Management. This reviewer expressed the opinion that management should prioritize security, specifically keeping trespassers and thieves out of the park, rather than focusing on what are perceived as "nit-picky things" concerning resident behavior. The sentiment that seniors in the park do not appreciate being treated like "3 year-olds" suggests potential friction between management and some residents regarding rule enforcement and communication style. Additionally, this reviewer recounted instances where their friends and contractors felt they were treated rudely by the managers upon visiting the office, using the term "power trip" to summarize the perceived behavior. Despite these issues with management, this reviewer concluded that, aside from the management, it's a "great place to live," indicating that the community and its residents hold significant positive value.
Regarding services and features, the positive review mentions the efforts of the Social Board in providing activities, suggesting a community that actively tries to engage its residents. The inclusion of water and trash pick-up in the rent is a notable service that adds to the affordability and convenience of living at Sunrise Vista. The cleanliness and maintenance of the park also contribute to the overall quality of life for its residents. However, the negative feedback regarding management's focus and interactions is a serious consideration for potential long-term residents, as it can significantly impact the living experience.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in these reviews. To inquire about the availability of long-term RV spaces (if any), the associated costs, specific amenities offered to RV residents (such as hookups and site conditions), and any current promotions or policies, it is essential to contact Sunrise Vista Mobile Home Park directly using the provided phone numbers: (480) 832-6214 or +1 480-832-6214. It would also be prudent to inquire about the park's security measures and the management's approach to resident relations, given the concerns raised in the reviews.
In considering Sunrise Vista Mobile Home Park for a long-term RV stay, individuals should weigh the positive aspects of friendly residents, organized social activities, a clean and well-maintained environment, and reasonable rent with included utilities against the reported negative experiences with park management and the potential for a lack of strong community integration for all residents, as suggested by the book club anecdote. The age demographic of the community, while not explicitly stated as 55+, seems to lean towards a more mature population based on the management concerns raised by a resident regarding the treatment of seniors.
In conclusion, Sunrise Vista Mobile Home Park in Mesa, Arizona, presents a mixed picture based on resident reviews. While the community appears to have friendly residents and offers organized social activities, along with practical benefits like reasonable rent including water and trash pick-up, there are significant concerns regarding the park management's priorities and interactions with residents and visitors. Potential long-term RV residents should contact the park directly to ascertain the availability and terms of RV stays and to gain a clearer understanding of the community's atmosphere and management practices. It would be beneficial to address the concerns raised in the reviews directly with the management to make an informed decision about whether Sunrise Vista aligns with their long-term living needs.

Sunrise Vista Mobile Home Park Reviews
I've lived here coming on 3 years. I've tried to get a book club going, and people said they are coming. Then, the next day, no one showed up. I'm very disappointed about this park. But I'm making the best that I can. So I usually stick to myself.
Apr 24, 2025 · Maria OrtegaI have lived in the park for almost 3 years & am very happy here. Residents are very friendly. The Social Board does a fantastic job of providing activities that are fun & cover a wide range of interests. The park is clean and well maintained. The rent is very reasonable and even includes water and trash pick-up!My only complaint is with Park Management. In my humble opinion, they should spend more time keeping trespassers & thieves out of the Park and less time writing up residents regularly for nit-picky things that are none of their business. Most seniors that I know don't appreciate being treated like 3 year-olds.Also, I have had 3 friends &/or contractors stop by the office as a courtesy before coming to my place. All 3 felt that they were treated rudely by the managers. The term "power trip" sums it up.Aside from the Park Managers, it's a great place to live!!
Dec 15, 2024 · DougMy mom lives here and bought her place for only a couple thousand dollars! Sure it needed some fixing up, but over the years she has made it a nice little place. The lot rent is $500 per month. Not the fanciest trailer park but it is very clean and has a large community pool with huge bathrooms and showers and lots of community activities, free air, putting course, small dog park and a laundry room. They have pool tournaments all the time.Overall a nice little place for 55+
Oct 19, 2021 · Robyn Nicole BClean, well managed, safe, regular activities for seniors.
Mar 25, 2025 · CE StoneCreationsPlease reconsider if you are thinking of buying a home in this park. Management plays favorites to the people that spy on the neighbors for him. Evicts people, not on evidence, but merely hear say. The park is run by cliques, that cozy up to management. They trap and dump peoples cats, which is a felony, but manager seems to think he is above the law. Stay clear of this park, it's nothing but trouble.
