Mesa Spirit RV Resort Introduce
When searching for "RV parks near me" in the Mesa, Arizona area, Mesa Spirit RV Resort, located at 3020 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85213, USA, presents itself as an option with a range of advertised amenities. You can contact them at (480) 832-1770 or via mobile at +1 480-832-1770 for inquiries and reservations.
Based on customer reviews, the experiences at Mesa Spirit RV Resort appear to be varied. One guest found the park to be "perfect" for their needs, particularly highlighting its convenient location just a few minutes away from family and its proximity to essential stores. This reviewer also noted the benefit of the park being part of the 1000 Trails camping program, which allowed for a free stay. They praised the sites for having full hookups and appreciated the availability of amenities such as pools, dog parks, and a pool hall, describing the park as "well maintained" with "all the fun things to do."
However, another recent guest expressed significant dissatisfaction, stating "No stars here" and questioning the "Resort" designation in the park's name. Their critique focused on several aspects, particularly the Wi-Fi access, which they found to be limited to the library or pool area, located on the opposite side of the park from their site. This was seen as a major inconvenience, especially when expecting reliable internet access throughout a property marketed as a resort.
The same reviewer also raised concerns about the park's infrastructure and landscaping. They described navigating narrow roads while backing a 42-foot Class A RV into their spot, encountering obstacles such as trees and the movement of golf carts. The condition of the landscaping around their site was also criticized, with mention of a "butchered" orange tree leaving behind rotten fruit. Furthermore, they noted the placement of dumpsters directly across the narrow street from their site, citing potential issues with odor, especially in the warm weather and wind.
This guest also felt that the park was overcrowded, describing it as being "packed in...like cordwood," especially considering the price they were paying, which they found to be higher than what they had paid at a "beautiful" park with "ALL amenities" near Washington D.C.
Considering these contrasting experiences, Mesa Spirit RV Resort offers the advantage of a convenient location in Mesa, close to local amenities and, for members, the benefit of being part of the 1000 Trails camping program. It appears to offer full hookup sites and a variety of recreational facilities, including pools, dog parks, and a pool hall, which at least one guest found to be well maintained and enjoyable.
However, potential guests should also be aware of the concerns raised by another visitor regarding the reliability and accessibility of Wi-Fi, the narrowness of the roads and potential challenges for larger RVs, the upkeep of individual sites and landscaping, and the proximity of dumpsters to some camping spots. The perception of the park being overcrowded and potentially overpriced compared to the amenities offered is also a point to consider.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," Mesa Spirit RV Resort presents a mixed picture based on recent feedback. While its location and inclusion in the 1000 Trails program are definite positives for some, others have experienced issues with the infrastructure and the level of amenities relative to the "Resort" designation and the cost. It would be advisable for prospective guests to contact the park directly at (480) 832-1770 or +1 480-832-1770 to inquire about specific site conditions, Wi-Fi availability throughout the park, and any recent updates or changes to the facilities. Asking about the layout and road widths might also be beneficial for those with larger RVs. By gathering current and detailed information, local RVers can determine if Mesa Spirit RV Resort aligns with their expectations and needs for an RV stay in the Mesa area.
In conclusion, Mesa Spirit RV Resort offers a potentially convenient location with a range of amenities and the benefit of being part of the 1000 Trails network. However, it's essential to weigh the positive aspects against the concerns raised about Wi-Fi accessibility, park layout, site conditions, and overall value to make an informed decision when choosing from the "RV parks near me" in Mesa, Arizona.

Mesa Spirit RV Resort Reviews
This RV park was perfect for our needs. It’s just a few minutes away from family we are in town to visit. It’s close to all the stores one would need while camping. Best of all it’s part of the 1000 trail camping program therefore our stay was free. The sites are nice with full hook ups. Pools dog parks pool hall all the fun things to do in a well maintained RV park.
Apr 08, 2025 · James PasserettiNo stars here. We checked in about an hour ago, expecting a service level and amenities that match the name of the park, which includes the word “Resort.” If it wasn’t so frustrating, their name would be laughable. Resorts have dependable Wi-Fi, accessible throughout the property. Here, Wi-Fi is only accessible if you go to the library or pool area, on the opposite side of the park from our site. Resorts have nice roads and landscaping. We had to back our 42-foot Class A into a spot on a narrow road without hitting the trees, while golf carts were being driven all around us. The lovely little orange tree on our site had been butchered, rather than pruned, leaving half a dozen rotted oranges behind. Resorts put their dumpsters in enclosures. We are directly across the narrow street from at least seven large dumpsters, which are lined up near the sidewalks, and it is 76 degrees outside with a strong wind. For all this, we are packed in the park like cordwood and are paying far more than we have paid since we were near DC and that park was beautiful with ALL amenities. This is not a resort.
Mar 01, 2025 · Brenda MattsonI've visited Mesa for spring training for the last 20 years. This year, I stayed at Mesa Spirit RV Resort . Staff is great and helpful. Clean and great activities during the month. I look forward to staying again.
Mar 12, 2025 · LF CelayaGood dog park and pickleball. Many available large sites but we were provided the most horrible-tightest spot with a park model awning and utilities making it extremely challenging to back on-Will NOT return.
Mar 20, 2025 · Randi Gail SevignyAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!My parents purchased a mobile home here and when they passed, trying to sell the unit was nearly impossible as management refused to work with us and let us sell it, They wouldn't let us list it as for sale on realtor sites because it is a "mobile home", but they also wouldn't allow us to remove it from the property.Everything from large item removal to trying to sell the property was a nightmare. Do not do business with this incompetent scummy business.
