The environment of Cedar Creek Mobile Home Park appears to have both appealing and potentially challenging aspects. One reviewer who lived in their RV for five months described the location as "great," which suggests convenience and accessibility to the surrounding Chattanooga area. This positive sentiment is reinforced by the mention of a generally good community spirit, with the reviewer noting that "most neighbors are great and look out for each other." This sense of community can be a significant draw for those seeking a friendly and supportive environment during their stay. Furthermore, the park is described as "dog friendly," which is a crucial factor for many RV travelers who journey with their pets. However, a contrasting review paints a less favorable picture, referring to the park as "one of the worst place to live." This stark difference in opinion highlights the importance of gathering comprehensive information and potentially visiting the park to assess the environment firsthand.
In terms of services, the positive review mentions a "great owner," implying responsive and helpful management. This can be a significant asset for RV residents, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly. The reviewer's intention to return ("I'll come back for sure!!") further underscores a positive experience with the park's services and management, at least during their stay. Additionally, the mention of a "price is right for the area" suggests that Cedar Creek Mobile Home Park offers competitive rates, which can be a key consideration for budget-conscious RV travelers. However, the negative review sharply contrasts this, focusing on the perceived rudeness and unfairness of the manager, Dolores Kelly. The reviewer also alleges issues with the "contract or lease," describing it as being "full of bs and lies" and citing discrepancies in enforcement. This conflicting feedback regarding management and park policies necessitates careful inquiry and clarification when contacting Cedar Creek Mobile Home Park.
The features of Cedar Creek Mobile Home Park relevant to those searching for "RV parks near me" include its location, pet-friendliness, and price. The "great location" mentioned by one reviewer suggests proximity to amenities, attractions, or major transportation routes in the Chattanooga area. The fact that it is "dog friendly" is a significant feature for pet owners, implying that there are likely provisions for accommodating dogs, although specific policies (such as breed restrictions or leash rules) would need to be confirmed with the management. The "price is right for the area" suggests affordability, making it a potentially attractive option for those seeking budget-friendly RV parking. However, potential RV residents must also consider the negative feedback regarding the lease or contract terms and the alleged inconsistencies in their enforcement. It is crucial to thoroughly understand all rules and regulations before committing to a stay at Cedar Creek Mobile Home Park.

I lived here in my RV for about 5 months. Love it. Great location, great owner, most neighbors are great and look out for each other. I'll come back for sure!! Also price is right for the area. Dog friendly too...woof.
Sep 26, 2019 · Kristine MendellBy far one of the worst place to live the manager Dolores Kelly is really rude and unfair to everything. Her "contract or lease" is full of bs and lies and once you break the rules no where on the contract or letters she says she send says you have to remove the home from the park. Its lies and drama from her all the time far from being rude and unprofessional.!!
Oct 27, 2016 · Livier CarrenoIt smelled horrible. I would never live there
Jun 29, 2024 · Denise ThompsonIt's a good quiet place to live... my mother has lived there for atleast 3 years and I know that she is extremely pleased with it there...
Jul 31, 2020 · JD DelvalleIt's a good nugget meal. The service is quick even if they have a longish line.
