Pine Forest Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local residents in the Ringgold, Georgia area searching for "RV parks near me," Pine Forest Mobile Home Park, located at 112 Ardis Loop, Ringgold, GA 30736, USA, presents a mobile home park that may also accommodate recreational vehicles seeking long-term stays. As individuals explore options for residential RV living or simply search for suitable "RV parks near me," it's essential to consider all available information to make an informed decision. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Pine Forest Mobile Home Park based on the limited but potentially significant customer reviews available online.
The environment of Pine Forest Mobile Home Park appears to be in a state of transition, according to one of the provided reviews. This review mentions that there is a "New owner now the park has been cleaned up, New trailers are being put in, Much better place." This positive statement suggests that recent changes in ownership have led to improvements in the overall environment of the park. The cleanup efforts and the introduction of new trailers could indicate a revitalization of the community, potentially making it a more appealing option for those seeking "RV parks near me" for longer-term stays. The fact that the previous managers, Lynn & Me, are reportedly still in place could provide a sense of continuity during this period of change.
However, it is crucial to balance this positive feedback with the concerns raised in the other review. This review details a negative experience involving a former resident and the new owner regarding lot rent and alleged financial demands. The reviewer describes the new owner as "mean" and accuses him of making up stories and trying to get money from people. This account raises serious concerns about the management practices and the overall atmosphere of the park under the new ownership. Allegations of demanding unwarranted payments and making threats could significantly impact the quality of life for residents, including those in RVs seeking a long-term community.
The services offered at Pine Forest Mobile Home Park are not explicitly detailed in the provided reviews. Typically, mobile home and RV parks offer essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity hookups. Depending on the park, there might also be additional services like trash removal, laundry facilities, and potentially common areas or recreational amenities. Given the mention of lot rent in one of the reviews, it can be inferred that residents are responsible for paying for the space they occupy and likely for some of the basic utilities. However, the quality and reliability of these services under the new management are not discussed in the available feedback, making it essential for prospective residents to inquire specifically about these aspects.
The features of Pine Forest Mobile Home Park are also not comprehensively outlined in the reviews. Mobile home and RV parks can vary significantly in their features, which might include the size and layout of the lots, the presence of landscaping or green spaces, security measures, and community rules. The positive review mentions the introduction of "New trailers," suggesting potential upgrades to the infrastructure or the types of housing available. However, the negative review does not provide any insights into the physical features of the park. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" for long-term living, factors such as the suitability of the lots for RVs of different sizes, the availability of hookups, and the overall aesthetics of the park are important considerations that are not fully addressed by the current reviews.
In terms of promotional information, neither review explicitly mentions any special offers or incentives for new residents. The positive review implicitly promotes the park by highlighting the cleanup and new additions under the new ownership. This could be seen as an attempt to attract new residents by showcasing improvements. However, the serious allegations in the negative review could counteract any positive promotional effects. For local users considering Pine Forest Mobile Home Park as one of their "RV parks near me" options, it would be prudent to directly inquire about any current promotions or incentives while also thoroughly investigating the management practices and the overall living environment.
The conflicting nature of the two reviews presents a complex picture for potential residents. The positive review suggests a park undergoing positive changes, while the negative review raises significant concerns about the integrity and fairness of the new management. For local users seeking "RV parks near me" for long-term living, this situation underscores the importance of conducting thorough due diligence. Visiting the park in person, speaking with current residents (if possible), and directly engaging with the management to clarify policies and address the concerns raised in the reviews would be essential steps before making any commitment.
In conclusion, Pine Forest Mobile Home Park in Ringgold, GA, appears to be a community in transition with recent changes in ownership. While one review suggests positive improvements to the environment, another raises serious allegations regarding the new management's practices. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" for long-term residency, it is crucial to approach Pine Forest Mobile Home Park with caution and to conduct a thorough personal investigation to assess whether the current environment, services, and management align with their needs and expectations. The limited and conflicting information available online highlights the necessity of direct engagement and on-site evaluation before considering this as a permanent RV living option.

Jan 26, 2024 · Darrell ReedI sold my trailer to my sister and he told her that before I moved in there was a couple that lived there named Josh and some girl and he said they never paid lot rent and that my sister was going to have to pay $1100.00 if she wanted to live there or he would throw her out. I bought the trailer from David Ott.He never said anything about this until I told him I sold the trailer to my sister. I lived in the trailer for 3 months. He is a mean person and I feel sorry for the people that live there. He makes up stories and tries to get people to give him money. He told my mom that I didnt pay lot rent for the last month I was there and I have the check where it was deposited in the bank. My lawyer told me that he has lost many court cases in the past year and a half and the county wants thier money for road work that was done.
Jul 22, 2013 · Ashley TidwellVoyle David Ott and Sondra Browning Ott own the mobile home park. They live in Malibu California. They are con artists. They went bankrupt under chapter 11 in 2012. David Ott has warrants for theft over $5000 in Plainsville Texas. For taken a mobile home that did not belong to him. He is the biggest liar. He has lost 5 lawsuits in Catoosa county in the past year and a half. Darrel Reed is the husband of the manager and he sells "stuff" to all of the tenants. David Ott always blames everything on past managers but the courts proved otherwise. He owes Catoosa county thousands of dollars. He along with Lynn Reed sold Mr Jerry Doss a mobile home on casey circle. Mr Doss paid it off in full and then they say he owes another $2000. Totally takeing advantage of the poor. Google David Ott Malibu and see all of the things he has done. Some states have banned them from doing business. Look it up yourself.

Google...Rio Concho David Ott.... see what he done there. Google Koster David Ott injunction... He has sold Pine Forest Mobile Home Park to over 60 investors at 3-5 percent each. He has oversold it. He knows he can never sell it because then the investors would want thier money and 100% of the property profits. But he sold over 180%. He also has Lynn Reed running the mobile home park along with Darrel Reed which sells dope to the tenants.Jennifer Cross won the latest lawsuit in the battle agaist David Ott. I won judgement because he sold me 2 mobile home that he did not own.
